Abstract

This research aims to facilitate employees in data processing at Boarding Room Rentals at Jerry Bogor Halfway House, resulting in precise and accurate data. The system is made with the Research &Development (R&D) method which a research method based on facts, bservations, library research and data analysis. The system is built using the desktop-based Java programming language and MySQL based data storage. The results of this research is the existence of a new system that can facilitate and help employees’ performance especially in the front office in carrying out their tasks optimally, no mistakes and can facilitate employees to process the data bookings, rentals, and payments stored in the database.

Abstract

One of the problems that often occurs in learning mathematics is the ability to solve problems on certain subjects. This research has the objective of analyzing students' mathematical problem-solving abilities regarding algebraic material. In research, of course, using research methods, researchers decide to use qualitative descriptive methods. The study was carried out in an odd semester at SMP Negeri 1 Rawamerta in the 2022/2023 school year class VIII J. The population in this study was all class VIII J students of SMP Negeri 1 Rawamerta with a sample used of 15 students. The instrument in the research is a question in the form of a test on the ability to solve mathematical problems by means of data collection techniques. According to the results of the analysis that has been carried out, an average score was obtained from the mathematical problem solving ability of class VIII J students at SMP Negeri 1 Rawamerta on solving algebraic material problems, that is 32.25%. Students' mathematical concept ability in solving algebraic material problems in class VIII J students at SMP Negeri 1 Rawamerta can be categorized as low.

Abstract

Professional teachers play an important role in the quality of education. Efforts to develop teacher professionalism through web-based training will be a solution for teachers in their career and professional development. Web-based TPD can be a great innovation in improving teachers' skills using technology through computers and Internet networks. Some research revealed that online learning on TPD influences on improving teacher performance. This study aimed to examine and discuss the web-based professional development in Indonesia context. Moreover, the data on this paper were obtained by literature review based on internet or printed sources. This study found that teachers can improve their ICT skills and be able to carry out professional development without leave their learning activities in the classroom through web-based training. This training activity can be easily carried out by teachers anytime and anywhere, as well as reduce the TPD activities costs

Abstract

A religious society is a characteristic of the Indonesian nation. This is marked by the majority of the population being Muslim and the extraordinary number of places of worship, both mosques and prayer rooms. Likewise, educational facilities, Islamic educational institutions based on Islamic boarding schools, integrated Islamic schools, and Islamic campuses are mushrooming throughout the country. Islamic mass organizations also contributed to the da'wah of Islam in this country. In terms of the economy, Islamic da'wah provides many guidelines and examples, such as how to build markets, how to transact goods properly, how to use the medium of exchange, and even trade contracts have been fully regulated in sharia rules so that people are not trapped by rib wi jahiliyyah behavior, in meeting their needs. His well-known book, Our Great Ulama, discusses how human nature tries to make ends meet. Human hands are scattered (searching for everything), and everyone is equal. However, something already owned by someone may not be taken by another person, except through barter for goods of the same value. The concept of da'wah in the economic empowerment of the Ummah as a theory, ideas, and ideas are very appropriate and valuable because the method of da'wah with the media of empowering the Ummah is needed a problem indeed for the Ummah in general. The implementation of Ummah Economic Empowerment from an Islamic Da'wah Perspective, with an empirical, cultural, sociological approach, with a historical approach to empowering the Ummah's economy, is indeed the initial improvement made by the Prophet Muhammad Salallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam when he migrated to Medina, organized the economy from a usury-free system, built markets lawful, and teaches transactions according to religious law. The cultural approach based on research findings on people's behavior is indeed colored and attached to local wisdom, the habits of the community in general in certain areas, so that the psychological atmosphere of the community is also greatly influenced by these rights.

Abstract

Bank Muamalat is a pioneer of Islamic banking. With the existence of Bank Muamalat, other Islamic banks are now mushrooming. Besides that, Islamic banks promise to create economic stability. Islamic banks are one of the avengers of punishment from Allah SWT for perpetrators of usury eating, and Islamic banks always invite people to stay away from eating usury. So avoid punishment. Bank Muamalat always tries to be at the forefront of eradicating usury through its sharia banking. Bank Muamalat facilitates office space by building places of worship, such as small prayer rooms whose capacity is used according to the number of employees. Ordaining Islamic law not only limited to the problem of restricting usury, but it will always try to also adhere to other Islamic teachings, such as inviting employees to pray in the congregation when they are in the office, as well as temporarily closing office activities during prayer hours, such as at midday and midday prayers. The impact of Da'wah in the field of Islamic Economics at Bank Muamalat can be felt today. With the Islamic economic approach as a medium of da'wah run by Bank Muamalat as a pioneer in Indonesia, we can see the spread of the Islamic system in various bank and non-bank financial institutions so that people can choose a service model. the services needed, whether banking, leasing, insurance, cooperatives, all exist with operational principles and sharia services. Indicators of the role of Islamic economic da'wah in eradicating usury with the rise of bank and non-bank financial institutions, businesses, and sharia markets show that the influence of the sharia system has developed and grown widely in the people of the nation and state of Indonesia, so that it can be interpreted as the contribution of da'wah in eradicating usury has provided benefits to the Muslim community in particular, and the Indonesian people in general. The contribution of the Islamic economy in eradicating usury by being the oldest bank that carries sharia principles, bank Muamalat has set an example for the Indonesian nation, how an Islamic financial institution whose work was doubtful at first, can survive decades and continue to grow to this day. To build an economy and finance based on Islamic religious law.

