<![CDATA[This study aims to see whether the quality of human resources, the application of accounting standards and information governance affects the financial reporting of local governments in Wajo Regency. The population of this study were all employees of the financial division of the SKPD in the scope of Wajo Regency, namely the Department of Public Works for Spatial Planning and Land, the Office of Health and the Office of Agriculture and Food Security. This type of research is quantitative research. Collecting data from filling out questionnaires. The data collected were processed using SPSS with multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis. Based on the results of research, the government can ignore that the quality of human resources and the application of accounting standards have a positive effect on regional financial reporting. Meanwhile, the use of information technology has no effect on local government financial reporting. This may be due to the fact that the SKPD is lacking in maximizing the integrated computer system.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Liquidity and Solvency on the Company Value of the property and real estate sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2018 Period. This research is a type of comparative causal research. The population in this study are property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2018 period, amounting to 22 companies. Based on the sampling technique with purposive sampling obtained a sample of 21 companies. Data collection techniques use the documentation of financial statements published on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, www.idx.co.id. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Solvency has a positive and significant effect on firm value, with a regression coefficient of 0.557 and a significance value of 0.001 0.05; (2) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on Company Value, with a regression coefficient of 0.207 and a significance of 0.002 0.05; (3) Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on Company Value, with a regression coefficient of 0.340 and a significance of 0,000 0.05; (4) Solvency, Profitability, and Liquidity affect the Value of the Company with a significance of 0,000 with an R2 of 43%]]>

<![CDATA[To get a maximum result or an effective and efficient team work certainly requires good communication between individuals in an organization. Effectiveness Is a measure of an organization in achieving better work processes in completing tasks. Work efficiency is the best comparison between the work done and the results achieved by the work in accordance with those targeted both in terms of quality and results. The research conducted at the East Banggae Sub-district office uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The study was conducted for 3 months, from January to March 2020. The results showed that: 1) there was a significant effect of effectiveness on the Performance of Employees at the East Banggae District Office, partially, 2) there was a significant effect of Work Efficiency on the Performance of Employees at the East Banggae District Office, partially, 3) there was a significant influence between effectiveness and efficiency of work on employee performance at the East Banggae sub-district office simultaneously and the results show that the value of the two variables affect the achievement of optimal employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the Effects of Intellectual Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on the Performance of Employees of the Makassar City Investment and Integrated Service Office. Data analysis using multiple regression equations and the classic assumption test, one of the methods used to determine the number of samples is using the Slovin formula, the sample used was 50 employees. The research data was obtained from questionnaires, literature studies, and direct interviews with relevant parties according to the research objectives. From the results of multiple regression testing, data showing the variable Intellectual Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence have a positive effect by looking at the F test value of 65.950, thus F arithmetic F table ( 0.05), For the t value of the intellectuality variable of 0.179 and the significance value of 0.112 0.05 so that the variable Intellectual Intelligence has a positive and insignificant effect, while the Spiritual Intelligence variable of 0,000 0.05 so the more positive and significant effect on employee performance is the Spiritual Intelligence variable]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of Relationship Marketing on increasing visitors to the Makassar Pioneer Harper Hotel. The type of research used in the study is simple linear regression. The population in this study were visitors to the Makassar Pioneer Harper Hotel in 2019, and the study sample totaled 99 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the variable relationship marketing can increase the number of visitors at the Makassar Pioneer Harper Hotel because relationship marketing is partially tested with the results of t test of 8,436 t table 1.98472 means that there is an influence between x and y and a significant value of 0,000 0,05 so that it can be said that there is an effect of variable relationship marketing on the variable increase in visitors.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of share sales volume and SBI interest rates on stock returns at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk. This study uses a quantitative approach because it uses data in the form of numbers. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the official website The population in this study is data on sales volume, interest rates and stock returns for 30 years, from 1989-2019. using a sample for 15 years, namely from 2004-2018. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method. Methods of data collection using the method of documentation and study libraries. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 21.0 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a partially significant effect between share sales volume and stock returns at PT Indocement Tunggal Initiative, Tbk. Tbk. The magnitude of the influence of share sales volume and interest rates on stock returns at PT Indocement Tunggal Initiative, Tbk is 200% and the remaining 79.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the performance of employees at the Department of Communication and Information Makassar. The method used in this research is to use qualitative research methods. Data processing procedures in this study use primary data processing sourced from interviews and secondary data processing through theoretical analysis sourced from books, reports, photos, data and observations. The results showed that the results of interviews and observations can be concluded that the ability of employees at the Department of Communication and Information Makassar measured as based on knowledge and skills are still in the category of good enough to support employee performance. Employees understand the work and can finish it in a timely manner. Employee work motivation at the Makassar City Office of Communication and Information in achieving employee performance measured by intrinsic factors (Personal Maturity and Job Satisfaction) and extrinsic factors (Work Environment, Compensation, and Supervision) are in quite good category. Work relations that are established are considered quite close among fellow employees, exemplary leaders who are considered capable of providing motivation. There are still employees who have never attended training in both the leadership and functional technical divisions, therefore it is necessary to immediately provide skills training to employees. It is hoped that employees will more often be given the opportunity to attend training and education. Employees' work motivation at the Makassar City Office of Communication and Information which is categorized as good also did not go unnoticed. Efforts to create a good work environment still need to be improved, especially inadequate compensation. It is hoped that leaders will pay more attention in motivating employees to achieve organizational performance.]]>
