Salah satu bentuk kegiatan implementasi MBKM yang memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa di luar kampus yaitu program Magang. Meski demikian, pelaksanaan bentuk kegiatan implementasi MBKM-Magang belum maksimal dan masih terdapat kekurangan. Untuk mengukur sejauh mana tingkat keberhasilan dan kelemahan pelaksanaan program Pertukaran Pelajar pada tataran sejumlah program studi maka perlu dilaksanakan evaluasi program. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah merancang bentuk evaluasi program untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan dan kelemahan implementasi program Magang pada Program Studi Manajemen di bawah naungan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Adapun tujuan khususnya diuraikan dalam proposal ini. Model evaluasi program Magang MBKM ini menggunakan model 1. Evaluating Reaction. 2) Partisipants’ learning; 3) Evaluating Behavior; 4) Evaluating Result. Besaran anggaran yang dibutuhkan program penelitian ini sebesar Rp. 95.750.000,00 yang diusulkan ke LP3M Unismuh Makassar bekerja sama dengan Sekretariat Ditjen Pendidikan Tinggi Riset dan Teknologi, Ditjen Pendidikan Tinggi Riset dan Teknologi, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Target luaran program ini berupa: Hasil evaluasi mengenai ketercapaian pemenuhan dokumen pengembangan kurikulum yang mendukung implementasi praktik magang, Persepsi peserta magang mengenai kepuasan terhadap pelaksanaan program magang, Hasil evaluasi mengenai tingkat ketercapaian pembelajaran peserta magang, Hasil evaluasi mengenai perilaku peserta magang, Hasil penilaian mengenai hasil pelaksanaan program magang, dan Hasil evaluasi mengenai tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja pelaksanaan program magang. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on increasing employee productivity in the Samsat Sidrap District office. The research method uses quantitative methods because the research data are numbers that are processed using spss 20 alerts. With a population of 45 and a sample of 31 respondents the data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression with motivation variables (X) and employee performance (Y ). The results showed that from the simple linear regression that was processed and analyzed using the SPSS method, the equation obtained was Y = 6.592 + 0.664 X, where the constant number has a value of 6.592 (positive) stating that if there is no work motivation (X) then productivity work (Y) is 0.664, meaning that the employee's work productivity is still constant even though work motivation towards Y is zero. If there is a decrease in work motivation, it will reduce the level of employee productivity. So that it can be explained that work motivation has an influence and significant effect on employee work productivity in the Samsat district office

Usaha ternak ayam mempunyai prospek yang menjanjikan mengingat animo masyarakat yang tinggi terhadap hasil unggas tersebut. Keberhasilan mengelola usaha ternak ayam harus didukung oleh kemampuan dalam mengelola dan mengendalikan faktor-faktor produksi diantaranya adalah pakan ternak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah persediaan pakan optimal, banyaknya persediaan pengaman, dan titik pemesanan kembali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Economic Order quantity (EOQ). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan observasi di lapangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data penggunaan pakan rata-rata selama periode 1 tahun terakhir yaitu tahun 2019 (6 siklus pemeliharaan) Temuan penelitian ini adalah jumlah pembelian pakan efektif menggunakan metode Economic Order quantity (EOQ) sebanyak 5855 Zak, jumlah pemesanan sebanyak 10 kali dan titik pemesanan kembali ROP yaitu saat jumlah pakan yang ada tersisa 56 Zak. Melalui metode EOQ biaya yang dapat dihemat yaitu sebesar Rp. 2.091.437,07,- Kata Kunci : Pengendalian Persediaan, EOQ

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai analisis performance appraisal terhadap peningkatan produktivitas pegawai (studi Kasus pada Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian Gowa Kampus II di Kabupaten Bone). Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori dengan populasi 35 dan sampel 35 dengan metode sensus Terdiri dari Pegawai Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian Gowa Kampus II di Kabupaten Bone. Jenis data yang digunakan ialah data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, adapun teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis yaitu: uji validitas, uni reliabilitas, uji regresi sederhana, uji hipotesis. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Performance Appraisal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Produktivitas pegawai. Hasil uji t Performance Appraisal terhadap Peningkatan Produktivitas pegawai nilai hitung (6.022 > 3,611) sig 0.000. Kata Kunci: Performance Apparaisal; Produktivitas Pegawai

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of education level on employee performance at the Industry and Trade Service of South Sulawesi Province. The research method used in the study is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The method for collecting data is through observation, questionnaires and documentation with a population of 115 employees and an interesting sample using the slovin formula so that the number of samples obtained is 89 employees with the data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis processed through the assistance of Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) Software Version 27. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the results of the t-test obtained on the education level variable (X) on employee performance (Y) obtained tcount 8.674> ttable 1.987 with a significance level of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of the education level variable on employee performance at the Industry and Trade Service of South Sulawesi Province

The purpose of this research is a type of quantitative research with the aim of finding out the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Makassar City Tourism Office. This sample was taken from the Makassar City Tourism Office. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from distributed questionnaires and is related to the problem being studied. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, observation and documentation. In this research, the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this research used the Likert scale method. Based on the results of data research using statistical calculations through the Statistical for the Social Science (SPSS) version 20 application regarding the influence of work discipline on employee performance at the Makassar City Tourism Office which was discussed in the previous chapter, the author draws an important conclusion, namely that work discipline has a positive effect and significant in increasing employee performance at the Makassar City Tourism Office as evidenced by the work discipline regression coefficient (X) of 0.490 and the calculated t value of 3.051 > t table 0.679 with a significance value of 0.004 < 0.05.

This research aims to determine the effect of Online Presence on Employee Discipline Intensity at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Daya Makassar Branch. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Daya Makassar Branch has 35 employees. The type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data sources used are primary data sources, namely information originating from observations and questionnaires. Meanwhile, secondary data sources are data sources obtained from documentation or literature study. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using statistical calculations by Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 24 application.The results of the research show that Online Presence (X) has a positive and significant effect on employee discipline intensity (Y) seen from the results of the calculated t value > t table (4,163 > 1.690) and the significant value 0.00 Ë‚ 0.05

This research aims to analyze the influence of work experience and motivation on employee performance at PT. Telkom Witel Makassar. The population in this study was 37 permanent employees at PT. Telkom Witel Makassar. And this research uses a saturated sample, the entire population is sampled. This research data was obtained from a questionnaire (primary data). The research results from data processed using SPSS Version 25 statistical calculations, based on partial SPSS output results, research results show that partially the variables of work experience and work motivation have an influence on employee performance. Other results found that the variables work experience and work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value for work experience of 0.001 < 0.05 and a significant value for work motivation of 0.000 < 0.05. Work experience and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Therefore, the two independent variables, namely work experience and work motivation, need to be maintained and maximized so that employee performance can be further improved.

This research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Jeneberang, Gowa Regency. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The research location was carried out at PDAM Tirta Jeneberang, Gowa Regency, over a 3 month period. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistical methods through applicationsStatistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) 27. The results obtained from this research show that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction (X1) and employee performance (Y), as well as work discipline (X2) which contributes positively to employee performance (Y) at PDAM Tirta Jeneberang, Gowa Regency.

This research is a quantitative description type research that aims to know and analyze the effect of performance allowances and leadership styles on employee work productivity at PT. Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Syriah (BPRS) Niaga Madani Makassar City. The method used in this study amounted to 32 respondents with the analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed through the help of Statistical Product and Service Solution software (SPSS0 Version 27. The results of this study can be concluded that the performance allowance variable and leadership style have a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity at PT. Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Niaga Madani Kota Makassar.
