Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Relationship Marketing on increasing visitors to the Makassar Pioneer Harper Hotel. The type of research used in the study is simple linear regression. The population in this study were visitors to the Makassar Pioneer Harper Hotel in 2019, and the study sample totaled 99 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the variable relationship marketing can increase the number of visitors at the Makassar Pioneer Harper Hotel because relationship marketing is partially tested with the results of t test of 8,436 t table 1.98472 means that there is an influence between x and y and a significant value of 0,000 0,05 so that it can be said that there is an effect of variable relationship marketing on the variable increase in visitors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Effects of Intellectual Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on the Performance of Employees of the Makassar City Investment and Integrated Service Office. Data analysis using multiple regression equations and the classic assumption test, one of the methods used to determine the number of samples is using the Slovin formula, the sample used was 50 employees. The research data was obtained from questionnaires, literature studies, and direct interviews with relevant parties according to the research objectives. From the results of multiple regression testing, data showing the variable Intellectual Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence have a positive effect by looking at the F test value of 65.950, thus F arithmetic F table ( 0.05), For the t value of the intellectuality variable of 0.179 and the significance value of 0.112 0.05 so that the variable Intellectual Intelligence has a positive and insignificant effect, while the Spiritual Intelligence variable of 0,000 0.05 so the more positive and significant effect on employee performance is the Spiritual Intelligence variable

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee development on work productivity at PT. Bank BTPN Sungguminasa Branch, Gowa Regency. Employee development is one of several factors that can affect the level of work productivity. Development is an additional basic salary that is not expected by employees, but only part of it can be given only having certain achievements or certain skills and do not bother when asked to complete as soon as possible, such as reports or receipts that must be reported. This research was conducted using a simple linear regression analysis tool, R2 test and t test to analyze the close relationship of 1 variable, and the results of the discussion that the value of the variable regression coefficient (X) or employee development is 0.458 so it can be said that the employee development variable (X) positive effect on work productivity by 45.8%. From the results of the regression analysis, the t-count value was 3.524 t-table was 2.042 and the significance value (sig.) was 0.001 0.05. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that employee development (X) has a significant effect on work productivity

Abstract

This study aims to (1) To determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at the Social Service Office of Bone Regency (2) To determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Social Service Office of Bone Regency. The sample inthis study was 70 respondents taken from the Social Service Office of Bone Regency. The type of data used in this research is primary and secondary data and this type of research is quantitative research. Data collection was carried out by observation and distributionof questionnaires. Based on the results of data research using calculations through the SPSS version 22 application concerningthe effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Bone Regency Social Service Office which has been discussed from the previous chapter, the authors draw important conclusions, namely motivation and work discipline have apositive and significant effect on performance employee
