Abstract

The Chating application is a virtual communication service either through messages, voice calls, or video calls that can assist in conducting online lectures during a pandemic. There are many types of applications that can be used to communicate during online lectures. Such as the Telegram application, Whatsapp application, Discord, KaKaoTalk, Line or WeChat and other social media applications that can be used to communicate personally or in groups. However, these applications have their own advantages and disadvantages that can affect the comfort and optimization of learning. Therefore, to determine the best Chating application, each alternative must have its own criteria as a requirement for the optimization of the application. As in this study, the authors added some data as criteria, namely Group Support, Member Capacity, Security, Account Privacy and Services provided by the application. Which, each criterion has a predetermined weight and is carried out with a settlement process using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method for the ranking process. From calculations using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method, it will produce sequential alternatives from the highest to the lowest. The alternative value which is Qi or the highest ranking will be used as an alternative recommendation for chat applications that will be used as a tool to support online learning during the Covid pandemic.

Abstract

An organization must consider and manage the security of data storage in databases or databases, and special procedures are needed to protect data from various security risks. The problem in this study is that the population data contained in the Girisuko village administrative service information system has not been encrypted or secured. This can pose a risk that the data stored in the database can be intercepted and misused. In this study, the cryptographic technique used was a combination of the Vigenere Cipher and SHA 256 algorithms to secure or encrypt databases, especially population data in the Girisuko village administrative service information system. The text in the database is encrypted using the Vigenere Cipher, and SHA-256 is used to generate a hash value or a random value that is different from the text in the database. Messages will be encrypted using the Vigenere Cipher and then hashed with SHA-256 simultaneously. As a result, it will be difficult for an attacker to decrypt the text stored in the database because they have to break the Vigenere Cipher encryption, and also have to solve the hash value generated using SHA-256. This combination aims to increase security and maintain the confidentiality of messages from attackers. The application of the Vigenere Cipher and SHA to the village administration service information system application with a real-time database works well, as evidenced by the fast running-time of 0.39 seconds the data encryption process uses the Vigenere Cipher with 894,968 keys/second and an analyzed key length of 7 characters then text on population database successfully secured. By conducting this research, it is hoped that it can contribute to improving database system security.

Abstract

Anies Baswedan is a political figure who has been declared as a 2024 presidential candidate. Public opinion is a valuable source of information to analyze sentiment towards Anies Baswedan as a 2024 presidential candidate. Limited human power, emotional instability, and the length of time required are difficulties in analyzing sentiment on large amounts of data manually. Machine learning is utilized to provide convenience in sentiment classification.  This research applies the Naïve Bayes Classifier method in the classification of sentiment towards Anies Baswedan as a 2024 presidential candidate. This study aims to determine the performance of the Naïve Bayes Classifier method in the classification of sentiment towards Anies Baswedan as a 2024 presidential candidate. The dataset used was 3,400 which were labeled by crowdsourcing resulting in 2,130 positive (62.65%) and 1,270 negative (37.35%). Tests were conducted using the 10-fold cross-validation and 5-fold cross-validation methods, each consisting of two experimental scenarios, namely using an unbalanced dataset and using a balanced dataset.The Naive Bayes Classifier method produces the best model in the 10-fold cross-validation test with an accuracy of 89.76%, precision of 89.92%, recall of 89.76%, and f1-score of 89.75% on the sixth fold by determining a threshold value of 13 in an experiment using a balanced dataset consisting of 1,270 positives and 1,270 negatives with an average accuracy rate of 79.88%.

Abstract

Economic recession is a condition in which the economic turnover of a country changes to slow or bad that can last for years as a result of the growth of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) a country decreases over two decades significantly. Early warnings of the emergence of a global recession become a concern for all countries in the world, even global recessions also have a major impact on Indonesia. Such as declining public spending due to decreasing incomes, increasing unemployment, increasing poverty, and many of whom have to accept PHK or salary cuts. Economic strengthening will be important in minimizing these threats, this research needs to be done to see the response of the public to the threat of economic recession. Twitter provides a container to users to comment on the problem of the economy recession 2023 which can be used as sentiment classification information to know positive and negative comments. This research uses the naive bayes classifier algorithm. In this study there are seven main processes, namely data collection, manual labelling, processing, feature weighing (tf-idf), tresholding, naive bayes method classification, testing. From the 1408 comments data on Twitter about the threat of a 2023 economic recession. Based on the results of the classification, using 2 testing models namely data balance and non-balance data obtained the best balance data test results with the highest accuracy result with the process of classification using algortima naïve bayes classifier resulted in accurateness of 78% obtainable by using a comparison of 90% training data and 10% test data.

Abstract

The increase in the price of fuel oil (BBM) in Indonesia has always been a controversy which can be seen from online media such as Twitter which has an effect on the Indonesian economy, with this problem it has a change in the impact of cost instability due to an increase in fuel prices which will also affect the rate of increase in transportation costs and the rate of inflation. The effect of these changes leads to many different public opinions so as to produce pros and cons of these changes, with the existence of the problems above, the classification process is needed. This study uses 3000 tweet data obtained from the crawling process. This study obtains an accuracy of 85% at a ratio of 90:10, for a precision value of 85%, 99% recall and 91% f1-score for negative sentiment, while 83% precision value, 19% recall, 30% f1-score for positive sentiment. Then in the 80:20 comparison experiment, an accuracy of 83% was obtained, for a precision value of 83%, a recall of 99% and an f1-score of 91% for negative sentiment, while a precision value of 82%, a recall of 16%, an f1-score of 26% for positive sentiment.

