Abstract

Abstrak: This research generally aims to determine how the contribution of learning innovations Islamic religious education teachers and teaching effectiveness to student learning outcomes. The detailed purpose of this study was to determine (1) Contributions innovative learning teacher of Islamic education on student learning outcomes, (2) Contributions effectiveness of learning on stu-dent learning outcomes, and (3) the contribution of learning innovation teacher of Islamic education and the effectiveness of learning together the learning outcomes of students in private elementary Hope 3 district Deli Tua Regency Deli Serdang. This research can be classified into quantitative re-search, which in this study much is required to use statistics, from data collection, interpretation of these data and the appearance of the results in order to test a theory that connects between reality social there. Data obtained through the questionnaire is given to respondent previously been deter-mined as samples, in addition to the provision of test/ questionnaire and documentation. In this study, there are three variables, namely innovation, contributing variables Islamic religious education teach-ers (X1), the effectiveness of learning (X2) and student learning outcomes (Y).Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kontribusi inovasi pembelajaran dan efektifitas pembelajaran guru pendidikan agama Islam terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Adapun secara terperinci tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui (1) Kontribusi inovasi pembelajaran guru pendidikan agama Islam (PAI) terhadap hasil belajar siswa, (2) Kontribusi efektifitas pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa, dan (3) kontribusi inovasi pembelajaran guru pendidikan agama Islam (PAI) dan efektifitas belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SD swasta Harapan 3 Kec. Deli Tua Kab. Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini dapat di golongkan ke dalam penelitian kuantitatif, di mana dalam penelitian ini banyak dituntut menggunakan angka-angka statistik, mulai dari pengumpulan data, penafsiran terhadap data tersebut serta penampilan dari hasilnya dengan tujuan untuk menguji suatu teori yang menghubungkan antara kenyataan sosial yang ada. Data yang diperoleh yaitu melalui penyebaran angket yang diberikan kepada responden yang sebelumnya sudah ditentukan sebagai sampel penelitian, selain itu pemberian tes/ kuesioner dan juga dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat tiga variabel, yaitu variabel kontibusi inovasi guru pendidikan agama Islam (X1), efektifitas pembelajaran (X2) dan hasil belajar siswa (Y)Kata Kunci: Inovasi Pembelajaran dan Efektitas Pembelajaran

Abstract

Abstract: This research uses qualitative method, with use science approach to the interpretation of dataobtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis of the data is done through thepresentation of data, the reduction of data and with drawal of the conclution. The results showed that:1) Interpersonal communication Madrasah head in improving teacher performance Madrasah AliyahNegeri 1 Aceh Timur uses verbal and non-verbal forms of communication and uses several communicationpatterns namely linear communication patterns, circle communication patterns, and wheelcommunication patterns. And 2) Interpersonal communication that takes place in Madrasah 1 AcehTimur involves all elements of communication (communicators, messages, media, and effects) andalso adheres to communication ethics according to Islamic learning. (qaulan kariman, qaulan ma’rufan,qaulan balighan, dan qaulan layyan).Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk mengetahui Komunikasi interpersonal Kepala Madrasahkepada para guru dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Aceh Timur, 2)untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pelaksanaan komunikasi interpersonal Kepala Madrasah kepada Gurudan Staf Madrasah dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Aceh Timur, 3)untuk mengetahui Hambatan pada komunikasi interpersonal Kepala Madrasah dalam meningkatkanKinerja Guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Aceh Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakanPendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepala Madrasah memang melaksanakankomunikasi interpersonal dengan para guru dan staf dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru MadrasahAliyah Negeri 1 Aceh Timur. Sedangkan bentuk Komunikasi yang dilaksanakan kepala madrasahdengan para guru dan staf dalam meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal yaitu kepala madrasahmenggabungkan dengan komunikasi internal yang ada dalam komunikasi organisasi, pertama kepalamadrasah melaksanakan komunikasi ke bawah (dawnward communication) yaitu komunikasi yangdatangnya dari kepala madrasah kepada para guru dan staf. Kedua kepala madrasah juga melaksanakankomunikasi ke atas (upward communication). yaitu komunikasi yang datangnya dari para guru danstaf kepada kepala madrasah. Kedua bentuk tersebut dilakukan secara langsung maupun menggunakanmedia, dan selalu dengan Qaulan Layyina.Kata Kunci: Intrapersonal, Madrasah dan Kinerja Guru

