Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of the dimensions of service quality simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction Khai Khai Thai Tea Malang. The population numbered 310 customers and fulfilled the criteria of the research sample (accindental sampling). The research method uses a survey method with a quantitative research approach with a sample of 75 respondents, the analytical tool used is SPSS 20. This study concludes that there is a simultaneous influence of the dimensions of service quality dimensions on consumer satisfaction Khai Khai Thai Tea Malang. Partially the dimension of service quality dimensions, namely responsibility and empathy, influences, but not significantly to the variable of customer satisfaction, Khai Khai Thai Tea, the center of Malang City. While tangibles, reliability and assurance variables have a significant effect on the quality of Khai Khai Thai Tea services in Malang.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat berbasis kearifan lokal sebelum dan sesudah adanya pengalokasian Dana Desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif komparatif dengan populasi sebanyak 67 pelaku usaha, sedangkan sampel ditentukan sebanyak 32 pelaku usaha dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Paired Sample t Test. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Secara empiris hasil penelitian yang menyatakan pemberdayaan ekonomi berbasis kearifan lokal sebelum pengalokasian Dana Desa berbeda secara signifikan dengan pemberdayaan ekonomi berbasis kearifan lokal sesudah adanya Dana Desa.

This study adopts qualitative approach by exploring two organizations, which aim to promote sustainable farming industry. The findings address four research questions, including how the social enterprises set their social mission, how they develop product innovation, how the governance practices within their organization, and how they promote fair trade. This article extends the discussion for the emerging concept of social enterprise by highlighting the social mission and social innovation. Abstract

The aims of study were to obtain in-depth information about public relations (PR) strategies from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy in implementing media relations. Media relations is the main key in public relations to convey and control information to the public. Public relations require the media in achieving its goals. The research method was qualitative descriptive. Data is taken from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy document. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study concluded that the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy has two media strategies namely the first POP (pre event, on event, post event). This strategy is carried out through a variety of interesting activities. Second is POSE (paid media, owned media, social media, endorsers). This strategy is quite effective in conveying information to the public about Indonesian tourism. From the implementation of the media, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy received various awards. This also has an impact on increasing the interest of tourists to Indonesia both from domestic and abroad.

Abstract

In 2020 the Penitentiary issued a resolution that included 15 points. One of the points is to improve the quality and capacity of prisoners to be better than before. For this reason, special strategies and management are needed to achieve these targets. Self-help development or work activities carried out in the Correctional Technical Executing Unit at this time are not only focused on fostering which is oriented towards the provision of prison-assisted residents after leaving prison. The coaching or work activities are also oriented to the creation of non-tax state revenue for the correctional technical implementation unit. Cipinang Class I State Residential Houses have approximately 4000 prisoners and prisoners with the capacitance of only 1136. How to manage people with that amount with limited land. In this article using qualitative methods using primary and secondary data to determine the management of the activities carried out. Cipinang Class I State Detention House was chosen as the place to research this article. The activities in the detention center have been going well and produce good output for the residents of the detention center and the organization itself

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi UMKM di wilayah Kediri dengan adanya Revolusi Industri 4.0. Permasalahan UMKM yang begitu kompleks akan berdampak pada perkembangan dan keberlanjutan usaha di era revolusi 4.0, sehingga mau tidak mau UMKM harus melek terhadap Teknologi Informasi yang akan merubah pola kerja dan pola pikir. Penelitian difokuskan pada aspek Marketing dan Accounting, dari hasil survey diketahui bahwa sebagian besar UMKM di Kediri belum bisa dan belum mampu membuat laporan keuangan dengan benar dan permasalahan marketing yang masih lemah dimiliki oleh UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dimana peneliti mengetahui secara langsung kondisi UMKM dengan cara observasi, pengamatan dan wawancara. Disamping itu peneliti menggunakan metode penerapan dengan membuat desain model sistem pemasaran e-commerce dan sistem laporan keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM di wilayah kediri belum seluruhnya siap dengan adanya perubahan di era revolusi 4.0. utamanya dari aspek marketing dan accounting
