Abstract

Rekam kesehatan adalah tempat penyimpanan data dan informasi mengenai pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan kepada pasien. Rekam kesehatan mencatat siapa, apa, kapan, dimana dan bagaimana perawatan pada pasien. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memudahkan guru atau kepala sekolah menyimpan dan pencarian berkas kesehatan siswa, dalam hal pendokumentasian guru juga dapat mengetahui riwayat kesehatan siswa sehingga penanganan yang kurang tepat dan memakan waktu lama akan terhindar apabila terjadi hal yang tidak diinginkan pada siswa. Metode yang digunakan berupa ceramah dan diskusi. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup pencatatan personal rekam kesehatan yang detail dan lengkap. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dapat dilihat dari antusiasnya siswa dalam mendengarkan materi yang disampaikan, dan diakhir penyampaian materi siswa diberikan post test dan mereka bisa menjawab soal – soal yang diberikan dengan cepat dan benar.

Abstract

Dengan adanya program-program yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah mengharuskan seluruh yang terlibat mengetahui dan memahami program tersebut termasuk didalamnya adalah masyarakat dimana yang maksudkan dalam program ini adalah JKN (Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional) karena berdasarkan anjuran pemerintah bahwa setiap warga yang ada di indonesia baik usia tua maupun muda diwajibkan mempunyai jaminan kesehatan. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat menggunakan tiga cara yaitu ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Materi yang disampaikan terkait Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional seperti Program BPJS, Iuran Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional Manfaat lain dalam Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini sangat berdampak positif bagi masyarakat khususnya yang ada di Kelurahan Tanjung Riau dengan bertambahnya pengetahuan dan informasi yang di dapatkan dengan tepat membuat masyarakat yakin dan antusias mengikut anjuran pemerintah untuk memiliki jaminan kesehatan.

Abstract

With the early detection of mental disorders can increase knowledge and change the attitudes and behavior of people about mental disorders. This aims to prevent mental disorders in the community. This community service method uses lecture, question and answer discussion and also a direct examination of mental disorders carried out by mental health program holders together with mental health cadres in Outahan Tanjung Riau Sekupang. The material provided in this activity in the form of the importance of detecting early mental disorders by knowing the definition, you and the symptoms and causes of mental disorders. The results of community service have a positive impact which is very beneficial for the people in the Tanjung Riau Outflow because it can add insight to the early detection of mental disorders and this activity also provides information to the public about the importance of conducting mental health checks on health services.

Abstract

The implementation of community service activities aims to increase the understanding and knowledge of mothers who have babies and toddlers about Growth and Development of Infants and Toddlers so that mothers are expected to be able to recognize early signs of disturbance in the growth and development of infants and toddlers. Community service methods used are lectures, discussions and questions and answers as well as a direct examination that includes measurements of height and weight. The material provided includes Nutrition in Infants and Toddlers, the Importance of Immunization for Infants and Toddlers and Signs of Growth and Developmental Disorders of Infants and Toddlers. The results obtained in this activity were all participants stated that this activity was very useful because it increased their horizons and could recognize signs of growth and development problems in their children.
