Abstract

An important role in instilling discipline in children is held by both parents. The discipline of children's worship can be obtained through parents' parenting of their children. Parents vary in teaching their children the discipline of prayer. Some parents use authoritarian methods, where children are forced to pray without providing adequate understanding or explanation. As a result, they tend to perform prayers out of compulsion and lack involvement in making decisions. Permissive or liberal parenting involves parents over-indulging their children and letting them do as they please. It is more likely to give excessive or indifferent attention to their children. If parents neglect their children's worship, especially with regard to prayer and do not encourage or invite them to perform it, then children will neglect worship and act as they wish. If parents over-indulge their children and do not emphasize the importance of praying, these children will become negligent and indifferent towards praying even if their parents ask them to do so. The democratic parenting method is used by the majority of parents. By using this democratic parenting approach, they not only build a good relationship with their children but also give them adequate understanding and explanation of the meaning of prayer. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss morals in the perspective of Islamic education. The type of research used in this study is a descriptive method with a research approach using qualitative methods. As for this research method, it uses the method of literature review or library research on books, scientific journals, the Qur'an and Hadith and other sources. The results of this study explain that morals have a very important role to learn and to be applied in everyday life. Morals have such a high position and are considered to be the key determinants in educational success. The role of morals according to the perspective of Islamic education refers to human behavior, attitudes and morals which include aspects such as ethics, morals and manners regulated in Islamic religious teachings. Morals in Islamic education are useful to prepare humans towards a prosperous life both in the world and in the hereafter.

Abstract

In today's business landscape, technology plays a pivotal role, enabling a shift from traditional to digital marketing practices. Augmented reality (AR) technology has emerged as a promising tool to enhance consumer experiences and influence purchase decisions. This study examines the impact of aesthetics, entertainment, education, escapism, AR marketing satisfaction, shared social experiences, and purchase intention on AR mobile applications in Indonesia. Data collected through online questionnaires were analyzed using SEM-PLS, revealing significant effects across all variables. Aesthetic elements positively influenced entertainment, education, and escapism, subsequently enhancing AR marketing satisfaction. Furthermore, AR marketing satisfaction positively affected shared social experiences and purchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide socialization of 4 (four) pillars of digital literacy to be smart in the digital space at SMP Islam An Nizomiyah Jakarta. Activities are focused on SMP An Nizomiyah Jakarta because this school has never been introduced to digital literacy even though most of the junior high school students in this school use digital media for various things which of course are at risk of being negatively affected if not equipped with digital literacy knowledge. Digital literacy is an indispensable skill for students to master as future generations of leaders. Therefore, education has a big role in supporting the mastery of students' digital media literacy skills. Digital media literacy occurs if a person can process various information, understand information, and communicate effectively with others in various forms of media. Digital media literacy is a life skill that not only involves the skills to use technology and information devices but also individual skills to socialize and have a critical thinking attitude as one of the digital competencies.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy competency and intensive communication on the performance of civil servants using the teamwork system as an intervening variable. The independent variables in this research are Digital Literacy and Intensive Communication Competence, the dependent variable is Employee Performance and the mediating variable is Teamwork System. This research uses quantitative methods with the help of questionnaires for data collection. The research was conducted at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Central Java Province, with a population of 156 people. The sample was carried out using a survey method. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with a Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. It was concluded that the intensive Digital Literacy and Communication Competency variables had a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. The Teamwork System mediates Digital Literacy Competency and Intensive Communication on Employee Performance through the help of technology. This reflects that Digital Literacy Competence and intensive communication between employees are important in completing all work. Agencies must encourage employees to improve their competence both personally and through regular training mechanisms held by the agency. So that all employees are able to complete the work they are responsible for well without having to rely or rely on other parties.

Abstract

Habib Mart Cirebon is a trading company that distributes various Hajj souvenirs such as dates, koko clothes, prayer mats, zam-zam water, and others. Consignment sales management is becoming a key element in the trading industry, ensuring product availability, stock monitoring and accurate sales reporting. This research aims to design and develop a consignment sales management application to improve the operational efficiency of the Habib Mart Trading Company in Cirebon. The Waterfall software development method was chosen to ensure structured and planned development stages. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to improving operational efficiency and more timely managerial decisions at the Habib Mart Trading Company. In addition, the designed application can also be adapted by other trading companies to improve their consignment sales management..