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui proses layanan konseling individu diMTsS YMPI Sei Tualang Raso Kota Tanjungbalai, 2) Mengetahui pelaksanaan layanan konselingindividu di MTsS YMPI Sei Tualang Raso Kota Tanjungbalai, 3) Mengetahui masalah-masalahapasajayang dihadapi guru bimbingankonselingdalampelaksanan layanan konseling individu di MTsSYMPI Sei Tualang Raso Kota Tanjungbalai, 4) Mengetahui kesulitan-kesulitanapasaja yang dihadapiguru bimbingankonselingdalampelaksanan layanan konseling individu di MTsS YMPI Sei TualangRaso Kota Tanjungbalai, 5) Mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam layanan konselingindividu di MTsS YMPI Sei Tualang Raso Kota Tanjungbalai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendeketanpenelitian kualitatif dan dengan menggunakan motode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengancara observasi, wawancara, studi dokumen dan teknik keabsahan data mengacu pada penelitiankualitatif tersebut. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, maka temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa,1) tahap proses layanan konseling individu diantaranya adalah, tahap awal konseling, tahappertengahan, dan tahap akhir konseling. 2) pelaksanaan layanan konseling individu di antaranyaadalah perencanaan pelaksanaan, pelaksanaan layanan konseling, melakukan evaluasi jangkapendek, menganalisis hasil evaluasi, tindak lanjut dan terakhir adalah menyusun laporan. 3)Adapun masalah-masalah yang ditangani guru bimbingan konseling dalam pelaksanaan layanankonseling individu di MTsS YMPI Sei Tualang Raso adalah masalah dengan kategori ringan,masalah dengan kategori sedang, dan terakhir adalah masalah dengan kategori berat. 4) Adapunkesulitan-kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh guru bimbingan konseling dalam pelaksanaan layanankonseling individu adalah sarana prasarana belum memadai, banyaknya siswa yeng belum memahamipentingnya layanan konseling individu, rasa takut siswa yang besar terhadap guru bimbingankonseling, dukungan orang tua yang masih kurang, dan terakhir adalah belum berjalannya kerjasamaantara guru bimbingan konseling, kepada madrasah dan guru dalam pelaksanaan layanan konslingindividu di MTsS YMPI Sei Tualang Raso kota Tanjungbalai. 5) Faktor pendukung dan penghambatdalam pelaksanaan layanan konseling individu adalah datang dari siswa, guru bimbingan konseling,orang tua, guru dan Kepala Madrasah dan semua yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan layanankonseling individu di MTsS YMPI Sei Tualang Raso Kota Tanjungbalai.Kata Kunci: Konseling dan Layanan Konseling

