In general lightning will predominantly strike parts of the earth's surface that have tall structures (tall buildings, BTS towers, high voltage transmission towers) and prefer structures made of conductive materials such as metal. The existence of a house close to a Telecommunication Tower is the background for this research. The research aims to analyze suspected damage that occurred to residential buildings that are very close to telecommunications tower activity. The method used is a general study of the feasibility of telecommunications towers as well as the types and patterns of damage that occurred in the houses studied. The results show that the damage that occurs to houses is mostly caused by the bearing capacity of the soil which is less affected by the shrinkage of the concrete. A comprehensive assessment needs to be carried out for telecommunications towers, especially the lightning conduction and grounding systems.

The quality of the internet is not good when school residents access the internet, poor Quality of service (QoS) results have not been maximized when compared to TIPHON standardization. the author wants to implement queue bandwidth management through the Hierarchical Token Bucket (HTB) method. Based on the formulation of the problem above, the objectives to be achieved in this study are to implement bandwidth management using the HTB method on the Mikrotik Routerboard type RB951Ui-2ND so that the quality of QoS services at SMA Negeri 4 Palembang is better and optimal. The results of this study are expected to help administrators or Heads of Computer Lab networks at SMA Negeri 4 Palembang to implement bandwidth management using the HTB method. the hierarchical token bucket HTP method is very effective for managing network tarfik so that bandwidth is better managed.

Using renewable energy is one way to reduce global warming. Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 21 of 2016 concerning Purchase of Electricity and Biogas Power. The government has supported efforts to develop electrical energy from biogas. PT Evans Lestari is an oil palm plantation company operating in Mura with a plantation area of 9,220 ha and a mill of 60 tons/hour. In order to fulfill PLN's requirements to offer electricity supply, it is necessary to carry out a technical assessment of the connection and an economic analysis. The connection of the EBT PLT to PLN's 20 kV distribution system has been regulated in Directors' Decree No. 0357.K/DIR/2014. The benefits obtained from using DG include reducing power losses and improving the voltage profile of the distribution system. Among the types of DG that are commonly used, one of them is the Bio Gas Power Plant (PTBG) fueled by liquid palm oil waste.

Pandan Arang Village is located in Ogan Komering Ilir District, Kandis District, South Sumatra Province. Solar energy potential in this village is 4.95 kWh/m2/day. Utilization of alternative energy by building a Solar Photovoltaic (PLTS) system. The research aims to analyze the performance of a 1200 WP solar power plant with a water pump load of 2226 kW. The research method consists of 4 stages: 1. Location survey, 2. Data collection, 3. Simulation, 4. Technical analysis. Location data collection includes PLTS components and load data. This data is used for simulations using the HOMER PRO application. The simulation results show that the amount of electrical energy produced is 1605 kWh/year or 4.4 kWh/day. Simulation with 2 water pump loads produces unused electrical power of 3574 kWh/year or 72% of the total annual load. Meanwhile, in the simulation, the unused electricity load for 1 water pump is 1092 kWh/year. Thus, it can be concluded that the 1200 Wp PLTS system cannot meet the daily electricity load requirements for a year.

power flow in an electric power system is an event that flows in the form of active power (P) and reactive power (Q) from a generating system (sending side) through a transmission line or network until it reaches the load side (receiving side). . This power flow analysis has complicated stages if done manually, which requires an ETAP program. ETAP (Electric Transient Analysis Program) is software used to analyze an electric power system. This research was planned in the electrical engineering laboratory, Faculty of Engineering, Batanghari University, while the data was obtained from PT PLN (Persero) UIWS2JB Jambi. The ETAP method can simplify the calculation of the power flow in the palm feeder at PT PLN (Persero) Jambi.

A distribution network is a conveyor network that connects the load center substation with the customer. The distribution network functions to distribute electrical energy to customers according to the power and voltage needed. The distribution network line from the Aurduri GI Transformer Bay goes to the incoming to be lowered voltage from 150kv to 20kv. After the voltage is lowered, it is directly channeled to the Jelutung Feeder to find out the daily load on the distribution network. The population in this study is "Study of Daily Burden on the Distribution Network of Jelutung Feeders". The highest daily load is the electrical load that occurs at the highest time in 24 hours. This can be affected by household, industrial, commercial activities and weather conditions. Daily peak loads occur at certain times such as the afternoon. The lowest daily load usually occurs in the morning around 06.00 to 07.30. Average lowest current (I) R,S,T 92,275A and lowest power (P) 3.29Mw. While the average highest current is 212.7A and the highest power is 7.54Mw. The highest current in September was on the 15th with a power of 8.0 mw at 18.30.

With the development of science and technology, the use of electrical energy will continue to increase in households and industry. One of them is the use of a three-phase induction motor which is often used in industry in the production process. The many types of induction motors used require the selection of a more efficient system. The induction motor regulation system can be done manually or automatically. To automatically regulate the system, it can be done by applying programmable logic control (PLC). The aim of this research is to develop an automatic 3-phase electric motor control system using Outseal Programmable Logic Control (PLC).

Websites are an important communication medium for disseminating information openly and widely to all corners of the world. Websites are very important as a supporting facility for information and communication needs. A good website is a website that has fast access speed. Therefore the aim of this research is to analyze the website loading speed performance of the South Sumatra Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) using GTmetrix. GTmetrix is a Google product designed to measure the performance of a website with results in the form of a page speed score and structure score in percent. GTmetrix will later provide information about parts of the website that have poor scores and provide solutions to improve the website.

Renewable energy that is suitable for the tropical climate in Indonesia with an average solar radiation of 4.8 kwh/m2 per day is the use of photovoltaics or solar cells. To use solar cells, they can be placed on the roof of a building to save existing land, such as at PT. Makmur Indah Selaras International. The research method uses direct observation and literature study to obtain data on the use of solar panels at the factory. Meanwhile, the aim of this research was to see the utilization of existing PLTS with a hybrid system at PT. Makmur Indah Selaras Internasional, which is one of the palm oil factories operating in Muaro Regency, Jambi.
