Abstract

Tuanku Tambusai Hero University (UPTT) is one of the tertiary institutions in Riau Province, precisely located in Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency. Universitas Pahlawan Tuanku Tambusai is currently utilizing information on the role of thesis technology to make it easier for students to submit Web-based titles. The purpose of this research is to build an E-Thesis website for the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Pahlawan Tuanku Tambusai to make it easier for students in submitting thesis titles and to make it easier for lecturers in terms of serving students. The method of this research is system analysis, design, programming, testing and implementation. Testing the E-Thesis website uses the Blackbox method, namely testing based on application functionality. With the construction of the E-Thesis Website, it is hoped that it will make it easier for students to submit titles at the Faculty of Engineering.

Abstract

The need for a website is not only in government or office. Higher education as the birthplace of intelligent and responsive generations must also be better prepared to deal with technological advances. This also applies to Hero University located in Kampar Regency. The administrative process in the actual work of engineering school students is still done manually, the verification and signing process is often forced by teachers and leaders outside the school, which prolongs the process. administrative. The method used in this study is the cascade method. The system is also built using the Laravel framework and object-oriented programming with the addition of the bootstrap CSS framework. The result of this study is that the actual job administration website, Faculty of Engineering, Pahlawan Tuanku Tambusai University, helps engineering students to perform practical job administration more easily and in no time.

Abstract

School is an educational institution that organizes formal education levels, either in the form of public schools, which are managed by the government or the private sector. In carrying out teaching and learning activities, schools aim to educate students under the supervision of teachers. School data processing is still done manually, so there are still many discrepancies in data management. The purpose of this research is to facilitate the school in managing academic data using a website that can be accessed easily. The research method used is the prototype method. And the design of this system uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The programming language used is PHP Framework Laravel and MySQL database. So that in this study the academic management system to process data from SDN 012 Langgini becomes more efficient.

Abstract

Sistem informasi jual beli buah sawit di unit usaha seperti peron dan ram berlokasi di Desa Ridan Permai. Kebanyakan peron dan ram masih melakukan pengelolaan secara manual menggunakan buku sebagai media penyimpanan data. Proses yang secara manual ini terbilang tidak efektif dan efisien dikarenakan data rentan hilang, salah input dan sebagainya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem adalah metode pengembangan SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) model spiral. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah portal sistem informasi E-Peron yang dibangun menggunakan PHP dan Framework Laravel, dirancang menggunakan UML dan diuji menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing. Information system for buying and selling palm oil fruit in business units such as peron and ram located in Ridan Permai Village. Most peron and ram are still managed manually using books as data storage media. This manual process is considered ineffective and inefficient because data is vulnerable to loss, incorrect input and so on. The method used in system development is the SDLC development method (System Development Life Cycle) spiral model. The result of this research are an E-Peron information system built using PHP and Framework Laravel, designed using UML and tested using Blackbox Testing method.

Abstract

Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK) telah diberlakukan di Indonesias sejak tahun 2017, sebagai bagian dari upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan nasional. ANBK merupakan ujian berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berbasis komputer. Saat ini ANBK di SD Negeri 004 Salo mengalami kendala dikarenakan ANBK hanya bisa diakses pada jadwal yang telah ditentukan oleh pemerintah, sehingga siswa dan guru kesulitan dalam mendapatkan soal periode tahun yang berbeda untuk latihan persiapan ujian ANBK. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan aplikasi bank soal ANBK Sekolah Dasar Negeri 004 Salo berbasis website. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan metode prototypingi dalam pengembangan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah seuah aplikasi Bank Soal berbasis website yang dibangun menggunakan PHP dan Framework Laravel dan dirancang menggunakan UML serta diuji menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing. National Computerized Assessment (ANBK) has been implemented in Indonesia since 2017, as part of efforts to improve the quality of national education. ANBK is a computerized information and communication technology based test. Currently ANBK at SD Negeri 004 Salo is experiencing problems because ANBK can only be accessed on a schedule determined by the government, so students and teachers have difficulty getting questions from different year periods to practice preparing for the ANBK exam. The aim of this research is to produce a website-based ANBK question bank application for State Elementary School 004 Salo. The research method used in collecting data is a qualitative approach and using the prototyping method in system development. The result of this research is a website-based Question Bank application built using PHP and the Laravel Framework and designed using UML and tested using the Blackbox Testing method.

