Abstract

Gentleness has the virtues that adorn greetings and actions so that it can bring good and reward. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the virtues of gentleness towards fellow humans and animals based on Islamic teachings in the context of hadith studies. The writing of this article uses a library research approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by collecting data about meek communication sourced from the Koran, hadiths, commentaries, journals and relevant books. Data collected from various literatures are analyzed and analyzed so as to find a conclusion about the concept of meek communication in the context of hadith studies. Meek nature is very important to be applied in daily life both for humans and animals. Meekness is highly recommended in relationships even with people who do not do good to us. The application of a meek attitude in life will create unity and unity, prevent division and hostility and the establishment of harmonious relationships that lead to the creation of peace and social integration based on Islamic values.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the organizational communication process between lecturers and staff in shaping the organizational climate as an effort to increase student satisfaction at the Ar-Raniry State Islamic University in Banda Aceh. In conducting this research, researchers used a qualitative approach using interview techniques with several members of the organization namely lecturers, employees, and students. Researchers also made direct observations at five faculties at UIN Ar-Raniry. From the results of the research conducted showed that the organizational communication process that has been going on between lecturers, staff, and students is still not running effectively. This is due to miscommunication that occurs as well as unsatisfactory employee service performance. The tight schedule of several lecturers is also a problem in increasing student satisfaction. Organizational communication that occurs linearly, top down, even circularly has not yet been formed as a whole and effectively. This then forms a closed organizational climate. The closed climate of organizational communication has been a limiting factor for the communication of lecturers and staff in increasing the satisfaction of UIN Ar-Raniry students.

Abstract

Research on "Academic Supervision Based on Islamic's values in Model Elementary Schools of Banda Aceh (An Analysis of Theocentric Humanism)" was conducted in 2019. This research aims to describe, analyze or describe the practice of Islamic value-based supervision covering aspects of theocentric humanism carried out by school supervisors in three Model Primary Schools in Banda Aceh. School supervisors are important in the context of educational development with the supervision model that they run. This study seeks to see how the implementation of Islamic values is applied by supervisors to teachers. This research methodology is qualitative research by searching, analyzing, and making interpretation of data found through the results of documents, interviews and observations. The data that has been collected is checked for validity through the validity of the data in the form of trust. Data analysis technique is to reduce, present, and make conclusions from the results of research. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of academic supervision based on Islamic values has been carried out according to the basic assumptions in this study, although it is not comprehensive. Where, the supervisors carry out the pattern of supervision guidance by promoting democratic values that are full of dialogue, and far from the impression of inspection. Gentle, polite and humorous attitudes can be categorized as humanist values and sincerity and responsibility as theocentric values especially in the context of this study. Even so, this study offers a new model in the implementation of academic supervision based on Islamic values in the future as a form of concern in the realm of education, namely the supervision approach by promoting the principles of humanism and theocentricity as well as the attitude of compassion, courtesy, deliberation, knowledgeable, devoted, fair , authoritative, sincere and aim Rabbani in carrying out every stage of academic supervision.

Abstract

The environment which humans grow and develop is inseparable from the communication process. Everyone has a different way of conveying message that can be understood. Caregivers in lieu of parent at the Orphanage have a big responsibility in educating foster children. Certainly have a good communication pattern in order to develop their talents and interests to be better than before. This study examines SOS's Children Village of Taruna Meulaboh, Aceh Barat District. This study aims to determine the pattern of communication between caregivers and foster children in the development of talents in SOS Children's Village of Taruna Meulaboh, Aceh Barat District. The research is using a qualitative approach. The method of data collecting is using Interview and documentation. The subject of this study were chairman of SOS Children's Village of Taruna Meulaboh and 2 (two) caregivers from different rooms, while the object of study was all data information relevant to communication pattern. The results show that communication pattern used by SOS Children's Village of Taruna Meulaboh is using interpersonal communication, public communication, and group communication. Three pattern deducted an effect on children insight and make it easier for children to hone their talent and interest.