Abstract

This study aims to test empirically the relationship between self-efficacy and parental social support with the academic stress of elementary school students in the face of distance learning during the pandemic Covid-19. The subjects in this study were 284 high-class elementary school students, grades 4, 5 and 6 in Surabaya. The sampling technique used in this research is incidental sampling. The data analysis technique in this study used rank Spearman analysis to see the relationship between a variable and other variables. The first hypothesis in this study cannot be answered because the analysis used is the rank spearman. The results of the second study prove that the hypothesis which states that self-efficacy is negatively correlated with academic stress for elementary school students in the face of distance learning during the pandemic Covid-19 is accepted. This means that there is a significant negative relationship between self- efficacy and academic stress of elementary school students in the face of distance learning during the pandemic Covid-19. The results of the third study prove that the hypothesis which states that parental social support is negatively correlated with academic stress of elementary school students in the face of distance learning during the pandemic Covid-19 is accepted. This means that there is a significant negative relationship between parental social support and academic stress of elementary school students in the face of distance learning during the pandemic Covid-19.

Abstract

PT Dunia Express Transindo is a "Total Logistics" service provider company. One of the services provided is the warehouse division to manage all the activities in it, starting from the process of Inbound / Receiving goods, Storage / Storage of goods, and Outbound / Issuing goods. In the process, there were problems found in the warehouse, namely an error in the Outbound process /Releasing goods in the warehouse, which resulted in an internal impact for the company, namely an error in releasing goods causing re-shipment to customers. Also the external impact on the company, namely errors in issuing goods causes the level of customer trust to decrease. Data collection was carried out by asking directly to the field workers (warehouse staff and warehouse coordinator) and directly observing the condition of the warehouse. This study retrieved data on errors in the issuance of goods in December 2020 with a total of 13 items and January 2021 with a total of 96 items. From the root of the problem using the fishbone diagram method and cause and effect. It is known that the human factor is the most dominant factor due to lack of thoroughness, lack of knowledge and lack of communication. After carrying out an analysis of the repair plan using the 5w1h method, the DUNEX Wms Dry application was implemented and the socialization was carried out during the morning briefing. So that it can reduce errors in issuing goods, speed up reporting the previous process from 2 hours to 5 minutes, report damage to the previous 30 minutes to 3 minutes and make it easier to find out which items have been collected.

Abstract

In Indonesia, universities hold a duty to make changes in society, crystalized in the Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi, which comprises: education, research, and community service. In order to fulfill the duty, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), through The Research and Community Service Campus's Institution (The LPPM), annually funds projects to deliver educational programs, research implementation, and joint projects with local institutions around the country. Leading to the research objective and questions, which is market expansion and promotion, then the further to the chapter two deepening on the literature which first to breakdown the conceptual framework and theoretical foundation, using stakeholder mapping as internal analysis and PASTEL as external analysis, aspect that are highlighted in this research is business growth, promotion, digital technology, virtual reality, and market expansion. In chapter 3, to define the solution of the previous objective in expansion and promotion, the way is to make action, which is to make a design of tools that can expand and promote the related SMEs, which is necessary to perform the design thinking process. The result is confirmed to answer the research objectives and questions, which using the VR Gallery platform, the Dekranasda and the local SMEs are promoted to another level of technology and also market segment, which make it automatically expand the market far across outside the region. The result is that the VR Gallery itself is real and present, currently operating.

Abstract

Digital communication is very necessary for today's organizations, which support even the needs that need to be carefully prepared. Digital here is not all robot automation, but is operated by humans to optimize media systems that are adjusted to segmentation. Organizations in mosques are also needed to provide information about Islam and guidelines that apply to Muslims, as well as provide knowledge and enrichment in daily activities in mosques to worship and increase faith in Allah SWT and Prophet Muhammad SAW. Mosques are one of the parameters in the development of certain cities or areas, where the productivity of prospering mosques will have a positive impact and benefit the community, especially Muslims. The research method carried out uses a qualitative approach, by conducting observations and direct interviews with several mosque takmirs. The result of this study is to provide information about the truth of mosque buildings and their management making the area iconic for migrants to come to certain areas because they want to worship and visit the mosque
