Abstract

The growth of the number of Umrah organizing bureaus in Indonesia has increased in recent years, this is a response to the high interest of the Muslim community to perform the Umrah in the Holy Land. The problem that often arises from bureaus and Umrah service providers is a mistake in using a transaction agreement (contract). The purpose of this study was to examine the right service contract for the Umrah travel agency in accordance with the conditions and cornerstones of muamalah. This research is a descriptive qualitative study, a literature study is used to analyze the object of study, the analysis is done by comparing one contract with another contract, and conclusions drawn the most appropriate contract for Umrah service transactions. The results of the analysis concluded that the ijarah contract is the most appropriate contract for the Umrah service contract, this is in accordance with the condiiton and cornerstone of muamalah in Islam

Abstract

Ekonomi Islam memiliki tujuan yang serupa dengan sosialisme utopis, yaitu menciptakan masyarakat yang adil dan berkeadilan. Prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam, seperti kepemilikan bersama, distribusi yang adil, dan keadilan sosial, sejalan dengan konsep sosialisme utopis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami peran dan pengaruh historiografi sosialisme utopis dan komunitas bersama dalam membentuk pandangan ekonomi masyarakat Indonesia, khususnya dalam konteks ekonomi Islam. Melalui pendekatan historis, penulis menjelaskan perkembangan pemikiran sosialisme utopis dan praktik komunitas bersama di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pengaruh kedua konsep ini terhadap ekonomi Islam, termasuk dalam konteks pengembangan ekonomi berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip Islam di Indonesia. Dalam konteks ekonomi Islam, pengaruh historiografi sosialisme utopis dan komunitas bersama dapat dilihat dalam konsep-konsep seperti solidaritas sosial, keadilan distributif, dan kepemilikan bersama. Prinsip-prinsip ini memiliki kesamaan dengan nilai-nilai ekonomi Islam, seperti keadilan sosial, keberpihakan kepada kaum miskin, dan penghindaran eksploitasi ekonomi. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa historiografi sosialisme utopis dan komunitas bersama memiliki implikasi yang relevan terhadap pemahaman dan praktik ekonomi Islam di Indonesia. Peran historiografi ini perlu dipertimbangkan dalam mengembangkan kebijakan ekonomi yang berbasis pada prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam, sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan keadilan sosial dan kesejahteraan bersama.

Abstract

The development of the sharia financial sector is currently in a good position, especially for Indonesia's population, which is predominantly Muslim, of course this is a good condition for the development of sharia finance to be even more advanced. However, in the development of sharia finance, there are not only opportunities for progress, but there are also challenges that accompany it. This research method uses literature review sourced from Google Scholar, Research Gap and websites. Challenges in sharia stock investment include in-depth analysis required and lack of awareness and monitoring and compliance issues. Opportunities in Sharia Stock Investment, including Sharia-Based Economic Growth, Stock Endowments and Diversification and periodic evaluations ensure that shares continue to comply with sharia principles. Developments in Sharia Shares, including a Solid Rising Trend, Increased Liquidity and Share Value, and Driving Innovation and Diversification.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan, kelembagaan, dan manajemen zakat di negara-negara yang secara resmi mewajibkan zakat kepada penduduknya, yaitu Saudi Arabia, Yordania, Sudan, dan Pakistan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-komparatif, berdasarkan studi kepustakaan dan peraturan perundang-undangan zakat di masing-masing negara. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keempat negara memiliki kebijakan dan kelembagaan zakat yang khas sesuai dengan struktur pemerintahan dan kondisi sosial-ekonomi masing-masing. Sudan dan Pakistan menerapkan pendekatan sentralistik melalui regulasi ketat, sedangkan Saudi Arabia memadukan pengelolaan negara dan distribusi langsung oleh muzaki. Yordania menekankan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui model distribusi zakat produktif. Perbedaan ini menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan pengelolaan zakat dipengaruhi oleh legalitas, sistem kelembagaan, serta model distribusi yang diterapkan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the direct effect of brand ambassadors and fanaticism on customer loyalty and find out how according to an Islamic economic perspective on fanaticism. This research method uses quantitative research with an associative approach. The sample technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling with the criteria consisting of members of the ARMY INDONESIA telegram group, BTS fans, aged 12-24 years, and have made at least one purchase transaction on Tokopedia. The data processing technique uses the IBM SPSS 25 Statistical application. The results show that 1) brand ambassador has no effect on customer loyalty as evidenced by tcount 1.313 < ttable 1.984. 2) fanaticism has an effect on customer loyalty as evidenced by tcount 2.885 > ttable 1.984. 3) brand ambassador and fanaticism have an effect on customer loyalty as evidenced by fcount 12.985 < ftable 3.09. 4) fanaticism in the perspective of Islamic economics that in idolizing someone should not be excessive and must be in accordance with the teachings of Islamic law.

