Abstract

TCP/IP (singkatan dari Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) jika diterjemahkan adalah protokol kendali Transmisi/Protokol Internet, adalah gabungan dari protokol TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) dan IP (Internet Protocol) sebagai sekelompok protokol yang mengatur komunikasi data dalam proses tukar-menukar data dari satu komputer ke komputer lain di dalam jaringan internet yang akan memastikan pengiriman data sampai ke alamat yang dituju. Kebanyakan dari pengguna jaringan internet mengalami gangguan koneksi internet dikarenakan kesalahan dari TCP/IP tersebut. Tujuan system pakar ini dibangun  untuk diagnosis gangguan jaringan yang disebabkan kesalahan dalam TCP/IP. Dari system pakar ini memberikan informasi mengenai gannguan TCP/IP, jenis-jenis kesalahan, dan solusi dari gangguan TCP/IP. System pakar ini menggunakan metode inferensi forward chaining,  yaitu teknik yang dimulai dengan fakta yang diketahui, kemudian mencocokkan fakta-fakta tersebut dengan bagian IF dari rule IF-THEN. Bila fakta cocok dengan bagian IF, maka rule tersebut dieksekusi. Hasil pengujian dengan system ini menunjukan bahwa system mampu menentukan gangguan beserta memberikan solusi dan penanganan yang harus dilakukan oleh pengguna, berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang yang sebelumnya dipilih oleh pengguna.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to design and implement a duck egg incubator. An egg incubator is a machine that functions to take over the incubation task of a duck mother in incubating fertilized eggs from the result of crossing or mating with a male. The existing incubators work in temperature control, reversing the egg racks, but do not use an egg informing system that has been hatched. In designing this duck egg incubator based on Arduino as a controller. The temperature used must be measured by the resistance of the space or the approximate resistance of the eggs to hatch. The microcontroller used is the ATMega328 integrated on the Arduino Uno, temperature sensor, humidity sensor, humidity control system and other supporting components using Arduino. The test was carried out by comparing the DS18B20 temperature sensor with a Thermometer with an error difference of 0.15. The result of this research is the device can control the temperature not exceeding 39 ° C for hatching eggs. The device has 2 usage buttons, namely a start button (green) to perform hatching day calculations and a reset button (red) to stop hatching day calculations. The day variable that has been running is still stored in the microcontroller EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) so that if there is a disconnection or loss of a voltage power source such as a power failure and so on. The 12VDC fan on the device turns on every 30 minutes and goes out for the next 30 minutes

Abstract

The weighing clerk is part of the BUMN employees whose job is to calculate incoming and outgoing income from the results of the company's raw material scales. Of course, every company engaged in this field requires quality weighing machines that can improve the quality of a company. In selecting the best field weigh-in, several criteria can be used as references, such as performance, responsibility, age, level, and number of dependents. And due to the large amount of data that is not suitable for field weighing clerks but has registered to be field team assistants, the head of the company is confused and it takes a long time to select suitable field weighing clerks to be employed. In order to assist in the selection of candidates for the weigh-in election, a decision support system is needed. The Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis (OCRA) method is one of the supporting methods in determining the priority criteria for the selection of field weigh-in candidates. As for the results in the research on the selection of the best field weighing clerk, alternative A2 with a value of 0.583 on behalf of the Libra Purba.

Abstract

For companies, employees are an important aspect that must be supported by quality human resources. In the selection of permanent employees, usually the leadership in a company conducts an objective selection process in accordance with predetermined criteria. However, leaders often face several problems in this process, such as the selection is carried out in stages so that it takes a long time and the assessment of prospective employees is still done manually, making mistakes often occur. Therefore, a decision support system is needed as a solution to these problems by applying a comparison of the Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis (OCRA) method and the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method and the weighting obtained by the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method. The test results obtained the best alternative that is considered feasible as a permanent employee is in the same alternative, namely A5 on behalf of Risa Sabrani. The OCRA method produces the best preference value of 1.56 while the MAUT method produces the best preference value of 0.456 as the first rank

Abstract

The condition of birth is the condition of the birth of a baby is one of the main problems in the health sector that is currently happening in Indonesia. In health, there are several indicators of birth conditions, namely normal and caesarean. Determining the degree of condition of the baby's birth is a reflection of the current status of the baby's birth. Children as the nation's successor are closely related to the growth and development of babies today. However, the implementation to improve infant growth and development is still not optimal. This study produces a decision tree of the cases raised showing that there are several attributes that influence the determination of birth conditions. A list of gain values for each attribute will be displayed. The position of the attribute that has the highest gain value displayed indicates the determination of which attribute is the determination of eligibility

