Abstract

It takes time for a while to determine calory intake for diabetics. Computer technology has been growing rapidly, that can help human life even outside the field of computer science. One of the ways to fulfill those needs is by using fuzzy methode. Fuzzy methode has been applicated in many fields, especially in health. In diet theraphy, obesity can be prevented by restriction in food intake, called diet. Calory intake is determined manually by counting ideal weight combined with other weight. In this research, researcher use fuzzy logic to determine calory intake for patients with obesity when nutrition section still use counting ideal weight, basal needs and activity manually. Therefore, it is a need a methode that can determine calory intake in diet therapy for the sake of a new knowledge and more competitive like for Puskesmas Ambacang.Keywords : Fuzzy Logic, Mamdani Method, Calory Intak

Abstract

The company is a unit of production activities that cultivate economic resources to provide goods and services for society with the aim of gaining profit and satisfy the needs of the community. Within the company we need to determine the classification of a worker for the purpose of assessing propesionalismeemployess ,in order to improve the quality ofworkers in a company.Search employee’s salary is still done manually, so there are still many in receipt of a salary, so that led to some employees complained upon receipt of salary, it is necessary for the technique in determining the employee’s salary permanent and Contract employees. One technique that can be used are Using K-Means Clustering Algorithm.

Abstract

Good character education can have a characteristic impact on students. each student has a different character. Various ways done by the school in character education based on kemendiknas, including State Elementary School 156 Pekanbaru. Problems that arise in the field is there is no method that can determine the character of the students so that the school's special teachers can not understand precisely the characters in the students. The lack of understanding of the character of the students makes the vision of the school mission has not been seen so that character education in SDN 156 Pekanbaru has not been right target. Therefore, it needs to be done grouping student character in SDN 156 Pekanbaru with the aim of school know character owned by students in school. The K-Means algorithm is used to classify the character of the students with the number of clusters as much as 2 using the six attributes of characters studied: Honest, disciplined, confident, caring, creative and responsible with 130 student data. The results of K-Means manual calculation with sample data 10 data from 130 data that is weak character (C1) amounted to 1 student and weak character of 9 students, this result is same with calculation executed by RapidMiner application. Test results with 130 data using RapidMiner resulted in the number of students with weak character 26 students with the average centroid (0.665) with caring and creative characters. While students who have strong character 104 students with average value of centroid (0.900) with honest character, discipline, confidence, and responsibility. The result of character grouping based on class cluster position in RapidMiner is grade 3 which has weak character (C1) 8 students from 35 students, grade 4 is 8 out of 24 students, 5th grade is 1 of 17 students and grade 6 is 9 of 46 students. While clusters with strong characters (C2) class 3 amounted to 27 students, grade 4 amounted to 24 students, class 5 amounted to 16 students, and grade 6 amounted to 37 students. From the results of this study is expected Strong characters can be developed by school continue to perform habits which involves the students so that the characters in the students can be seen while for the caring and creative characters so as not to be weak then the school always provide guidance to the students and give examples of good habits and activities that can be followed by students in school .

Abstract

Puskesmas Bandar Seikijang is one of the community health center services located in the Bandar Seikijang sub-district of Pelalawan Regency. The number of patients in the puskesmas continues to increase every year. With the increasing number of patients is directly proportional to the increase in the types of patient's disease. To facilitate public health services it is necessary to classify the severity of the patient's disease. Clustering of the patient's disease consists of 3 clusters namely severe disease, moderate disease and mild disease. Disease grouping using the K-Means method. The purpose of this study was to classify the severity of the patient's disease, determine the level of accuracy of the cluster the severity of the patient's disease, find out the most diseases suffered by the community around the health center, and find out the similarities in manual data processing and using Rapid Miner software. Data samples on manual processing were 15 patients and overall data were 278 patients. The results showed the severity of Cluster patient disease (C0) was in severe disease with 47 patients, cluster (C1) was in mild disease with 82 patients, and cluster (C2) was in moderate disease with 149 patients. The severity of the patient's disease is in patients with moderate disease with a percentage of 53.59%. The diseases most often suffered by the community around the puskesmas are ARI, dengue fever and malaria. And the implementation results using Rapid Miner Software are the same as manual data processing.Keywords : Data Mining, Clustering, K-Means, Severity of Patient Disease, Rapid Miner

