Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze whether the effect of investment decisions and capital structure as well as the relationship company value process significantly affects stock prices in listed consumer industry sector companies. on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019. The sampling method used comparative causal was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 12 companies. The data used is secondary data, namely the financial statements of the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019. Descriptive statistical analysis, panel data regression analysis, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing (multiple linear regression) are the testing techniques in this study. The results showed that the variable investment decisions and capital structure as well as the financing relationship between the company value significantly to stock prices. Taken together investment decisions and capital structure are significant to company value in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015 -2019

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to review the rights of female inmates in padangsidimpuan class IIB community institutions. The type of research used is qualitatative by using empirical juridical approach analyzing from the articles in the prevailing laws and regulations related to the facts in the field. The results showed that the implementation of services to female inmates has not been carried out properly because not all correctional officers understand and play a role in the fulfillment of the rights of female inmates, in addition to the facilities and infrastructure is still very limited so that the fulfillment of the rights of female inmates is still limited and can not be done to the maximum

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to implement the political policy of President Abdurahman Wahid: Efforts to Resolve Horizontal Conflicts in North Maluku. The approach used is qualitative which is a case study, data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, documentation studies and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). This study took place in Ternate and surrounding areas, the study time in 2003-2004. The approach used is qualitative case study, data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, documentation studies and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The results showed that the root cause of horizontal conflict in North Maluku is caused by two factors, namely, causal factors, and triggers. Among the causative factors are: repressiveness and resistance to the policies of the New Order government, low levels of education and the economy of society, weak social cohesion, religious sentiments, and weak government bureaucracy. While the trigger factor is; the ambition of local elite power, the seizure of territory and natural resources in Kao-Malifut, the existence of ethnic sentiments and collective competition, the influence of sara conflict in Ambon, refugees, and the circulation of Bloody Sosol documents.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and explain how the implementation of the fulfillment of the rights and obligations of the State in the fulfillment of the right to health services for inmates. This research is a type of legal research with normative approach. The implementation of the rights of inmates in the field of health services as guaranteed by the State as a human right through Law No. 12 of 1995 that has not been carried out optimally with the obstacles of lack of human resources, namely medical personnel. By reviewing the relationship of cooperation (partnership) in the fulfillment of health services in correctional institutions. health services in correctional institutions are; the right of availability, the right of affordability, the right to receive and the right to quality of health services Implementation of the fulfillment of the right to health services for inmates.

Abstract

This research was conducted in KPP Pratama Cibeunying with the number of respondents as many as 84 corporate taxpayers with descriptive research methods and verifikative quantitative approach. Primary data collection using questionnaires. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of understanding tax policy, tax law, and tax administration on the application of tax planning in KPP Pratama Cibeunying. Technical analysis of this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study show that variable understanding of tax policy, tax law, and tax administration has an effect on the implementation of tax planning both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Kemunculan toko - toko buku modern dengan pengelolaan yang lebih baik, strategi pemasaran yang luas, dan kemudahan akses dapat mendisrupsi toko buku tradisional. Bagaimana toko tradisional dapat bertahan demi keberlanjutan usahanya? Dalam toko buku tradisional, nilai - nilai modal sosial seperti kepercayaan yang kuat, dan norma - norma masih lestari dalam operasionalnya. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi gambaran modal sosial di pasar buku tradisional. Bagaimana pola interaksi antar pedagang terjalin dan bagaimana interaksi dengan pelanggan terbangun. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini akan memahami pola interaksi sosial yang terjadi di pasar buku tradisonal. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini ada dua, yang pertama, data primer yang merupakan data yang didapat dari wawancara dan observasi dengan 10 pedagang dan 10 pembeli di pasar buku tradisional. Kedua, data sekunder, yang dibangun berdasarkan studi kepustakaan dan penelusuran data online. Dari penelitian ini dapat dijelaskan bahwa aspek penting yang mengindikasikan adanya nilai - nilai modal sosial seperti kepercayaan, norma, juga jaringan diketahui sangat berpengaruh dalam keberlangsungan pasar buku tradisional dan tetap menunjukkan eksistensinya. Modal sosial dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dan nyaman di pasar, menjadi alternatif untuk meyelesaikan masalah atau konflik, dan dapat membangun jaringan pemasaran untuk mendapatkan pelanggan yang loyal.

Abstract

The suffering of those who have believed in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, served God's work and continued to try to live a godly life, is seen by some believers as an anomaly. The aim of this research is to find out whether the suffering of believers is an anomaly or is it natural. How believers suffer should be viewed based on Philippians 1: 27-29. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, with a literature analysis method approach and narrative interpretation, by collecting data through biblical sources, books, journals, digital articles, interviews and other documents related to the issues being studied. First, suffering for believers is not an option but a necessity because suffering is package with faith. Second, suffering for believers is part of the struggle for faith. Third, suffering for believers is a gift from God to be grateful for and enjoy. In conclusion, even though suffering is unpleasant, every believer must accept it as part of God's calling. Because Jesus Christ himself did not call anyone by giving the sweet promise of life without problems, but has confirmed that anyone who wants to follow Him is obliged to carry the cross which is identical with suffering.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the freedom of learning in the era of pandemic covid 19 with a family perspective. This research is a research library research, which is basically qualitative research by Analyzing how to instill family education in the concept of freedom of learning during the pandemic covid 19 by means of distance learning (PJJ) which is currently an alternative in order to run the learning process and in meeting the demands of the curriculum in order to be achieved well. Based on the discussion, it can be concluded that: freedom of learning is an alternative learning approach that is currently rolling and becoming a national policy. Surely as a good citizen and have a filter power against the family, then go home to each family.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) test the influence between teacher interpersonal communication, student engagement and self-efficacy on school well-being. 2) test the influence of teacher interpersonal communication on school well-being. 3) test the influence of student engagement on school well-being. 4) test the effect of self-efficacy on well-being schools. The population is students of SMP Negeri 1 Semanu Gunungkidul Regency. The research sample was grade VI A, VIII C and IX A students who numbered 95 students. Sampling techniques use cluster random sampling. The data collection method uses a research instrument consisting of four research scales, namely the school well-being scale, the teacher interpersonal communication scale, the student engagement scale and the self-efficacy scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25.0. The results of this study are 1) there is a very significant influence between teacher interpersonal communication, student engagement and self-efficacy towards school well-being, with a value of significance = 0.000 < (0.01), a value of F of 35,880 and a value of R = 0.542. 2) there is a positive and very significant influence between teacher interpersonal communication towards school well-being with significance value = 0.000 < 0.01 and value t = 3.777. 3) there is a positive and significant influence between student engagement towards school well-being with significance value = 0.027 < 0.05 and value t = 2.246. 4) there is a positive and very significant influence between students' self-efficacy towards well-being school with significance value = 0.000 < 0.01 and t value = 4.973

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fungsi dan bentuk-bentuk kegiatan sosial-keagamaan majelis taklim di Kota Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa majelis taklim di Kota Manado memiliki fungsi sosial-keagamaan. Karakteristik majelis taklim pada masyarakat multikultural di Kota Manado memiliki corak yang sangat variatif yang dapat dilihat dari karakteristik jemaahnya, kedudukan organisasinya, dan tempat kegiatan majelis taklim. Bentuk-bentuk kegiatan majelis taklim yakni (a) pembinaan keimanan, (b) pendidikan keluarga sakinah, (c) memberdayakan sumber daya manusia jemaah.