Abstract

Abstrct: This study aims to (1) know the moral education program in shaping the Muslim personalityof the students (2) to know the implementation of moral education in shaping the Muslim personalityof the student (3) to know whether moral education can shape the student’s muslim personality (4)know the supporting factors and obstacles in the implementation Moral education students. Thisresearch uses qualitative approach. The research was conducted at Private Madrasah Aliyah (MAS)Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Tanjung Morawa. The data sources of this research are sources, data,and documents. The research data was collected through observation, interview, and document analysis.Research data using data reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusions. School environmentas well as in the classroom. The research informants consisted of the chairman of the foundation,principals, teachers and students. The object of research is the implementation of moral education inshaping the student’s muslim personality. Research instruments are interview guides, observation sheets,and field notes. Data analysis with qualitative descriptive method.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine, 1) the existence of Al Quran learning in the NorthSumatra Islamic School, 2) the structure of the Al Quran learning curriculum in the Islamic School inNorth Sumatra. The approach used is a qualitative field (field research). Qualitative research is used todescribe words and actions to understand phenomena experienced by natural research objects or in thecontext of wholeness, in this research, the instrument is the learning of the Koran, so the type of researchused is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The findings of this study are 1) The ability of theNorth Sumatra Islamic Center Madrasah Aliyah in maintaining its existence both within the IslamicCenter North Sumatra Foundation and its surrounding environment can already be proven by themadrasa. 2) In the learning process, teachers who teach at the North Sumatra Islamic Center only usethe method they got from their previous tahfizhul Quran teachers without knowing the name of themethod. But it does not reduce the ability of teachers and the quality of students in teaching. 3) Teachingmaterials are only intended for class X students. 4) The strategy used by the North Sumatra IslamicCenter Madrasah Aliyah in maximizing the learning of Tahfiz Alquran, namely: Reducing the number ofstudents in the tahfizh class which initially numbered from 20 to 25 people. Changes in memorizationtime which were initially implemented in the morning and evening, are combined into the morningbefore formal study hours. A tahsin program was formed for new students. Do not classify studentsbased on their speed in memorization. 5) Evaluation is carried out several times a year, namely dailyevaluation, evaluation of the increase in the Quran, semester evaluation and annual evaluation.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation pattern Management in Improving Teacher Competence Junior High School (SMP) Namira Medan, which includes planning, organizing, actuating, evaluation and controlling. In analyzing the data the researchers used qualitative analysis techniques to the process of data reduction, exposure data and drawing conclusions. There were four findings in this study, namely: 1) planned teacher competency development activities to be carried out by school teachers in the period (a period of) specific. 2) organizing by dividing tasks according to their ability and professionalism. 3) actuating influential in improving the quality of teaching and learning, this is due to the mechanism more effective and faster to take advantage of school resources based on need. 4) Approaches were made by way of familiarizing themselves with the teacher. a visit to the teachers lounge. From the interviews that researchers do indicate that the principal establish good relations with teachers and employees in junior Namira stat Medan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi Manajemen Kepala Sekolah dalam Pembinaan Kompetensi Guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Namira Medan, yang meliputi Perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan pembinaan, dan pengawasan terhadap Kompetensi guru. Dalam menganalisis data peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif dengan proses reduksi data, pemaparan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Ada empat temuan dalam penelitian ini, 1) perencanaan program-program pembinaan kompetensi guru adalah rencana kegiatan pembinaan kompetensi guru yang akan dilaksanakan oleh guru sekolah dalam kurun waktu satu periode. 2) pengorganisasian dengan membagi tugas sesuai dengan kemampuan dan profesionalitas. 3) pelaksanaan peningkatan kualitas belajar mengajar, hal ini disebabkan adanya mekanisme yang lebih efektif. 4) pengawasan dan evaluasi dilakukan dengan mendorong guru untuk kreatif dan inovatif dengan melakukan beberapa pendekatan terhadap guru-guru.Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Kepala Sekolah, Kompetensi Guru.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to find out the teacher’s plan at Islamic education learn teachingat SD of State 064025 Medan Tuntungan, the teacher’s doing at Islamic education learn teaching, theproblem is being faced by teachers under teaching. The obstacles and supports are faced by teacherduring teaching and the solve of teacher’s target at the problem of Islamic education learning This researchused the qualitative method. The research’s result of the problem of Islamic education learning atSD of State 064025 Medan Tuntungan are from the problems, the teacher made designing of learning andmade the exploration diagram of skill via example non example concept, class discussion, concept mapand scientific learning based on thematic. The doing are all the students made panel to write the questionon hand out, demanded them to develop practice via example non example concept, class discussion,concept map and scientific learning based on thematic. The problems are on invitation or apperception atplan, exploration and explanation. The obstacles are less of the parents’ participation, less of attention andevaluation. From the supports are relevant to KTSP and K-13. Audio visual provided the pictures based onconcept map and scientific learning. And the solves are designed evaluation at recitation changing, discussionbased on opinions’ exchanging.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan guru dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agamaIslam di SD Negeri 064025 Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan, pelaksanaan guru dalam pembelajaran pendidikanagama Islam di SD Negeri 064025 Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan, problematika yang dihadapi guru PAI,faktor penghambat dan pendukung yang dihadapi guru PAI dan solusi yang dicapai guru PAI dalamproblematika pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasilpenelitian pertama bahwa problematika pembelajaran PAI di SD Negeri 064025 Kecamatan MedanTuntungan ini dari perencanaannya membuat desain pembelajaran dan membuat diagram pengembangankecakapan melalui konsepexample non example, diskusi kelas, peta konsep dan pembelajaran saintifikberbasis tematik. Pelaksanaannya setiap kelompok menuliskan pertanyaan dalamhand out. Problematikanyadalam invitasi atau apersepsi, dalam perencanaan, dalam eksplorasi serta dalam penjelasan. Faktor penghambatnyakurangnya daya dukung dari para orang tua, kurangnya atensi besar, kurangnya evaluasi. Dari segipendukung relevan Kurikulum KTSP dan K-13. Sedangkan solusinya membuat evaluasi dalam pertukaranresitasi, diskusi dan Diskusi berdasarkan saling berbagi pendapat dan gurunya membuat tes psikomotor.Kata kunci: Problem, Pendidikan dan Pembelajaran

