Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and workload on job satisfaction of employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) in Bima City. This research uses associative research with a quantitative approach. For sampling technique (purposive sampling) was used by determining the sample as respondents were all 76 the State Civil Service (ASN) employees in the office of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Bima City. Data collection techniques using observations, questionnaires (questionnaires) with a Likert scale. Technical Analysis using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test which consists of: Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Test, Heteroscedasticity and Autocorrelation Test. Multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient test, multiple correlation, determination coefficient test (R2), partial test (T test), simultaneous test (F test). The results showed that motivation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work load has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, motivation and workload has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the Effect of Significant Work Ability on Employee Job Performance at the Bima Regency Housing and Settlement Office. The type of research used is associative, with a sample of 68 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, simple correlation, determination test and t test (two parties). The results of this study concluded that work ability did not have a significant effect on work performance in the Bima Regency Housing and Settlement Office, where the t value was 1.356 smaller than the t table value of 1.996 (1.356 <1.996) with a significance value of 0.180 greater from 0.05 (0.180> 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee interpersonal communication skills on achievement motivation at KSP Mandiri Utama Raba branch, Kota Bima. This type of research is associative, the research instrument used is a Likert scale questionnaire. The population used in this study were 32 employees at KSP Mandiri Utama Raba Branch, Bima City. The sample in this study were all employees at KSP Mandiri Utama Raba Branch, Bima City as many as 32 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, simple correlation, determination test and t test. The results showed that there was an influence between interpersonal communication on achievement motivation at KSP Mandiri Utama Raba Branch of Bima City with t value greater than t table (9.999 2.042) and the form of the effect was significant.

Abstract

Servicescape gives a positive or negative impression as a reference in managing it more effectively. With the servicescape, cafe and restaurant business people can provide good quality services for consumers to feel comfortable while in cafes and restaurants and influence on buying interest. Steak in Bima City. The type of research used is associative. The population used is all consumers of Resto & Steak Huts whose numbers are not known with certainty (unknown population), so the sample size used is 96 samples. All samples were given a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies with data analysis techniques used are validity, reliability, simple linear regression analysis, simple correlation t test and determination test. From the results of data processing and analysis states that servicescape does not affect consumer buying interest in the Resto & Steak Hut in the City of Bima with a t value of -0.556 and a significance value of 0.580, and the results of the determination test show that Servicescape influence on Buy Interest in the Hut Bima City Restaurant & Steak is 0.007 or 0.7% only. while the remaining 99.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand personality terhadap keputusan pembelian di rumah busana az-zahra Kabupaten Bima. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian Asosiatif, merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 50 responden dan populasinya berasal dari konsumen rumah busana az-zahra di kabupaten bima. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa brand personality berada pada kategori baik dengan hasil 75,7%, dan keputusan pembelian sebesar 57,3% menunjukan pada kategori baik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand personality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Rumah Busana Az-Zahra Kabupaten Bima.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of variable financial compensation and non-financial compensation on employee job satisfaction simultaneously and partially. This study uses an explanatory research method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 36 employees and the research sample used was a saturated sample of 36 employees at PT. Kawi brilliant Bima. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study simultaneously show that financial compensation and non-financial compensation have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Sig value. The F which is obtained is 0,000. The results of the study partially show that financial compensation has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a sig value. t of -283. The result of the research is partially known that non-financial compensation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a sig.t value of 5,563

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the significant influence of managerial leadership style and work discipline on the quality of production at Bolly Bakery Bima. The type of research used is associative, With  sample of 30 respondents. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Distribution of questionnaires using Likert scale measurement. Methods of data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, f test, and t test. The results of the study can be concluded that the manager's leadership style and work discipline have an influence on the quality of production at Bolly Bakery Bima, where the t value of the leadership style variable is 0.402, which is smaller than the t table value of 2.055 (0.402 2.055) with a significance value of 0.691 0.05 and the work discipline variable of 0.329 is smaller than 2.055 (0.329 2.055) with a significance value of 0.745 0.05.

Abstract

The type of research used is associative, with a sample size of 31 respondents. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using Likert scale measurement. Methods of data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, significance test, and simultaneous test. The results of the study can be concluded that the Physical Work Environment has a significant influence on Employee Performance and Workload does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance at the TTA Dara Service Unit Office in Bima City, where the t value of the Physical Work Environment variable is 2,188 greater than the t table value. amounting to 2,051 (2,188 2,051) with a significance value of 0.043 0.05 and the Workload variable of -1,126 is smaller than 2,051 (-1,126 2,051) with a significance value of 0.270 0.05. Work environment and workload have a significant effect on employee performance at the TTA Dara service unit office in Bima City

Abstract

GENERATING ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT FOR STUDENTS PARTICIPATING IN CAMPUS LIFE INTRODUCTION FOR NEW STUDENTS (PKKMB) OF SEKOLAH TINGGI ILMU EKONOMI BIMA. Higher education is a place to continue higher education, so adaptive, creative and innovative breakthroughs are needed to attract fresh gradations for the development of science to fulfill the study of prospective new students in the transition phase to become more mature and self-sufficient and accelerate the process of adapting students to the environment. new students and provisions for the success of studying at STIE Bima so that an Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB) is needed with the aim of forming and realizing the character of superior, independent and responsible students. Therefore, tertiary institutions have an important role in producing quality graduates that can be used by stakeholders, the initial stimulus carried out by the Bima College of Economics (STIE) in producing complete human resources, namely by entrepreneurial exploration in PKKMB STIE Bima activities. fostering an entrepreneurial spirit for new students who do not yet have soft skills, knowledge and business skills. Participatory activity approach with the method of transferring knowledge from lecturers through the provision of PKKMB materials, observation and interviews with several informants during the entrepreneurship bazaar. The results showed that PKKMB participants were aware of business opportunities, were communicative and were confident when promoting their products during the bazaar.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence between organizational culture and work discipline variables on employee job satisfaction simultaneously and partially. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 56 employees and the research sample used was using the slovin formula, namely 36 employees at the Bima City Social Service. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study simultaneously show that organizational culture and work discipline have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. sig value. F obtained is 0.000. The results of the study partially show that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a sig. t is 2,626. The results of the study partially show that organizational culture and work discipline have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a sig.t value of 4.825.
