Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the training needs, to find out in setting training objectives, to find out the training curriculum development, to find out the preparation of education and training, to know the implementation of education and training, to find out training evaluation in improving teacher competence. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Sources of data are the Principal, Deputy Principal and teachers at UPT SMP Negeri 2 Duampanua. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of education and training in improving teacher competence in UPT SMP Negeri 2 Duampanua is carried out through 6 stages of education and training which include; (1) training needs analysis (Taining Need Assessment), (2) setting training objectives, (3) curriculum development, (4) preparation of training, (5) implementation of education and training, (6) evaluation, basically it has been done quite well it's just that there are deficiencies in terms of evaluation, the training evaluation conducted by UPT SMP Negeri 2 Duampanua is not sustainable and the implementation is only at the training venue, and is not accompanied by follow-up on how the application of the capabilities that have been obtained in the effort to utilize those capabilities is really controlled professionally.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and leadership style to employee performance. This research was held at the Office of Industry and Trade of South Sulawesi Province. The sample of this study was 64 respondents.  This study is a quantitative research and analysis methods of data using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the variables of motivations and leadership style to employee performance. In partial leadership style does not significantly affect the performance of employees while variable motivation significantly affect the performance of employees at a significance level of less than 0,05 or 5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze Village Financial Management in Increasing the Effectiveness of the Implementation of Development Programs in Tassese Village, Gowa Regency. This type of research used a quantitative descriptive approach. The data used are village income budget in 2016, 2017,2018. The calculation technique used in the study is the effectiveness ratio  analysis. The results of the analysis though the calculation of the 2016 PAD effectiveness ratio income by 29% then the income is said to be ineffective and in 2017 the amount of revenue increased by 100% then the income is said to be effective, while in 2018 the amount of revenue decreased by 99% then the income is said to be quite effective. Financial analysis using the effectiveness fluctuation of PAD. Thus, it can be said that financial management through the effectiveness ratio helps planning and implementing development programs.

Abstract

The research aims to: 1) analyze the influence of intellectual intelligence on the performance of the Spripim Polda of South Sulawesi employees; 2) analyzing the influence of physical ability to the performance of officers Spripim Polda South Sulawesi; 3) Analyzing the influence of emotional intelligence on the performance of Spripim Polda South Sulawesi employees; 4) Analyzing the factors which are dominant influence on the performance of officers Spripim Polda South Sulawesi. The population of this research is all employees of the Spripim Polda South Sulawesi, amounting to 81 people with a whole sample or a saturated sample. The results showed that the influence coefficient of intellectual intelligence on employee performance is 0.330 with the value p = 0.012 0.05 This suggests that intellectual intelligence has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Influence coefficient of physical ability to employee performance of 0.138 with value p = 0.033 0.05. This suggests that physical abilities have a significant positive effect on the employee's performance, the influence coefficient of emotional intelligence Ssterhadap employee performance of 0.584 with a value of P = 0.000 0.05. This suggests that emesional intelligence has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and the highest beta value is an emotional intelligence variable with a beta value of 0.532. This indicates that the dominant influential variable affects the employee's performance as a variable of emotional intelligence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the motivation of consumers in the process of shariah clothing purchase decisions in management students of the 2016 Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar. The type of research used is qualitative, using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Based on the results of research from the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that several things can be motivated by Management Students 2016 Faculty of Economics and Business on the decision to purchase sharia clothing, namely; Introducing needs, information seeking, alternative evaluations, purchasing decisions, and post-purchase behavior.

Abstract

The research method uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires which were distributed to 57 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression with work safety variables (X1), health variables (X2) and the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (Y). The results showed that work safety variables had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the Bone Fire Service with t count 3.828 t table 2.002 with a significance level of 0.000 0.005, the effect of occupational health had a positive but not significant effect with a t value of 1.667 t table 2,002 with a significance level of 0.099 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the practice of Islamic Corvorate Social Responsibility affects the This study aims to determine the budget planning with the effectiveness and efficiency of the realization of the revenue and expenditure budget in the Badan Pengelola Keungan Daerah (BPKD) of South Sulawesi Province 2016 to 2017. The type of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data processed is a summary of the Budget Work Plan and Budget Realization at the Badan Pengelola Keungan Daerah (BPKD) from 2016 to 2017 obtained from the annual report of the regional financial management body. The calculation technique used in the study is calculating the effectiveness ratio and efficiency ratio of Badan Pengelola Keungan Daerah budget realization. While the data analysis technique used in the study was to calculate the effectiveness and efficiency of the realization of the Badan Pengelola Keungan Daerah budget through the results of the overall income and expenditure budget. Based on the results of calculations and data collection on budget planning Badan Pengelola Keungan Daerah managed to prepare and plan its budget well until the realization stage, but the realization of the budget has been running quite effectively but less efficiently in 2016 to 2017, which is due to spending greater than income.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of service and its impact on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Bengo Unit, Watampone Branch. This study covered all customers met at the location, with a total population of 500 customers. The sample used in this study was 84 respondents, selected using incidental sampling techniques. Data were collected through descriptive statistical techniques, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis showed a t count of 7.669, while the t table was 1.98932, indicating that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Analysis with SPSS produced a value of R = 0.646 and R² = 0.418 or 41.8%, which means that 41.8% of the variability in customer satisfaction can be explained by service quality. Meanwhile, 58.2% of customer satisfaction cannot be explained by the variables studied.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Analysis of Sources and Budget Changes at the Regional Finance Management Agency (BPKD) of South Sulawesi Province. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive approach, the data processed are budget changes in the Regional Financial Management Agency of South Sulawesi Province 2016 to 2018. The data analysis technique used in the study uses measurement of effectiveness on budget changes. Based on the calculation result in 2016 of 77%, in 2017 of 56% and in 2018 of 82%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on increasing employee productivity in the Samsat Sidrap District office. The research method uses quantitative methods because the research data are numbers that are processed using spss 20 alerts. With a population of 45 and a sample of 31 respondents the data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression with motivation variables (X) and employee performance (Y ). The results showed that from the simple linear regression that was processed and analyzed using the SPSS method, the equation obtained was Y = 6.592 + 0.664 X, where the constant number has a value of 6.592 (positive) stating that if there is no work motivation (X) then productivity work (Y) is 0.664, meaning that the employee's work productivity is still constant even though work motivation towards Y is zero. If there is a decrease in work motivation, it will reduce the level of employee productivity. So that it can be explained that work motivation has an influence and significant effect on employee work productivity in the Samsat district office