Abstract

The spread of the Covid-19 virus resulted in social restrictions being imposed until all teaching and learning processes were hampered, through online learning students can learn as usual and will not miss lecture material, and more flexible time. This research was conducted with a descriptive survey research method, the sample in this study was KPI IAIN Curup students. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that the location of students for online lectures from 32 students as many as 78.1% who answered at home, 21.9% answered at the home of a family/neighbor who had a good internet network. When asked to students the extent to which the material delivered through online lectures, 43.8% of students answered can be understood, 3.1% of students answered very understood, 43.8% of students answered sometimes understood and 9.4% of students answered not understood. 68.8% of students choose face-to-face lectures and 31.2% of students choose online lectures. The results showed that there were still many students who had difficulties due to internet network problems and not all material could be absorbed easily as when lecturers explained in class face to face.

Abstract

Ulama are the inheritors of the Prophets to spread Islamic teachings through da'wah activities, in the capacity of the ulama as Warasatul-anbiya (heir of the Prophet), an ulama should have a role to continue the baton of the prophetic mission in continuing the Prophet's message, at least he must play the role of tablig, tabyin, tahkim and uswah to mankind. This study aims to discover the role of ulama in Acehnese society from time to time. In this study, using the literature study method, the data comes from books, journals, and articles which can provide information on the role of ulama in Acehnese society from time immemorial. The results showed that the ulama had played a role in all aspects of community life in Aceh from time to time, including. The role of the ulama as a teacher in society, the ulama played a role in fighting the Dutch and the conflicts in Aceh, the ulama had a role in the post-Aceh conflict. The role of Ulama towards adat in society until now.

Abstract

During the pandemic, in the learning process of the Evaluation Engineering class students, STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh was faced with a lack of book references. They could not access book lending in the library, because learning was transferred using online media. Students overcome the lack of reference to learning resources by using online media as an alternative for learning references. Online media as a source of learning media is very helpful for students. This purpose is to find out how the use of online media can help students find learning references. The findings of this study are that learning Evaluation Techniques in the Tarbiyah Department of STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh by using online media can help in completing learning tasks. This media can be an alternative source of reference. So, students remain enthusiastic in completing the assignment given. Therefore, online media is very helpful for students in finding references to learning material. So that students can overcome obstacles in finding the learning material provided.

Abstract

Social media is a means of delivering public information. In its use, social media can be used to spread Islamic da'wah. However, social media can also become a hotbed for spreading hoax news from certain circles by using the Al-Qur'an and Hadith as references. From a number of social media, this research focuses on the use of WhatsApp social media. This study uses a qualitative approach with content analysis methods from personal messages to researchers or through groups or communities that are followed through WhatsApp messages. The results showed that the disseminated content model included messages that were disseminated and linked religious threats to physical and health threats. Though these threats are certainly not found in religions that originate from the Al-Quran or the Prophet's Hadith. A number of messages that are conveyed also have da'wah values, such as the prohibition of dying from prayer, but when it is related to replies and threats that have no evidence in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, these messages are no longer in accordance with Islamic teachings.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the many problems of government activities that are currently increasingly being highlighted by the community, especially those related to public services organized by the Government agencies of the Communication and Informatics Office of Banyumas Regency. One problem is that public institutions, which in fact act as information providers, are led to work continuously by preparing a database of information for publication. Thus the purpose of this study is to determine the activities of public service information management in realizing the quality of communication in the Communication and Informatics Office of Banyumas Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out how public servants are a way for the Communication and Information Technology Office to provide transparent, accurate, fair services to the public, so that public agencies can produce quality services. Furthermore, documenting information, which is an activity of recording and storing all information that has been obtained in the work unit by authenticating information, coding the information and its relation to the packaging of information.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the tendency of students in the study program on Islamic communication and broadcasting STAI Ar-Ridho Bagansiapiapi to the profession of journalists. The method used in this study is the quantitative descriptive method with data analysis through a simple calculation of statistical data. Data collection techniques using observation guides, interviews, questionnaire guides and documentation. The results showed that the factors that influence the tendency of students from the Islamic Program for communication and broadcasting studies to the profession of journalists, there are individual (interpersonal) factors consisting of four indicators, namely indicators of the seriousness of the profession of journalism, will, attitude and activity in the conduct or follow-up of journalistic lectures in the Programme for communication studies and broadcasting of Islam has a percentage of 59.07% , of the four indicators with an average number of answers per question up to 62.96. Although environmental factors are divided into three indicators, namely care, pleasure and intensity in learning or driving has a percentage of 36.35% with an average number of responses per report of 37.03. The findings showed that the tendency of students of the Islamic Program for Communication and Broadcasting Studies towards the profession of journalist, 84 students have a strong tendency to the profession of journalists
