Rekam kesehatan adalah tempat penyimpanan data dan informasi mengenai pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan kepada pasien. Rekam kesehatan mencatat siapa, apa, kapan, dimana dan bagaimana perawatan pada pasien. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memudahkan guru atau kepala sekolah menyimpan dan pencarian berkas kesehatan siswa, dalam hal pendokumentasian guru juga dapat mengetahui riwayat kesehatan siswa sehingga penanganan yang kurang tepat dan memakan waktu lama akan terhindar apabila terjadi hal yang tidak diinginkan pada siswa. Metode yang digunakan berupa ceramah dan diskusi. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup pencatatan personal rekam kesehatan yang detail dan lengkap. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dapat dilihat dari antusiasnya siswa dalam mendengarkan materi yang disampaikan, dan diakhir penyampaian materi siswa diberikan post test dan mereka bisa menjawab soal – soal yang diberikan dengan cepat dan benar.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan keterlambatan operasi elektif di ruang operasi Rumah Sakit Awal Bros Pekanbaru. Variabel yang diteliti adalah kedatangan tim bedah, kedatangan pasien, waktu persiapan pasien, operasi cito sebelumnya, keterlambatan bedah sebelumnya, kelengkapan alat bedah, kelengkapan administrasi dan kondisi medis pasien. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian gabungan kuantitatif dan kualitatif, menggunakan data retrospektif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional diikuti oleh concensus decision making grup (CDMG). Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perhitungan rumus Slovin, dengan ukuran sampel 100 sampel. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian dan data sekunder dari laporan kinerja ruang bedah. Uji statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian pada uji statistik bivariat, dari semua variabel yang diteliti ada 3 yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan keterlambatan operasi elektif, yaitu kedatangan pasien, waktu persiapan pasien, dan keterlambatan operasional sebelumnya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa keterlambatan operasi elektif adalah 81,15 menit jauh di atas standar kualitas rumah sakit <30 menit.

Clinics, as healthcare facilities, require organized administration and effective management of medical records to ensure the production of quality information. This community service activity was conducted at Panacea Clinic with the objective of providing counseling to medical record officers on implementing a family folder system for medical record storage. The direct method was employed for this service, involving on-site visits to deliver educational materials and demonstrate proper and accurate medical record storage practices. The outcome of this community service activity was an improvement in the officers' understanding of the family folder storage system. Medical records serve as archives that document all activities within a healthcare facility over a specific period. These records contain information and documents related to patient identity, examinations, treatments, interventions, and other services provided. Medical records play a vital role for both patients and healthcare professionals, necessitating complete and timely record completion by all parties involved.

Computer technology is no longer something foreign to society, especially for those who are directly involved in the world of computers. With computer technology, data processing is much faster and easier and produces more accurate data compared to manual systems. The medical record application is an application that can manage patient data, the application contains the patient's identity, examination results, payments and other services that have been provided to the patient. Practicum in the Computer Laboratory of DIII Medical Records and Health Information Study Program, Awal Bros University is carried out every semester for students from semester I to semester V. To support student practicum activities, a medical record application is needed that students can use in the Computer Laboratory. In the Computer Laboratory of the DIII Medical Records and Health Information Study Program, there are several applications installed on each computer. However, it was felt that it was still not enough to support activities during practicum. For this reason, it is necessary to add applications to each computer so that students can better understand the use of medical record applications during the practicum. The aim of this research is to design a web-based medical record application in the Computer Laboratory of DIII Medical Records and Health Information Study Program, Awal Bros University. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and satisfaction of outpatients at the Baloi Permai Health Center. The method used is quantitative method with survey research used is cross sectional to determine the effect of health service quality on patient satisfaction at the Baloi Permai Health Center. The results of this study were carried out by a chi square statistical test showing that the quality of patient care at the Baloi Permai Health Center was considered good by 81,2% with a total of 81 respondents. While patients who said they were not good were 18,8% with a total of 19 respondents. Patient Satisfaction at the Baloi Permai Public Health Center who rated satisfaction as much as 68% with a total of 68 respondents. While patients who said they were not good were 32% with a total of 32 respondents. Since the p value is 0,000 <0,05, thereby H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, thus it can be concluded that there is a relationship between service quality and outpatient patient satisfaction at the Baloi Peria Health Center in 2022.

A clinical information system is a collection of diverse information technology applications that offer a centralized repository of patient care-related information across distributed locations. This repository contains the patient's clinical history along with the physician's decisions regarding the patient's condition, treatment choices, and overall health. The clinical information system is defined as a computer-based system dedicated to collecting, storing, and disseminating all essential clinical information required for patient care. Clinical information systems are frequently acknowledged for their potential to enhance the quality of healthcare services. The primary function of a clinical information system is to present tailored information to patients in a clear, organized, and timely manner. One of the clinical information systems employed for data management in clinics is the E-Clinic. This study aims to design and develop a web-based patient registration system for utilization at the Tamara Clinic. This qualitative research employs experimental research methods, involving the creation of a solution during the research process.

