Abstract

Work fatigue is part of a common problem that is often encountered in the workforce. Fatigue in unsolved workers can have a negative effect, both for work and individual workers so that the problem of work fatigue should receive special attention. The physical activities of permanent palm oil work in Kampar, which are all still done manually and are very risky to experience work fatigue. This research is an analytical study that aims to determine the relationship between the characteristics of workers and how they work with work fatigue due to fatigue harvesters conducted by oil palm harvesters in Kampar. There is a relationship between age with work fatigue and between the history of the disease that is harvested by harvesters. From the results of the study it is suggested to those who have oil palm plantations to adjust the number of harvesters by harvesting at different ages of the crop, given the different difficulty levels and burdens of giving money to substitute food and extra pudding as an effort to fulfill workers' nutrition should not be done. Where nutrition is one of the factors that can affect harvesters fatigue.

Abstract

Measurement of work time with the stopwatch time study method is a measurement to observe the activities carried out repeatedly. The work measurement results can be used to obtain standard time and standard output which can later be used to carry out production planning. The purpose of this study was to determine the operating time of each unit of product worked at Pondok Neubel and to determine the standard working time of production processes at Pondok Neubel. Results of the study The total cycle time value of all activities in the neubel cottage was 2400 seconds and the normal time for each activity with a performance rating of 10 was 24000 seconds. The conclusion of this study, factors that influence the performance of workers in neubel huts are fatigue factors.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the PT. Perawang Kencana Motor. The problems faced today are consumers who are still not satisfied with the services provided by PT. Perawang Kencana Motor, caused by complaints from consumers. The method used in this study is the Kano Method with Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The tools used are House Of Quality (HOQ). This study aims to determine customer expectations, determine the categories of customer needs that are mapped into the Kano method, and determine improvement proposals based on existing technical responses to services provided by PT. Perawang Kencana Motor, so that service users of PT. Perawang Kencana Motor can feel a better level of service satisfaction. From the results of data processing obtained 15 variable consumer expectations that become priority improvements to achieve customer satisfaction PT. Perawang Kencana Motor. Furthermore, from the results of processing the canoe model, Atrractive categories were obtained as many as 5 attributes, namely the suitability of prices with the results received, mechanics must be adept at handling motor damage, employee skills in explaining the products to be sold, the availability of complete spare parts, and the existence of wifi facilities, the One Dimentional category 3 attributes, namely the comfort of the waiting room in the workshop area, uniform clothing, and mechanical responses motorcycle maintenance consultancy,indifferet category 2 attributes, namely ease of payment and cleanliness of the showroom area. Therefore, the authors provide a proposal that was developed from the results of the analysis of technical responses.

Abstract

In the business world, technology owned by a company is an infrastructure that is very important in supporting the company's efforts to increase profits. The current global business trend is encouraging company managers to move away from the trend of building their own technology needed to become a trend to get technology through collaboration with other companies because it can reduce expensive research costs, stimulate the innovation process to be able to fulfill requests that will ultimately improve the performance produced. his study proposes a model that can be used to analyze the contribution of external technology acquisition to company performance External technology acquisition contributes positively to company performance, and this contribution is strengthened by the moderator effect of internal R & D effort. Investment in internal R & D effort does not only stimulate the occurrence of innovation processes that will be needed to produce good performance but also strengthen the company's absorptive capacity. Absorptive capacity is needed to strengthen the company's ability to learn the latest knowledge and technology

Abstract

Cognitive ergonomic is the ability of humans to receive information determined by the five senses. The eye is one of the senses that receives the most information. The information obtained is in the form of visual information that can be obtained through displays originating from various sources, then from that information humans take a decision. The current era of reform is that everyone has the same right to be elected as a representative of the people. During the campaign period in all media decorated with advertisements from prospective representatives who fought to gain people's sympathy, one of the most widely used media campaigns was billboards. Billboards are one of the mainstay media in advertising, both products and social service advertisements. Based on this study, it was found that many 2019 election campaign billboards that were made with art considerations were not considerations of readers' comfort which resulted in the non-delivery of information on billboards. Respondents are required to be over 17 years old, have a minimum education of junior high school (high school) in order to know the intentions and goals of billboards for candidates and increase public participation in supporting the success of the 2019 elections. Using 7 questions that have passed the validity test and reliability test , the average rating of respondents is 2.006 in the assessment range 1 to 4, illustrating that most of the billboard campaign designs for the 2019 Election in Taluk Kuantan City have not met ergonomic rules so that the public considers billboards to be less attractive, unsafe and polluting the landscape.