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) To analyze the form of the Ketipat Kawulu Ceremony Tradition in Hindu Civilization in Mataram City, 2) To describe the function of the Ketipat Kawulu Ceremony Tradition in Hindu Civilization in Mataram City, 3) To analyze the meaning contained in the Ketipat Kawulu Ceremony Tradition in Hindu Civilization in Mataram City. The data collection techniques used in this research are 1) Observation, 2) interviews and 3) Documentation. Furthermore, the theories used to analyze are: 1) Religious Theory, 2) Symbolic Instruction Theory, and 3) Value Theory. The results of this study are: 1) The tradition form of ketipat kaulu ceremony in the civilization of Hindu Society in Mataram City consists of: a) carried out by the Hindu community in Mataram City; b) the place of the ceremony is focused on sanggah/merajan, dadya temple, beach and the nearest temple in Mataram City; c) this ceremony is held on tilem sasih kaulu; d) In this ceremony using banten tipat sirikan; e) Steady belief (sradha bhakti). 2) The function of the Ketipat kawulu Ceremony Tradition in Hindu Civilization in Mataram City, namely: a) Neutralizing negative forces; b) As an Implementation of Vedic Teachings; c) As an Actualization of Panca Yadnya; d) As a Practice of Tri Hita Karana teachings; e) Environmental Preservation. 3) The meanings contained in the implementation of the ketipat kaulu ceremony tradition in the civilization of Hindu society in Mataram City include the following: a) philosophical meaning; b) religious meaning (tattwa); c) social meaning d) cultural meaning; e) welfare meaning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether there are differences in the financial performance of the companies PT Mulia Boga Raya Tbk & PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk during the 2021-2023 period based on liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with secondary data. The results of this research show that there are differences in the financial performance of PT Mulia Boga Raya Tbk & PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk from 2021-2023. Where the liquidity ratio of PT Mulia Boga Raya Tbk from 2021-2023 is seen from the current ratio, quick ratio, and cash ratio as "Very Good" because it is above the industry average standard, meaning this company has a strong ability to pay off its short-term obligations. Meanwhile, PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk is "Pretty Good" as seen from the current ratio, quick ratio and the cash ratio is "Very Good". The solvency ratio can be seen from the Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk "Very Good" compared to PT Mulia Boga Raya Tbk "Not Good". In the profitability ratio, we look at the Net Profit Margin, return on assets, and Return on Equity of PT Mulia Boga Raya Tbk & PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk "Not Good". In terms of activity ratios seen from Total Assets Turnover and Fixed Assets Turnover, both companies are said to be "Very Good" because they are above the set industry standards.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the planning, implementation, inhibiting and supporting factors of the central method in learning Arabic, especially maharah istima. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that (1) There are 2 central method planning for learning Arabic, namely: Teacher mental preparation, Teacher administration, APE/Learning Tools (2) Implementation of the Arabic language learning process using the central method, there are 3, namely: Opening Activities, Activities core, and final activities. (3) There are 3 factors inhibiting the application of the central method in maharah istima' learning, namely: time effectiveness, lack of teacher creativity and student adjustment. (4) Supporting factors for the application of the central method in maharah istima' learning, there are 5, namely, infrastructure, special teacher training, teacher allowances, student motivation and support from parents, especially in class IV SD Tazkia Global Islamic School.

Abstract

This research examines the potential of Special Economic Zones (KEK) in realizing an inclusive economy in Indonesia through literature observations. The main findings show that SEZs act as a catalyst for economic growth by attracting investment and creating a multiplier effect for the local economy. To realize an inclusive economy, SEZs need to integrate region-based development, implement a sustainable economy, and strengthen the principle of linkages with local economic sectors. However, there are challenges such as concentration of benefits in large companies, exploitation of resources, and weakening integration with local economies. The proposed solutions include implementing a circular economy, supporting local entrepreneurship, and increasing community access to financing, training and business networks. Comprehensive efforts are needed to maximize the potential of SEZs in achieving a sustainable, inclusive economy.