Abstract

Abstract: Optimization of Strategic Marketing Through Employee Benefit Programs: A Case Study of Bank Muamalat KCP Batu in Pesantren. This study aims to explore the application of the Employee Benefit Program (EBP) as a marketing strategy at Bank Muamalat KCP Batu, focusing on Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). A case study approach was used to analyze how EBP can strengthen the synergy between the bank and pesantren, enhance customer loyalty, and expand market penetration. The researcher conducted participatory observations during the internship and in depth interviews with Bank Muamalat management and pesantren administrators. The results indicate that EBP has a significant positive impact on customer engagement and loyalty in pesantren. However, the study also identified challenges, such as low financial literacy and limited technological infrastructure in pesantren. Thus, a more segmented and adaptive marketing approach is necessary to address these obstacles. In conclusion, EBP proves to be an effective strategy in increasing financial inclusion within pesantren communities and strengthening the bank’s relationship with religious institutions in Indonesia..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun hubungan antara konsep Personal Branding dan Media Sosial, memahami bagaimana individu melakukan personal branding mereka melalui Media Sosial, dengan mempertimbangkan peran social media Influencer di Instagram. Diharapkan individu-individu ini, mengingat status sosialnya, membuat personal branding yang baik. Pendekatan metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan informasi yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penulis menganalisis informasi dengan triangulasi sumber untuk menguji dan mendapatkan hasil yang lebih akurat, dalam hal ini dikembangkan melalui wawancara dengan sebelas pertanyaan dan tujuh narasumber, tiga Influencer, satu pemberi endorsers, dan dua followers. Dalam perspektif bagaimana Influencer membangun kehadiran online tersebut, faktor utama yang disebutkan adalah Authenticity, Differentiation, Consistency, Relevancy, Reputation, dan Resonance. Beberapa kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah bahwa menjadi Influencer adalah sesuatu yang dipikirkan dengan baik, orang melakukan personal branding dengan sengaja, mereka sering merencanakan konten mereka, mempertimbangkan dampak tindakan mereka terhadap orang lain, jumlah pengikut penting saat membahas peluang kerja.

Abstract

Indonesia possesses abundant natural resources, particularly oil and natural gas, these resources have not yet been. The main problem is high fuel prices. Indonesia is one of the world's largest oil producers and has significant potential, oil production declines annually, while aging wells and a lack of new fields are reducing production levels. Why is this happening? Therefore, this study aims to compare oil and gas management from a capitalist and Islamic perspective in Indonesia. This study uses qualitative research methods with library research. The results show that before 2001, Law Number 8 of 1971 regulated the oil and gas industry in Indonesia with a government monopoly. Economic liberalization and global influences have driven changes in oil and gas regulations,including the elimination of subsidies, the privatization of state-owned enterprises, and international involvement, from an Islamic economic perspective, are publicly owned. comparison of the management systems, nature of ownership and control, management, regulation, distribution, and implications between the two systems reveals significant differences. the government must openly declare that the system being implemented is capitalism, so that the public can gain a broader perspective, especially regarding the distribution of wealth and opportunity, as many question the fairness of the current system.