Abstract

Certain Employment Agreement Employees (PKWT) or can also be referred to as contract employees in a company who are hired to help work within the company, but it is not certain how it is implemented based on only being a temporary employee. In a sense, after it expires, the company can extend or lift the contract as a permanent employee, by looking at how active the employee is. In the process of selecting PKWT employees, the company must obtain prospective applicants objectively so that the results match the desired criteria. In the process of hiring PKWT employees there are problems, namely because of the large number of candidates so that it takes a long time to select them. The next problem is that the selection process still looks inefficient and takes time, because the assessment and results of PKWT implementation are carried out in stages, such as file selection, interviews and so on. Thus, it is likely that errors in the final result of anticipating PKWT employees often do not meet the criteria required by the company and hinder the company's performance. Therefore, a Decision Support System (SPK) is needed to overcome the problems that occur in the acceptance of Specific Time Agreement Employees (PKWT) using the OCRA method. The OCRA method is one of the methods of the Decision Support System, where this method makes decisions by ranking from the smallest value to the largest value. With this system, it is expected to be able to obtain optimal system decisions and can minimize the performance of the company in the process of accepting Employees of Specific Time Work Agreements (PKWT).

Abstract

Decision Support System is a system that can help management in making the right decision, which is needed at a management level. Likewise at the Lubuk Pakam Sub-District Office in selecting the best village head. So far, the Camat Office has never determined the best village head in Lubuk Pakam Subdistrict, so that it encounters obstacles in choosing the village head election. SPK is able to provide alternative solutions to semi / unstructured problems for individuals or groups and in a variety of decision making processes and styles, SPK uses data, databases and analyzes of decision models. Seeing this, researchers are interested in conducting research by applying the Extended Promethee II (EXPROM II) method to elect the best village head in a decision support system. It is expected that the results of the research can help the Lubuk Pakam sub-district

Abstract

Matrices are generally used to represent linear transformations. Matrices are discussed in mathematics courses, and in universities, there are already courses that do discuss matrices, namely matrices and linear transformations. The problem experienced with this matrix is ​​the length of time it takes for teachers/lecturers to make matrix questions and not to mention making steps to solve them. Another problem is that students find it difficult to solve problems about matrices and it is difficult to understand the steps for solving them. From these problems, the solution is to build an application that can create questions about the matrix automatically along with the answers and is equipped with the steps for doing it. The purpose of this research is to make an application for making automatic matrix questions called OTOMATRIKS and the steps for solving them. In this OTOMATRIKS application, a random number generator is applied to generate random numbers which are later needed to be entered into the matrix that will be created. The result of this study is that the Linear Congruent Method can be used to generate random numbers, and to overcome the weakness of this method where the random numbers generated have a pattern and the OTOMATRIKS application can make it easier to make matrix questions that are equipped with the completion steps.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to utilize artificial intelligence to analyze in determining the best villages in Labuhanbatu Regency. The research that will be made is to analyze the best village selection model by utilizing data sets sourced from the Community and Village Empowerment Office via the website. By using the Entropy and Level Algorithm as a tool in completing this research. The Entropy Algorithm is an information value that expresses a measure of the impurity of the attributes of a collection of data objects in units of bits. And Levels is a method used for conceptually ranking criteria, thus this method is very suitable in selecting the best villages in Labuhanbatu district. The research process has several stages, namely training and testing to find the results found will be the conclusion of the research.

Abstract

Cancer is a deadly disease that is often experienced suddenly. Cancer is suffered not only among adults and the elderly, but even small children who are just born can also suffer from cancer. There are many types of cancer that have almost the same symptoms but different types and there are also levels of seriousness (danger) of these cancers, ranging from common cancers to malignant cancers that have significant changes to the body. There are many types of cancer, one of which is breast cancer, which is more common in women. This type of cancer often occurs in adult women and the elderly. In this study, to facilitate the diagnosis of breast cancer, a classification method was applied. By making an early diagnosis can reduce the mortality rate, previous diagnosis is done by utilizing image media (PET scan and CT scan) which takes a long time so it is considered less efficient. The classification algorithm used is gradient boosted trees. The test was carried out using the rapidminer application as a tester to determine the accuracy of the algorithm and also the AUC size obtained using information gain. The final result after applying the gradient boosted method produces an accuracy rate of 58.52%, this is considered less effective to use so this algorithm is not suitable to be used as a prediction of breast cancer. Precision of 64.25% and recall of only 69.44%.