Abstract

Islam Terpadu Aliya Bogor tahun 2018 yang dilihat dari 1) landasan formal, tujuan, dan sasaranprogram metode Ummi di SDIT Aliya Bogor, 2) prosedur rekuitmen peserta didik, daya dukungorang tua, guru Al-Qur’an metode Ummi, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana, pengelolaaanprogram metodeUmmi serta pembiayaan program metodeUmmi di SDIT Aliya Bogor, 3) kegiatanpembelajaran di SDIT Aliya Bogor yang mencakup (perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaanserta penilaian pembelajaran di SDIT Aliya Bogor, 4) Untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah laporanperkembangan metode Ummi peserta didik dan hasil belajar jilid 1-6, Al-Qur’an, Ghorib danTajwid di SDIT Aliya Bogor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif denganmenggunakan model Context, Input, Procces, Product . Sumber data diambil dari data primerdan data sekunder melalui wawancara, angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian iniadalah sebagai berikut: 1) evaluasi komponen konteks (Context) yaitu landasan penyelenggaraanprogram metode Ummi, tujuan program metode Ummi SDIT Aliya Bogor, sasaran programmetode Ummi SDIT Aliya Bogor, menetapkan pada kategori cukup sesuai dengan kriteria, 2)evaluasi komponen masukan (Input) yaitu tiga aspek yang terkategori baik adalah peserta didik,daya dukung orang tua, pembiayaan, sedangkan tiga aspek lagi yaitu guru Al-Qur’an metodeUmmi, sarana dan prasarana, dan pengelolaan metode Ummi sesuai dengan kriteria UmmiFoundation, 3) evaluasi komponen proses (Process) yang terbagi menjadi tiga aspek evaluasiyaitu perencanaan proses pembelajaran, pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran, penilaian hasil pembelajarandan evaluasi sudah sesuai dengan kriteria keberhasilan, dan 4) evaluasi komponen produk (Product)yaitu laporan perkembangan metode Ummi peserta didik dan hasil belajar metode Ummi pesertadidik sesuai dengan kriteria Ummi Foundation.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Program, CIPP, Metode Ummi

Abstract

Abstract: Contextual learning model is a learning concept that helps students to the formation ofcritical, active and innovative attitude, because the students have the opportunity to try it by theirown experience and construct it through the guidance and direction of the teacher. The learningprocess takes place naturally in the form of student activities learn and experience it. Implementationof Contextual Learning Model in the Development of Student Morals in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2Medan Model aims to make learning more productive and meaningful. This thesis includes the typeof qualitative research. The study intends to understand what subjects are experiencing. In this studydata collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data is then analyzedusing descriptive analysis method. Further data processing using three main steps in research,namely: data reduction, data presentation (display data), and verification (inferring data). In thisresearch, it turns out the contextual learning model in the learning process becomes better than theconventional learning model. Learning becomes more actively creative and innovative. In addition toteachers convey the material and integrate the moral values by inviting students to accustomed toapply the moral values in everyday life, teachers also managed to bring up some components ofcontextual learning on the learning model, among others:1) constructivism arises because the experiencegained by finding students by themselves; 2) finds (inquiry) appear on assignment and poursthe observations and draws conclusions; 3) questions (questionsing) arise when students ask aboutassigned problems, discussions, work in groups when answering questions of direction; 4) Learningcommunity emerged during group discussions and class discussions; 5). Modeling occurs when theteacher gives an example.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze: 1) How are the commentators of the scholars about surahIbrahim ayat 35-36 dan surah Yusuf 5? 2) What are the values of children’s education contained in theQur’anic surah Ibrahim and surah Yusuf? and 3) What is the relevance of the values of children’seducation in Surah Ibrahim and Yusuf at the present time with the future?. This study uses a qualitativemethod, using the Tafsir approach to interpretation, which uses the primary source is the Koran. Amongthe commentaries used are tafsir al-Marâgi by Ahmad bin Musthafâ al-Marâgi, Ibn Katsir’s tafsîr byMuhammad, the fate of Ar-Rifa’i. The results showed that: 1) Explanation of how the interpretation ofthe scholars about children’s education in the Qur’an Ibrahim and Surah Yusuf surah, is: Islamic educationcan form a person who is capable of realizing divine justice in the human community and is able toutilize natural potential by using fair. 2) There are four values of Islamic education in the surah Ibrahimand surah Yususf in the Qur’an, are: the values of aqeedah, values of leadership, values of worshipand moral values. 3) The relevance of the values of children’s education in the surah Ibrahim andSurah Yusuf that occur in the present condition of society, namely decadation of morals, morals andhubbuds of dunyâ. This condition is reflected in the values of Islamic education in the study of Ibrahimand Surah Yusuf in the Qur’an that the values of Islamic education in the study of Surah Ibrahim andSurah Yusuf in the Qur’an can change human moral conditions for the better guided by the Koran andHadith, enhance noble attitudes, behave well, believe in themselves, foster tolerance, and possess qana’ah.Keywords: Values Education, Children’s, Koran