Abstract

The rapid change in information technology has transformed our way of doing activities, especially in the business and e-commerce sectors. E-commerce, the activity of buying, selling, and marketing goods and services through electronic systems, plays a significant role. One of the products sold in e-commerce is perfume, a fragrant liquid that boosts confidence and leaves a certain impression. Currently, the sales process in some stores in Bangkinang is still manual, where consumers have to visit the stores directly to make purchases or simply to view the available products, and there is a lack of detailed information about the perfumes. Difficulty in reaching consumers and challenges for consumers to determine the desired price due to various variations such as brands and qualities. The aim of this research is to design and develop a web-based perfume buying and selling information system using PHP with the CodeIgniter framework to help consumers easily find perfumes and facilitate online transactions. The method applied in developing the system is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) model with a waterfall approach. The result of this research is an information system for buying and selling perfumes made using the PHP programming language and the CodeIgniter Framework. This system is designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language), and Usability Testing and Blackbox Testing as system testing methods.

Abstract

As one of the plantation products in Kampar District, rubber production experienced a decrease of 13,579 tons from 2021 to 2022. Rubber tree sap or latex is a rubber raw material that is used to make various types of necessities such as: vehicle tires, fasteners, and so on. Rubber latex production is spread across several areas in Riau Province, one of which is Kampar Regency. In Kampar, the process of selling rubber latex is still done manually. Many collectors in Kampar Regency still use a book recording system, making it difficult to convey information. This becomes an obstacle for collectors where they will have difficulty estimating/recording the amount of sap/transactions. The aim of this research is to have a data collection information system for collectors to manage their businesses and customers and to make it easy for farmers to find out updates on rubber latex prices from collectors. In this research, the waterfall model SDLC development method was used. The system design uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) for the process and is implemented using the PHP programming language, Laravel Framework and MySQL database. The result is an information system to manage data for collectors in Kampar District.

Abstract

Perkembangan sistem informasi saat ini sudah dapat diterapkan pada berbagai jenis usaha, salah satunya absensi yang sangat berguna untuk pengelolaan data kehadiran karyawan pada suatu pemerintahan atau instansi tanpa absensi yang baik, sulit untuk mengetahui dan mengontrol kehadiran  karyawan yang bekerja di suatu tempat. Namun, dalam penerapan sistem absensi, masih banyak permasalahan yang dihadapi, seperti adanya kesalahan dalam pengisian data oleh karyawan atau banyaknya memanipulasi data dari orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Saat ini, Kantor Desa Binamang masih menggunakan sistem absensi manual yang dapat menimbulkan kecurangan dalam pengisian data kehadiran pada staff. Absen elektronik yaitu sebuah alat berbasis teknologi yang telah diatur secara otomatis dan telah di masukan seluruh data pegawai didalamnya sehingga secara otomatis dapat menginput kehadiran dan kepulangan pegawai.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Membangun e-absensi menggunakan QR code berbasis web di Kantor Pemerintahan Desa Binamang yang mempermudah admin dalam mengelola data dan informasi pegawai serta dapat menghitung rekapitulasi absensi secara akurat, dan dapat mengurangi tingkat kecurangan dalam pengisian absensi serta menguji pengimplementasian e-absensi menggunakan QR code berbasis  web di Kantor Pemerintahan Desa Binamang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem adalah metode waterfall. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem E-absensi menggunakan Qr code berbasis web yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan JavaScript, Framework Laravel, yang dirancang menggunakan UML , diuji dengan metode Blackox Testing dan menggunakan Library websocket yang memungkinkan mengirim data secara real time.

Abstract

Attendance systems are crucial in monitoring employee presence within governmental organizations, and attendance is one of the key aspects of performance evaluation in the government sector. The attendance system has evolved over time to find the most efficient and convenient method for the Binamang Village Office. Currently, the attendance system at the Binamang Village Office, located in XIII Koto Kampar District, still uses a manual method, where employees sign their names on attendance sheets provided at the village office. Given the advancements and use of technology, particularly information technology, the presence of gadgets such as smartphones and communication networks (internet) enables the use of digital/electronic attendance (e-attendance) to facilitate activities and work scope for employees, making supervision more practical and efficient. The purpose of this study is to design technological tools that support a digital/electronic attendance system (e-attendance) using Quick Response Code (QR Code). With the development of the attendance system at the Binamang Village Office, a system analysis is required. This research employs the waterfall development method, and the analysis is conducted using the PIECES method (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service). The results of the analysis using the PIECES method will be elaborated into a system design for processes, databases, and interfaces.
