Digital imagery is currently very widely used, so it is very vulnerable to data theft by unauthorized parties. In order to maintain the security of digital images can be done by using cryptographic techniques. Cryptographic techniques can encode digital images by encrypting them in the form of passwords that are not understood. ICE is a block cipher published by Kwan in 1997. This algorithm has a structure similar to DES, but with additional bit permutations that do not depend on the key in the rotation function. There are various types of ICE variants, namely Thin-ICE, ICE standard, and ICE-n. The difference between the three is the length of the keyword used and the number of rounds. The Thin-ICE algorithm uses 64 bits and 8 turns. The ICE standard uses 64 bits and 16 round keys. The ICE-n algorithm uses keys 64n bits and 16n turns. The use of this type of algorithm can be adjusted to the needs of users where Thin-ICE has the lowest level of security among the three, while ICE-n is the highest. This algorithm does not become the subject of a patent and the source code can be used freely.Keywords : Cryptography, Digital Image,Algorithm,ICE.

PT. Boenk Cosmetic Manufacture is a factory that developed in 2013 in order to deal with globalization, in addition to the large market interest in the products of this factory so as to maintain the factory's existence and consistency, this plant was developed. This company has fulfilled CPKB (How to Make Cosmetics better). PT.Boenk Cosmetic Manufacture every month experiences the addition of new members based on the passage of time members will increase. The problems that are often faced by the employees of PT. Bunk Cosmetic Manufacture increasingly unstructured member data management when searching for member data information that resulted in repeated errors. And every month it is difficult to get fast and precise member data search results so that the work process takes a lot of time. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to develop a system by implementing string matching algorithms to minimize errors in desktop-based member data search. Used in this research is the Boyer Moore algorithm. Boyer Moore's algorithm was first published by Robert S. Boyer, and J. Strother Moore in 1977. By starting character matching from a fixed window shift from left to right. If a match occurs then a comparison of the character of the text and the character of the previous pattern, ie equally reducing the index and pattern of each by one. By using this algorithm the search process will be faster and a lot of information obtained.

Decision Support System is a system that can help management in making the right decision, which is needed at a management level. Likewise at the Lubuk Pakam Sub-District Office in selecting the best village head. So far, the Camat Office has never determined the best village head in Lubuk Pakam Subdistrict, so that it encounters obstacles in choosing the village head election. SPK is able to provide alternative solutions to semi / unstructured problems for individuals or groups and in a variety of decision making processes and styles, SPK uses data, databases and analyzes of decision models. Seeing this, researchers are interested in conducting research by applying the Extended Promethee II (EXPROM II) method to elect the best village head in a decision support system. The rapid development of information technology requires users to be more careful in maintaining data confidentiality and security so that data is not known or manipulated by other parties. Data security is very important for users, data security can be maintained by everyone. Cryptography is one of the security tools used to encode a document file. One of them is by using the Massey-Omura algorithm, which is an asymmetric cryptographic algorithm, so that it has different keys for encryption and decryption. In the process of sending data, it also requires the duration of sending files to not give an opportunity to data thieves by compressing the data or reducing the size of the file to be smaller without losing the contents of the document file, so the data exchange process can be shorter Data compression is a process where text, audio, and video files are transformed into compressed files with smaller data sizes but do not lose the actual information. This study discusses the type of lossless compression, so that files obtained from decompression will be identical to the original data. Elias Delta Code is a type of lossless compression. The performance parameters of this algorithm will be measured by Ratio of Compression (RC, Space Saving (SS) and compression time. Data used in the testing process is data that consists of several types of characters. Digital image management generally refers to processing two-dimensional images using a computer in a broader context. Image restoration is image pemamangan by eliminating or reducing degradation of the image that occurs due to the process of image acquisition. The scanned image is the process of moving images (images) using a scanner which often experiences a decrease in image quality (degraded). This results in inaccurate results in digital image processing such as blur / blur, spots, dual images, over saturated colors, and pixel errors. Caused by external factors (noise). Iterative lanczos-Hybrid Reqularization method is one of the choices of effective methods in solving the blur or noise problem that causes the image quality to decrease or not match the original image. In the process of digital image restoration scan results that have degraded can be maximized well from the original image, in this study the Iterative lanczos-Hybrid Reqularization method of image restoration used can provide more optimal results with more effective and efficient time.

White blood cells are cells that form components in the blood. White blood cells have a life span of between six to eight days. Analyzing white blood cells is still carried out through a series of laboratory tests which can take a while. This test covers the shape of the morphology of blood cells, which until now is generally still done manually. This manual inspection certainly has a low level of accuracy and accuracy because it is carried out humanely and has a possible degree of difference in analysis. This causes a lack of accuracy and accuracy performed by doctors and health laboratory personnel because the physical condition, knowledge, accuracy and concentration of doctors and health laboratory personnel can influence the identification of diseases so that there may be differences in analysis between one doctor and another. On hematology examination can be overcome manually by creating an automatic system with the help of a computer. Therefore, in this study the author tries to provide alternative solutions to the problem with the Radial Basis Function learning method, which according to his theory will produce higher accuracy values and faster iteration times

Decision Support System for the selection of pre-wedding locations using the Vikor and Borda methods. A tool has been made to select the pre-wedding location in the city of Medan. The criteria used in the decision support system for pre-wedding location selection are: access to the location, costs, location conditions and location situation. This study aims to aid bacterial detection through bacterial imagery in vegetables to help identify Staphylococcus aureus bacteria in vegetables. Input to the software is the image of bacteria in vegetables. Bacterial image is processed by grayscaling, thresholding and image segmentation processing methods so that the image characteristics that represent bacteria in vegetables are obtained. One technique that can be used as a tool to observe Staphylococcus aureus is to use artificial neural networks and combine them with image processing. Artificial neural networks function as information processing by inferring information from data that has been received and as a decision maker for data that has been studied. Image processing is the science of manipulating images, which includes techniques to improve or reduce image quality. The detection process using software that has been built can be done well. The process is carried out by matching the value of the exercise cutra backpropagation vector with the image to be detected.

Life insurance is a term used to refer to actions, systems, or businesses in which financial protection (or financial compensation) for life, property, health and so on gets reimbursed from unexpected events that can occur such as death , loss, damage or illness, which involves regular premium payments over a period of time in exchange for a policy that guarantees such protection. The term "insured" usually refers to everything that gets protection. Decision Support System is defined a system intended to support management decision making, Decision making is the main function of a manager or administrator.
