Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini yang ditelaah adalah Variabel yang Mempengaruhi Struktur Modal Pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman dan Sub Sektor Farmasi yang Listing di BEI. Variabel yang digunakan ada enam variabel, diantaranya struktur modal sebagai variabel terikat, sedangkan variabel bebasnya yaitu profitabilitas, likuiditas, struktur aktiva, peluang pertumbuhan, dan ukuran perusahaan. Jumlah perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel penelitian ada 22 perusahaan, dengan rincian 14 perusahaan dari sub sektor makanan dan minuman dan 8 perusahaan dari sub sektor farmasi. Selanjutnya analisis dengan menggunakan regresi berganda memperoleh hasil bahwasanya variabel profitabilitas dan peluang pertumbuhan tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal, baik dari pengujian untuk sub sektor makanan dan minuman, farmasi, maupun uji secara seluruh sub sektor. Sebaliknya, variabel likuiditas dan struktur aktiva memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kedua sub sektor tersebut. Variabel ukuran perusahaan memiliki perbedaan, dimana ukuran perusahaan menunjukkan hasil signifikan untuk pengujian per sub sektor, namun pengujian secara keseluruhan sub sektor ukuran perusahaan tidak menjadi penentu struktur modal. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwasanya likuiditas, struktur aktiva, dan ukuran perusahaan perlu dikelola dan dikontrol dengan baik guna menyusun komposisi hutang dalam struktur modal yang efesien dan efektif bagi perusahaan.

Abstract

The industrial sector is one of the sources of income in Indonesia, although basically the state of industry in Indonesia still has many problems including regarding low-educated labor, limited capital and uneven income distribution. Malang City is one of region in East Java with a largest source of income from the manufacturing industry sector. The variables observed in this study are education and gender issues on productivity. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed by multiple regression models. The results show that: 1) Education influences the labor productivity of small-scale manufacturing industries in Malang City; 2) Gender has a positive and significant effect towards labor productivity in small-scale manufacturing industries in Malang City; 3) Male labor productivity is higher than female labor productivity.https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v7i1.2691

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of the dimensions of service quality simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction Khai Khai Thai Tea Malang. The population numbered 310 customers and fulfilled the criteria of the research sample (accindental sampling). The research method uses a survey method with a quantitative research approach with a sample of 75 respondents, the analytical tool used is SPSS 20. This study concludes that there is a simultaneous influence of the dimensions of service quality dimensions on consumer satisfaction Khai Khai Thai Tea Malang. Partially the dimension of service quality dimensions, namely responsibility and empathy, influences, but not significantly to the variable of customer satisfaction, Khai Khai Thai Tea, the center of Malang City. While tangibles, reliability and assurance variables have a significant effect on the quality of Khai Khai Thai Tea services in Malang.

Abstract

Peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dapat diwujudkan melalui keberhasilan dalam pengembangan UMKM.  Pengembangan Kawasan Ki Ageng Gribig yang menjadi Kampung Tematik Islami menjadi potensi kuat untuk mendorong penguatan ekonomi masyarakat. Industri kreatif yang ada di RW 01 Kelurahan Kedungkandang Malang berpeluang menjadi penghasil kerajinan tangan yang bernilai jual tinggi. Produk unik yang dibuat diharapkan mampu menjadi sebagai iconik bagi wisatawan yang berkunjung. Namun sedikit pelaku yang menyadari pentingnya pengemasan produk secara menarik sehingga penjualan omset pun belum maksimal. Selain berfungsi untuk menambah nilai jual produk, packaging dan packing produk dapat menjadi media promosi, memberikan keamanan, bahkan mencipkan identifikasi merk dagang sebuah produk. Kegiatan Program pengabdian bagi Masyarakat ini memiliki solusi dari permasalahan mitra untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pelaku usaha dalam membuat packaging dan packing produk yang  menarik dan aman. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah Penyuluhan, Demonstrasi, Pelatihan yang dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan. Abstract

