Profitability: Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen [p-ISSN 2714-6332| dan e-ISSN 2714-6324] yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar, jurnal ini menerbitkan artikel hasil penelitian dibidang Ilmu Manajemen. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and individual characteristics on career development with motivation as an intervening variable. The object of this research is the Yogyakarta City Health Office. This study used a descriptive study using a quantitative approach with a total sample size of 35 respondents. The results of this study indicate that: Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on motivation, Individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on motivation, motivation has a positive and significant effect on Career Development, Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Career Development,Individual Characteristics Culture has a positive and significant effect on Career Development, there is no positive and significant influence between Organizational Culture on Career Development with Motivation as an intervening variable, there is no positive and significant effect between Individual Characteristics on Career Development with Motivation as an intervening variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of employee interpersonal communication skills on achievement motivation at KSP Mandiri Utama Raba branch, Kota Bima. This type of research is associative, the research instrument used is a Likert scale questionnaire. The population used in this study were 32 employees at KSP Mandiri Utama Raba Branch, Bima City. The sample in this study were all employees at KSP Mandiri Utama Raba Branch, Bima City as many as 32 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, simple correlation, determination test and t test. The results showed that there was an influence between interpersonal communication on achievement motivation at KSP Mandiri Utama Raba Branch of Bima City with t value greater than t table (9.999 2.042) and the form of the effect was significant.

The effect of transformational leadership style, transactional leadership style, and prganizational culture on employee performance on PT. Bahana Mitra Waji in Makassar. This purpose of this research is to investigate: (1) the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance, (2) the effect of transactional leadership style on employee performance, and (3) the effect of organizational culture on employee performance. The population of research is all employees of PT. Bahana Mitra Wajo inMakassar totaled to 46 persons with sampling technique using saturated sampling. Analysis method is regression linear multiple by first tested with test of validity and reliability. The results of this research showed that : (1) transformational leadership style significantly effects employee performance, (2) transactional leadership style significantly effects employee performance, and (3) organizational culture significantly effects employee performance. This means that the transformational leadership style is like giving motivations, and transactional leadership style such as giving rewads, and the organizational culture is like having a ne innovation encourage an increase in employee performance measured by achievement of targets, quality and quantity or working together and responsibility for their work

Food and Beverage Company is the mainstay company of the manufacturing industry therefore creating strong competition that occurs in it. Companies that are unable to compete and improve their performance will experience financial difficulties and eventually head into bankruptcy. This research aims to find out how much influence profit and cash flow have on the Financial Distress of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2019. The research method used is verification descriptive with a quantitative approach. The results of the verification analysis state that partial return on assets is influential and significant to financial distress. Meanwhile, cash flow indicates that cash flow (operating cash flow ratio) has a negative and significant financial distress. Simultaneously, profit and cash flow accounted for 41.7% of financial distress while the remaining 58.3% was explained by other variables beyond the multiple regression equations or those not studied in this study

The company's financial performance can be assessed through the company's financial statements presented. predicting the bankruptcy of a company needs to be analyzed using the Altman Method (Z-Score). as for the research objectives with this research we can find out the financial performance of PT. Prima Karya Manunggal from the last 3 years. The research method uses data collection techniques for the financial statements of PT Prima Karya Manunggal for the last 3 years and data analysis techniques using ratio analysis and Almant bankruptcy analysis. From the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT. Prima Karya Manunggal from 2018 - 2020 based on the results of financial ratios, namely liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity, it can be described that every year there is an increase and decrease and the Altman Z-Score method can be concluded that the financial performance of PT. Prima Karya Manunggal is classified as BANKRUPT (Financial Difficulties).

This study aims to assess the impact of intellectual capital on the knowledge transfer ability of lecturers at the Muhammadiyah University of Makassar (Case Study Management Study Program). The type of research used in this research Management Study Program of the Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. The type of data used is primary data with data analysis techniques using a questionnaire, while the techniques used to analyze are: validity, reliability, simple test, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient test. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and liquidity on firm value in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period. In this study using quantitative descriptive methods. The type of data in this research is secondary data. The data collection technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that profitability had a significant positive effect on firm value. Meanwhile, liquidity has no effect on firm value.

The objective of the research were to asses the implementation of supervision and obstacles in the proses work discipline of empolyess at the news section of the Public Broadcasting Institation Radio Republic of Infonesia Makassar, as wal as supervision in the news section of LPP RRI. The research method employed was descriptive qualitative, which means that the research describes the findings of observations and direct interviews with employees. Final Project Writing is the result of research conducted in May 2021. After examing and the topic,the research finds that the work discipline in the work discipline has been going as evidencod by the high level of attendance and neatness thathas been maintance. The findings of this study should be to provied useful information to the institution.

Research Entrepreneurship Study Program Faculty of Business Mega Buana Palopo University. This research aims to find out the leadership style and motivation to affect the performance of employees of Bank BTPN Sungguminasa Branch, Gowa Regency. The type of research used is quantitative. The data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 32 respondents of Bank BTPN Sungguminasa Branch in Gowa Regency. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study show that, based on t statistical test, t calculated value for leadership style variable (X1) 3,233 t table 1,695 and significant value 0.002 0.05. While motivation variable (X2) 5,637 t table 1,695 and significant value 0.000 0.05. Therefore, it is concluded that the leadership style and motivation significantly affect the performance of employees of Bank BTPN Sungguminasa Branch in Gowa Regency

This research aims to analyze abnormal return and trading volume activity in the time before and after the 2019 Presidential election. Especially in state-owned enterprises that are included in the IDX BUMN 20 index in IDX. This research is a quantitative research using the event study method with an observation time of 7 days before and 7 days after the 2019 Presidential election. Using secondary data in the form of stock prices and trading volumes. The results showed that: (1) based on the results of the paired sample test against abnormal return during the period of event, it was found that there was no difference in abnormal return before and after the presidential election; (2) from the Wilcoxon-Signed Rank test results there is a significant difference in trading volume activity before and after the presidential election of the Republic of Indonesia