Permasalah pada Rumah Sakit X telah ditemukan berkas persyaratan tidak lengkap pada pelayanan rawat jalan dan terjadi pengembalian berkas klaim sehingga dapat merugikan rumah sakit karena memperlambat proses pembayaran klaim. Data yang diperoleh diunit Casemix Rumah Sakit X, ditemukan berkas klaim tertunda pasien rawat jalan BPJS Kesehatan periode bulan Januari, Februari, dan Maret tahun 2024 sebanyak 94 berkas klaim tertunda yakni bulan Januari sebanyak 34 berkas, Februari sebanyak 17 berkas dan Maret sebanyak 43 berkas. Penyebab berkas klaim tertunda dikarenakan masih adanya berkas yang diajukan belum memenuhi persyaratan klaim BPJS Kesehatan. Dengan adanya berkas klaim tertunda, maka aliran dana kas rumah sakit menjadi terganggu, karena jumlah biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh rumah sakit tidak sesuai dengan jumlah biaya yang didapatkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab terjadinya pending klaim berkas BPJS Kesehatan dengan fokus pada kasus rawat jalan periode bulan Januari-Maret tahun 2024 di Rumah Sakit X. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Berkas pending klaim pasien rawat jalan BPJS Kesehatan akibat ketidaklengkapan berkas, pada bulan Januari dan Februari memiliki persentase yang sama dan termasuk persentase tertinggi yaitu sebesar 17,65%. Klaim pending akibat ketidaktepatan koding persentase tertinggi terdapat pada bulan Februari sebesar 23,53% dan klaim pending akibat gabungan episode perawatan persentase tertinggi terdapat pada bulan Januari sebesar 29,41%. Faktor pending klaim BPJS Kesehatan pasien rawat jalan pada Triwulan I tahun 2024 di Rumah Sakit X yaitu ketidaklengkapan dokumen seperti SBPK dan dokumen hasil penunjang, ketidaktepatan koding diagnosa dan tindakan medis akibat dari ketidaksepahaman koder dengan verifikator BPJS kesehatan dan Ppnggabungan episode perawatan. Keterlambatan pembayaran klaim BPJS kesehatan akan berdampak pada tertundanya pembayaran klaim BPJS kesehatan kasus rawat jalan dan klaim yang pending akan menambah beban kerja petugas JKN karena petugas JKN juga mengerjakan klaim baru dan klaim yang pending.

People tend not to visit health facilities in good health and prefer to use traditional medicines if they are sick, compared to seeing a doctor. The role of health workers and health educators is urgently needed in increasing public awareness in maintaining health both through socialization and health check-up activities. This health examination was carried out by the lecturers and health students of Awal Bros University, on September 11, 2022. The first activity was carried out by recording or registering the people who were present using QR Code registration after which it was continued with a free health check. This activity is intended for all residents of Bengkong Laut Batam. Participants in this community activity attended and came directly to the location of the activity. The number of participants who took part in this activity were 32 people. The method of community service activities is carried out in the form of discussions and practical methods. This practical method is carried out by examining the health of the participants directly, such as measuring blood pressure and checking blood glucose.

A medical record is a record that contains the patient's identity, patient diagnosis, treatment and services provided to the patient during the patient's treatment at a hospital, health center or clinic. Medical records are not just filling in patient medical data, but also coding the disease. The coding is done so that health facilities can claim the costs incurred in treating a patient. The quality of medical recorders is very important because it can determine the quality of service at health facilities. So, it is necessary to provide an understanding of medical records to the community so that later many people will better understand how important medical records are for patients in health facilities. This socialization activity went smoothly and all participants seemed enthusiastic in listening to the material presented. The method used in this activity is in the form of socialization and question and answer. The participants who participated in this activity were students of SMAN 1 Teluk. The purpose of this activity is to socialize the students of SMAN 1 Teluk Sebong about the importance of medical records.

In health care facilities, an evaluation of the use of information technology systems is needed to identify several shortcomings in the use of electronic medical records. Evaluation is carried out so that the information system used can provide optimal service. Evaluation of electronic medical records is carried out to identify weaknesses in the system after use. From the results of the initial study that has been conducted, it is known that at the Sungai Panas Health Center, an evaluation of the use of Electronic Medical Records has not been carried out. Officers who use Electronic Medical Records have also not received training related to the system. This study aims to determine the level of user satisfaction in using EMR at the Sungai Panas Health Center. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a research design based on a cross-sectional approach. The subjects of the study were those who used Electronic Medical Records, while the object of the study was the Electronic Medical Records system at the research location. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires, with the questionnaire as a research instrument. The results showed that the level of satisfaction of EMR users based on several aspects was in the very satisfied category. From the content aspect, an average value (mean) of 4.68 was obtained, the accuracy aspect got a mean value of 4.6, and the display aspect (format) had a mean value of 4.75. Thus, it can be concluded that user satisfaction with the use of RME at Sungai Panas Health Center is classified as very satisfactory.