Abstract

Tuntutan untuk pelaksanaan pemerintahan yang bersih dan transparan mendorong pemerintah untuk menggunakan berbagai aplikasi E-Government dalam menjalankan roda pemerintahan. Pemerintah telah melakukan berbagai cara untuk meninggkatkan perkembangan E-Government, seperti dengan mengeluarkaan berbagai aturan untuk menggunakan teknologi informasi dalam berbagai sektor pemerintahan. Walaupun pemerintah telakh melakukan bebagai upaya, banyak terdapat kegagalan dalam penerapan E-Government di berbagai daerah.Salah satu penyebab kegagalan dalam pengimplementasian E-Government adalah ketidak siapan infrastruktur yang merupkan pondasi utama dalam menciptakan E-Government. Infrsastruktur merupakan faktor kunci yang banyak digunakan dalam berbagai model pemeringkatan kesiapan E-Government, antara lain oleh United Nation(UN), Waseda University, Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) dan Pemeringkaan E-Government Indonesia (PeGI) yang dijadikan rujukan dalam tulisan ini. Bedasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan kesiapan infrastruktur Kabupaten Kampar Untuk Mewujudkan E-Government berada pada tingkat Cukup (4).

Abstract

Kinari Nagari is one of the nagari in the Bukit Sundi sub-district, Solok regency which has Minangkabaucustoms that are still sustainable in the midst of community life, Kinari Nagari is also known as Nagari a thousand onerumah gadang with the customary application of basandi sarak, sarak basandi Kitabullah, which means community life isinseparable from harmony between customs and religion, kinari nagari has a tradition that is still thick, everything is seenin the daily lives of the people who still apply customary rules and norms of Minangkabau, which are seen in the way ofcommunication, daily behavior, the way to dress it all is written in the customary rules that exist in the village. Customsare cultural behaviors and rules that have been tried to be implemented in the community, with the existence of customscan have an impact on the behavior of the kinari nagari community. This research was conducted to analyze the level ofunderstanding of the kinari dancarian community customs. This research was conducted with the concept of fuzzy logicbased on artificial intelligent (AI).Keywords—customs, fuzzy logic, artificial intelligent.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah merancang dan membangun rekayasa perangkat lunak sistem pakar berbasis web yang mampu mendiagnosa penyakit Lupus Eritmatosus Sistem (LES) pada manusia untuk mendapatkan solusi dan informasi dengan mudah dan cepat. Hasil yang ditampilkan berupa kondisi user terkait dengan Lupus Eritmatosus Sistem (LES) . Hasil juga dilengkapi dengan penjelesan penyakit dan solusi pengobatan yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk website menggunakan pemrograman PHP dengan database MySQL. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL terbukti mampu diimplementasikan dalam merekayasa sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit Lupus Eritmatosus Sistem (LES). Metode fordward chaining terbukti mampu melakukan penelusuran /pelacakan gejala penyakit Lupus Eritmatosus Sistem (LES) dengan mudah dan cepat. Sistem online dapat membantu user mendapatkan informasi tentang jenis-jenis penyakit, gejala dan solusi pengobatan pada penyakit Lupus Eritmatosus Sistem (LES)..

Abstract

Attack / Defamation is to say a word or set of words / sentences by alleging a certain act, and aimed at the honor and reputation of the person who may cause the person's self-respect or dignity to be defamed, humiliated or demeaned. Social media is an online medium that supports social interaction and social media using web-based technology that transforms communication into interactive dialogue. The emergence of social media is very big influence for the community, both in terms of positive and negative, in terms of positive people can provide information without spending a large cost, whereas in the negative side can result in a criminal defamation case if in providing information that can harm someone's good name. It is necessary to regulate criminal defamation through social media so that the self-esteem of the defiled person is not damaged, then the Law Number 11 Year 2008 on Electronic Information and Transaction has been established as the legal umbrella in anticipating the evil in the virtual world (cyber).

Abstract

The growing competition in the business world, especially in the workshop industry and auto spare parts sales requires developers to find a pattern that can increase sales and marketing of goods in the workshop, one of which is the utilization of transaction data. At Andesco Motor manager lacking in reviewing products sold, products of what is needed consumer and data storage is less effective. In this analysis used the application Clustering using K-Means algorithm. Clustering is a technique of one of the functionalities of data mining, clustering algorithm is an algorithm of grouping a number of data into groups of certain data (cluster). So with the grouping of this data can determine the Andesco Motor selling goods and slow-moving. Warehouse so that the items do not accumulate. With the design of data mining application that is displayed in the form of websites using PHP with a MySQL database program is expected to provide real solutions to Andesco Motor in order to find out which items are selling and where the goods are not selling.Keywords: Data Mining, Clustering, K-Means algorithm, PHP MySQ

Abstract

Bank is a financial institution that connects parties who have funds with the parties who need funds, or public funds withdrawn by the bank and then lent back to the community. Nonperforming loans are a major problem so the Bank must immediately implement the rescue with the aim of minimizing losses. The purpose of this study is how to build a computer application that can perform selection of debtor delinquent and eligible in restrukrisasi by building computer-based system applications and help system design, which can perform selection of debtor election who are delinquent installment payments and decent restructuring , by implementing the method of Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) and Vooting Copeland Score.
