Abstract

In the process of selecting Indonesian Workers (TKI) based on quality at PT. Adila Prezkifarindo Duta is classified as still manual, where there is not yet a system for selecting quality migrant workers so it requires a long time for its assessment and the selection process is less effective. To support decision making in the selection of qualified Indonesian Workers (TKI) to make it easier by using a decision support system. One method used in the selection of qualified Indonesian Workers is the Profile Matching method. The profile matching method is a decision-making mechanism by assuming that there is an ideal level of predictor variables that must be met by applicants, rather than the minimum level that must be met or passed. In the profile matching process a process will be compared between individual competencies into standard competencies so that different competencies can be identified (also called Gap). The smaller the gap produced, the greater the weight value. In matching this profile, the selected TKI candidates are Indonesian Workers who are closest to the ideal profile of a qualified TKI.

Abstract

Birds or poultry are members of vertebrate animals that have feathers and wings. Diseased birds certainly look different from their normal condition and exhibit strange symptoms, if they are usually agile and active or often chirping, but when they are sick the bird looks limp, and chooses more silence. Of the symptoms that arise there are symptoms that can be seen by the eye or clinically and by looking at these symptoms can be known what diseases attack birds. To get a solution to the disease, a tool or system is needed to do it. The Ripple Down Rule (RDR) method is one method that has expert system inference / search capabilities and knowledge acquisition. By using the RDR method a system will be able to infer or identify several types of diseases suffered by birds as experts with clinical symptoms such as input. Recognized disease data adjusts rules (rules) that are made to be able to match the symptoms of bird disease stored in the system.

Abstract

Songket is a traditional Malay and Minangkabau woven fabric in Indonesia, Malaysia and Brunei. Songket is classified in the brocade woven family. Songket is hand woven with gold and silver threads generally worn at official occasions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the texture of songket fabric by using gabor filters. The results of the study stated that the texture output that appeared was strongly influenced by the magnitude of the frequency parameter values and the orientation of the image degrees. The greater the frequency value given, the results of the test use look brighter and blurry. Therefore the frequency value on the middle scale (f = 0.176) is considered the most appropriate for texture analysis. In addition to the frequency of orientation parameters are also able to show a tendency towards the texture in a certain direction. From the appearance of this fabric texture, the area suspected of having a good texture on the songket cloth.

Abstract

At this time the use of computer peripheral technology has grown rapidly and is popular in the community. Most people use it not only for commercial purposes, but also to obtain information on the detection of disease quickly and efficiently with computer-based applications that can help the general public to find out the causes and symptoms of these diseases. For this reason, we need a system designed to be able to mimic the expertise of an expert in answering questions and solving a problem in accordance with the knowledge of an expert entered into a computer system. The development of Artificial Intelligence technology that has occurred has enabled the Expert System to be applied in detecting diseases using the programming language. One of them is in providing information about various problems, especially ITP (Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura) disease. The expert system method used is the Variable Centered Intelligent Rule System (VCIRS) used to deal with diagnosing ITP disease. With the facilities provided for users and administrators, it allows both users and administrators to use this system according to their individual needs. Users are given the ease of knowing information about ITP disease, its causes and prevention. This Expert System was created using the Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 Programming Language.

Abstract

Crime is all forms of actions and actions that are economically and psychologically harmful that violate the applicable laws in the Indonesian state and social and religious norms. Can be interpreted that, crime is anything that violates the law and violates social norms, so that the public opposes it. This study aims to facilitate and assist law enforcement authorities in anticipating criminal acts in vulnerable areas. The method used in this research is the k-means algorithm method using rapidminer 7.3 software. Where the grouping is done to determine the level of vulnerable areas. The establishment of this system is expected to assist the police in determining areas prone to crime. And from the results of the study stated groups of areas prone to criminal acts, namely MEDAN POLRESTA and LABUHAN BATU POLRES.

Abstract

Measles Roseola usually attacks infants with transmission from a sprinkling of sufferers' saliva. Roseola must be treated quickly because it can cause liver and brain inflammation. Roseola's disease for people whose economy is low is not given much attention because it is often diagnosed in severe or acute illness. This is because the red rash in infants is a common measles. Early diagnosis of Roseola's disease is a good way to avoid adverse consequences for the baby's health. The Roseola disease expert system is able to help low-income people to self-diagnose the disease. Roseola's disease expert system is applied knowledge gained from experts, namely specialist dermatologists in children. Processing of symptoms based on facts with the value and calculation of the Certainty Factor method. Certainty Factor determines good results by combining expert values and user values.

Abstract

This study discusses a case that wants to be completed using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. Some people are often confused and confused, how to solve the problem of a case using methods that have been applied. Basically all the problems and all the cases that we want to solve or want to find the decision-making system are enough with some methods that we want to do. Here the method used is the SAW method, the SAW method is very easy to understand and to be used in various cases. One of the examples discussed here is the case of searching for a selection of silat athletes from East Sekotawaringin East from 1 to 100 people will be tested and judged from the determined alternatives, until in the end searching and finding which champion 1 of 100 people who get the best rank.

Abstract

The Civil Servant Investigator is one of the law enforcement officers that has the function to carry out an investigation process that is given special authority to carry out an investigation process for a violation of the Regional Government Legal Product (PERDA) which contains elements of criminal acts. Usually the crime is not a general crime that can be handled by police investigators. In making the decision on the selection of Civil Servant Investigators (PPNS) at the Medan Sumatera River Region II Medan the writer uses the Electre method, where Electre is one of the methods for determining the order or priority in MCDM (Multi-Criterion Decision Making). In the use of decision support systems with the Electre method will provide a matching rating value for each alternative. In it all data are combined into one with the weight of the assessment that has been obtained through test assessment. The author tries to design and build a decision support system for the selection of Civil Servant Investigators using the Electre method, providing information needed by the committee in making decisions and applying the Electre Method in determining the Civil Servant Investigator Balai Sumatera River Region II Medan Medan Decision support system is not a making tool decision, but rather a system that helps decision makers by equipping them with information from data that has been processed with relevance and is needed to make decisions about an issue more quickly and accurately

Abstract

The selection of the Service Ambassador event is a consistent manifestation of PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk, so that the best service can be accepted by the community. Service Ambassador is one of the selection of employees precisely with the best cashier position. Improving customer service skills must be a priority every day for every business that wants to excel in today's competitive market. Moreover, every interaction with the customer, provides an opportunity for customers to spread the best service to other potential customers. Through the selection of the Medan Service Ambassador, PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk moved more aggressively to improve services. The method used in this decision support system is the VIKOR (Vise criterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje) method. This method ranks alternatives and determines the ideal compromise solution, so that this system can later benefit PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk to get the title in determining the best Medan Ambassador service employees to be referred to the national level. From the selection results of the Service Ambassador event, PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk, hopes that the best service is truly acceptable to the community and can increase the level of sales which is greatly improved which can be beneficial for PT. Abstract

The rapid development in the field of technology now makes matters easier, one of which is in the field of image processing, image processing has become a trend in the field of multimedia communication including the automotive industry. By doing image processing we can use the information contained in an image snapshot. In this study utilizing digital image processing technology for the introduction of each type of tire, tire condition is one of the important aspects of car eligibility standards, and standards that exist in Indonesia and are currently a bit neglected, this is thought to be one of the causes of accidents in Indonesia. Currently the existing tire feasibility test system is carried out by utilizing human power but humans have limitations
