The aims of this research are to analyze farmer’s attitudes towards the development of Kampung Kelor; analyzing the relationship between age, formal education, land tenure, non formal education, farming experience, and the influence of others who are considered important towards the development of Kampung Kelor; and differentiating the attitude of farming communities that have and have not tried kelor. The research employed a quantitative method by a survey technique. The research location was Kedungbulus Village with the consideration of Kedungbulus Village, is the only producer of Moringa processed products in Pati Regency which has a production permit for Household Industry (PIRT) and related research and assists the process of making Moringa. The samples were taken by proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis that used is Rank Spearman and U Mann Whitney with the SPSS 20.0 program application for Windows. The results of the study showed that: Farmer’s attitudes towards the development of Kampung Kelor (increasing income, educating the community, advancing villages, and increasing food and nutrition security) are good included in the agreed category; the forming factors of community attitudes are significantly related to the farmers attitudes are age (X1), formal education (X2), non-formal education (X4), farming experience (X5), and the influence of others who are considered important (X6), meanwhile the land tenure (X3) is not significantly related; Farmers who have cultivated moringa have a better attitude than farmers that have not cultivated moringa.

The form of traditional knowledge that still persistence one is wiwitan tradition in Kedon Hamlet, Sumbermulyo Village, Bambanglipuro Subdistrict, Bantul Regency. The persistence of wiwitan tradition in Kedon Hamlet when the appreciation of cultural heritage generationsstarted to fade indicates that the presence of preservation efforts by the local community is still exist.Thisefforts can be done through learning and dissemination of wiwitan tradition by the local communities. Based on the idea this research aimed to; (1) determine how the communities of Kedon Hamlet, Sumbermulyo Village, Bambanglipuro Subdistrict Bantul Regency disseminate wiwitan tradition, (2) determine how the communities of Kedon Hamlet, Sumbermulyo Village, Bambanglipuro Subdistrict, Bantul Regencylearn wiwitan tradition. This research used a single case study method that examine the phenomenon of the persistence of wiwitan tradition. The data was collected by observation, documentation and indepth interview with informan. The determination informan conducted in purposive. Informan in the research are the head of Kedon Hamlet, chairman of the farmer groups, and the local communities. The data was analyzed using the model of interactive analysis Miles and Hubermen. This research showed that; (1) the communities of Kedon Hamlet disseminated wiwitan tradition in the form of cultural carnival, words of mouth and digital media, (2) the communities of Kedon Hamlet learned wiwitan tradition through social learning.

This study aims to analyze people's attitudes towards the urban farming program, identifying factors that shape people's attitudes towards urban farming programs, analyzing the relationship between attitude-forming factors and people's attitudes towards urban farming programs. This study uses quantitativemethods with descriptive analysis and survey techniques. The location of the study was carriedout in Jebres Subdistrict.The study sample was 70 people taken by proportional random sampling.The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary. The data analysis that used is Rank Kendall. The results showed that:(1) the factors forming the attitude are characteristics of individuals (age majority at age 15-64 years/ the productive age category, majority high school education), personal experience in the medium category, family influence in the high category, reference group in the sufficient category, exposure to mass media in the medium category, and culture in the high category.(2) People's attitude towards the program objectives in the agreed category, the implementation of the program in the neutral category and the program results in the agreed category. (3) There is a significant relationship between personal experience, reference groups, exposure to mass media and culture to urban farming programs. While individual characteristics and family influences have no significant relationship with people's attitudes toward urban farming programs.

This study aims to assess the factors that influence farmers' interpersonal communication in organic rice cultivation; assess the level of effectiveness of farmer interpersonal communication in organic rice cultivation; and analyze the influence of openness, empathy, attitudes and equality partially and simultaneously on the level of effectiveness of interpersonal communication of farmers in organic rice cultivation. The research location in Gentungan village, Mojogedang Subdistrict, Karanganyar Regency, with the consideration that Mojogedang Subdistrict has the highest organic rice production in Karanganyar Regency and Gentungan Village is the only village that has an organic rice certificate. This research was conducted using quantitative deskriptive method with census technique for all organic rice farmers who were certified with a total of 45 people. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that; openness is included in the category of being quite open, empathy is included in the medium category, attitudes are included in the good category, and equality in the medium category; the level of effectiveness of interpersonal communication of farmers in organic rice cultivation is included in the high category; factors that influence interpersonal communication (openness, empathy, attitude and equality) simultaneously have a significant effect on the level of effectiveness of interpersonal communication while partially openness (X1), attitude (X3) and equality (X4) significantly influence the level of effectiveness interpersonal communication while empathy (X2) does not significantly influence the 95% confidence level.

This research aims to analyze the level of community participation in the development of the agropolitan area Cash for Works Program, analyzing internal factors and external factors that influence community participation; and analyze the relationship between internal factors and external factors of participation with the level of community participation in the development of the agropolitan area Cash for Works Program in Tasikmadu Village, Palang District, Tuban Regency. This study uses quantitative methods with survey techniques. The research location is in Tasikmadu Village, Palang District, Tuban Regency because there is an agropolitan area of star fruit plantation. The sampling technique by multistage cluster random sampling was 69 respondents. Data analysis using Spearman Rank correlation test. The results of the study showed: (1) Age of the community included in the category of age 36-55 years, with an average level of education graduating from high school / equivalent, land ownership area ≤ 0.3 ha, income level of the agricultural sector>2.1 million, length live on average>21 years, with the level of cosmopolitan including very low category and stakeholders including quite active category. (2) The level of community participation is included in the category of moderate participation and is on the consultation ladder. (3) Spearman's Rank correlation test shows that internal and external factors that are significantly related to community participation are the extent of land ownership, income level and the level of cosmopolitan, while age, education level, length of stay, and stakeholders are not significantly related.

applications on smartphones are functions that are made to facilitate human activities. Nowadays, many applications are used as sources of information, including in agriculture. One application that is a source of agricultural information is Desa Apps. Research on the response of UGM Faculty of Agriculture students to the Desa Apps Application was made with the aim of knowing: 1) Students of Faculty of Agriculture UGM responses towards Desa Apps Applications, 2) Factors that affect students of Faculty of Agriculture UGM responses towards Desa Apps Applications. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. Sampling of respondent students was done by simple random sampling. The total sample is 60 students, 12 students from each department. The analytical method used is the proportion test and multiple linear regression analysis with the Backward method. The results of the study show that most students have a good response to the Desa Apps Application. Student motivation has a positive effect, the quality of information has a positive effect, and the completeness of features has a positive effect. The significance value of the motivation factor is 0.073 with a regression coefficient of 0.168, the significance value of the information quality factor is 0.003, with the regression coefficient of 0.353, the significance value of the feature completeness factor is 0.044 with the regression coefficient of 0.191.