Abstract

Mental health disorder or commonly called Mental Health Disorder is a disturbing psychological behavior and is followed by traumatic events such as shock shell, war fatigue, accidents, victims of sexual violence, and the covid pandemic. Cases of post traumatic stress disorder data from Indonesian Psychiatric Association amounted to 80% of 182 examiners experiencing symptoms of post-traumatic stress due to exposure to covid, 46% experienced severe symptoms, 33% moderate, 2% mild and others did not show symptom. This study aims to diagnose post traumatic stress disorder using the assurance factor method with 35 symptom data and 3 levels of post traumatic stress disorder as a knowledge base. The certainty factor is a circulation management method and a decision-making strategy using the confidence factor in the system. Based on the research results of the expert system for diagnosing post traumatic stress disorder, the test results obtained an accuracy of 80%. The results of the accuracy of this expert system indicate that the expert system can potentially be used to diagnose post traumatic stress disorder.

Abstract

Cancer is a disease that occurs when cells in the body undergo changes and grow uncontrollably. Breast cancer is one of the common types of cancer that affects women worldwide. Early detection of breast cancer is crucial to improve the survival rate. Mammography is a medical imaging method used for the early detection of breast cancer. In this context, deep learning technology and computerized classifiers, such as Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with the Resnet model, have been used for the analysis and prediction of mammography images with promising results. Previous studies have shown high accuracy in classifying breast masses as benign or malignant using CNN and Resnet. Furthermore, CNN has also been employed for the classification of malignant and benign breast cancer, prediction of breast cancer risk, as well as detection and classification of breast masses with satisfactory accuracy rates. The use of deep learning in medical image analysis, including mammograms and X-ray images, has proven to be an effective tool in improving cancer diagnosis and treatment. The dataset used consisted of 322 images divided into 7 classes. After testing, an accuracy of 72% was achieved with a 90:10 ratio of test data to training data, along with the corresponding confusion matrix values. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Resnet method is capable of identifying breast cancer.

Abstract

Culture Coffee MSME is one of the MSMEs engaged in the culinary field and is experiencing business competition. A marketing strategy is needed with the right decision-making process so that the business can survive and excel. UMKM Culture Coffee uses a point of sales application to accommodate the transaction process and record transactions. Historical customer data can be processed into a basis for decision making for marketing strategies that effectively increase sales. However, the transaction data has not been used optimally. There is a need to analyze historical customer data that can generate information to form marketing strategies. Market Basket Analysis (MBA) is one of the methods in data mining used in knowing products that tend to be purchased together by customers known as Association Rule.  Association rules produce products in the form of packages or bundling which are used as marketing strategies. The marketing strategy obtained is supported by data visualization which contains information from the data. Apriori algorithm is used to generate association rules. The result of this research is an association rule on the historical data of MSME Culture Coffee customer purchases. Based on these rules, recommendations for selling menu packages to customers can be given. The purpose of this research is to find customer purchasing patterns which are used as the basis for decision making in determining menu sales. The results showed 2 product packages, namely, nuggets and french fries with sausages and french fries with a support and confidence value of 12.5% and 37.6% with 10.8% and 29% respectively. The results of this study can be used as a basis for the sales and marketing strategy of Culture Coffee MSMEs to increase business revenue.

Abstract

Reaction to public facts about the election of the presidential candidate Ridwan Kamil, which will later be obtained, the data is taken from Twitter based on these problems, it is necessary to do sentiment analysis research. Based on the results of this study, the classification process for the Naïve Bayes Classifier has 3 scenarios for dividing training data and test data, namely with 90%:10% training data, the test data produces an accuary value of 85.43%, a recall value of 100.00%, and a precision of 85.33%. For training data 80%: 20% of the test data produces an accuracy value of 86.38%, a recall of 100.00% and a precision value of 86.38% and for data on the distribution of training data 70%: 30% of the test data produces an accuary value of 84.29 %, 100.00% recall and 84.29% precision. From the tweet data that has been used, there are 1262 positive comments and 242 negative comments. These results prove that the Naïve Bayes classifier is very good for conducting sentiment analysis on Twitter comments about the 2024 presidential candidate Ridwan Kamil. The naïve Bayes classifier process gets the highest accuracy value of 86.38% by dividing the training data 80%:20% test data.

Abstract

Diabetes is closely related to the pancreas, where the pancreas produces the natural hormone insulin, but its function is problematic which causes an increase in blood sugar levels in the body. Rising blood pressure can affect organ function in damaging the function of organs in a person's body such as the kidneys, heart and brain. Where makes a person have a history of diabetes. Diabetes that attacks adults can be prevented through exercise and a regular and healthy diet. According to the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) organization, it is estimated that at least 19.5 million Indonesian people between the ages of 20 and 79 will suffer from diabetes in 2021. China is in first place with diabetes with 140.9 million people. India is next in line with the number of people with diabetes of 74.2 million people. Therefore, early diagnosis is very important because it aims to reduce diabetes and diabetes complications in the future. It is necessary to collect data on patients with diabetes who are expected to be able to do prevention. Therefore applying classification techniques with data mining with the C4.5 algorithm. Where the classification can achieve better accuracy. Algorithm C4.5 is generally used in determining the nodes of a decision tree. Based on the test results, the accuracy is 76.67 percent, the precision is 72 percent, and the recall is 41.67 percent.