Abstract The rapid development of industry and technology, as well as the emergence of various creative and innovative technology-based business ideas. Avoskin Beauty is one of the creative and innovative business ideas in the field of beauty and care. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media advertising, influencer marketing, and electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) on purchasing decisions for Avoskin beauty products. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique uses the methodpurposive sampling, from active students of Class 2019 and 2020 in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, UNISMA users of Avoskin Beauty  who are 17 years and over. The number of samples was determined by the Malhotra formula so that 80 respondents were obtained. The results of the study show that partially social media advertising,influencer marketing, andelectronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM), positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of Avoskin beauty products. Simultaneous social media advertising, influencer marketing, and electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) has a significant positive effect on the decision to purchase Avoskin beauty products. Keywords: Social Media Advertising, Influencer Marketing, Electronic Word-Of-Mouth (e-WOM), Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and describe the relationship between leadership style, work environment, and loyalty to employee performance. This research method uses quantitative methods. This type of research is explanatory research.The sample in this study were employees of the Pasuruan City DPRD Secretariat Office using purposive sampling with the slovin formula and the results obtained were 41 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this study is instrument test (validity test and reliability test), normality test, classic assumption test (multicollerity test and heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis test (F test and t test), test the coefficient of determination of data processing using SPSS software 14.0.In the final results of the evaluation of the Government Agency Performance Report (LKJIP) agencies in Pasuruan City will try to improve again in order to achieve even better performance in order to improve the performance of employees in completing tasks in accordance with the allotted time. Especially the Pasuruan City DPRD Secretariat Office will make every effort to create a conducive work environment and provide work facilities needed and used according to their functions.The results of this study indicate that leadership style, work environment, and loyalty simultaneously influence employee performance. Leadership style partially has a significant effect on employee performance, work environment partially has no significant effect on employee performance, and loyalty partially has no significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Environment, Loyalty, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract Tirta Agung Tourism is a tourist destination located in Sokleh Timur Hamlet, Sukosari Kidul Village, Sumber Wringin District, Bondowoso Regency. One of the tourist destinations that needs to be developed so that it continues to operate and innovate. In developing Tirta Agung tourism requires a strategy in determining the direction of its destination. The purpose of this research is to analyze Tirta Agung's tourism development strategy. As well as being able to identify potential resources for the development of Tirta Agung tourism.The type of research used in this research is qualitative with data collection methods using observation, documentation, interviews. For the method of analysis researchers use SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the internal factor (IFAS) is greater than the external factor (EFAS) for Tirta Agung tourism, which means that the strategic position of Wista Tirta Agung is at the SO (Strenght-Opportunity) coordinate point. Abstract

Abstract The goal of this research is to determine how elements such as product, price, location, and promotion affect consumers' decisions to buy. Using a quantitative approach, the research was conducted. The Consumers of the Products are the population in this study Varisya Collection Tumpang. Although this study's sample was calculated using the Slovin formula so there are 112 samples. Using a questionnaire, we collected primary data. The data analysis technique used includes the instrument test for validity and reliability, the traditional assumption test for Hypothesis testing for partial test, stealth test, and coefficient of determination, as well as normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. According to the research's partial findings, product has a major impact on buying decisions, price has a negative impact on buying decisions but still has a considerable impact, location has no significant impact on buying decisions, and promotion has a significant impact on buying decisions. Keyword : Product, Price, Place, Promotion on Purchasing Decisions

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyse the influence of online customer reviews, transaction security, and prices on purchasing decisions for Skintific beauty products on Shopee e-commerce conducted on FEB students Batch 2020-2022 Islamic University of Malang. The type of research used is quantitative. The research sample was taken using proportioned stratified random sampling technique or proportional stratified random sampling using the Slovin formula, a total sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Using (F test) for simultaneous hypothesis testing and (t test) for partial testing. Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service, product quality and price to consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sample in the study was 115 respondents. The data used are primary data using the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis methods used are instrument tests: validity tests and reliability tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests: multicolonierity tests and heteroskedasticity tests, path analysis, hypothesis tests: partial tests and sobel tests.From the results of the study, the results were obtained that the quality of service to customer satisfaction had a significant effect. Product quality to consumer satisfaction has a significant effect. Price to consumer satisfaction has a significant effect. The quality of service to customer loyalty has a significant effect. Product quality to consumer loyalty has a significant effect. The price of consumer loyalty has no significant effect. Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Customer satisfaction mediates the quality of service to consumer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction mediates product quality against consumer loyalty.
