Abstract

Potential mining commodities in Karimun Regency, Riau Islands Province, include: tin, granite, land sand and sea sand. Areas in Karimun Regency that have the potential for sea sand are Babi Island Waters, Meral District, Karimun Regency and Tulang Village Waters, Selat Gelam District, Karimun Regency. This study was carried out to measure the optimal level of utilization of natural sea sand resources that can guarantee its sustainability. This is done by measuring the level of availability of sea sand; and measuring available sea sand reserves, the level of utilization that does not erode reserves, as well as estimated supply projections for future needs. The method used is the observation method, by collecting field data. Data were analyzed descriptively, with bathymetry measurements, spatial analysis using Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and literature study. The resources of the Community Mining Area with sea sand as a commodity in area A of Babi Island waters are 1,174,626.58 m3 and the resources of the Community Mining Area in area B of Gelam Strait waters are 502,088.58 m3

Abstract

Integration of zakat and tax as public financial institutions. Zakat and tax have different purposes and functions, but both have an important role in national financial management. However, there are problems in the management of zakat and tax, such as inconsistency and lack of public understanding of the difference between zakat and tax. To overcome these problems, steps are needed such as raising public awareness about the difference between zakat and tax through education and awareness campaigns. In addition, it is also important to raise the awareness of the government and financial institutions about the difference between zakat and tax through training and education. Analysis of zakat and tax integration can be done through theoretical, empirical, and qualitative approaches. Through this analysis, effective solutions can be found to overcome the problems of zakat and tax integration, such as strengthening education and socialization, harmonizing regulations, and increasing transparency and accountability in the management of zakat and taxes. With the implementation of the right solution, it is expected that the integration of zakat and tax can provide benefits for individuals, society, and the state. Zakat can help improve the welfare of disadvantaged communities, while taxes can be a source of funding for national development. In order to realize effective integration, it is necessary to have cooperation and synergy between the government, zakat institutions, and the community.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and also develop the effectiveness of implementing the curriculum they study at SMA Islam Athirah 1 Makassar. The independent learning curriculum is a new policy in the world of education in Indonesia which gives freedom to each educational unit in managing and developing a curriculum that suits the needs and characteristics of students. By taking this approach, we will explore the opinions of each student teacher and also the school principal regarding the implementation of the independent learning curriculum at SMA Islam Athirah 1 Makassar. The data collected in this article was through observation and interviews. The independent learning curriculum at SMA Islam Athirah 1 Makassar will have a positive impact in increasing creativity, independence and interest in learning for students at SMA Islam Athirah 1 Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze various factors that affect buyer satisfaction with Kopi Kenangan. The method used in this study is the binary logistic regression method using SPSS. The number of samples was 68 consumers who came directly to Kopi Kenangan, with the variables used being product, packaging, price, service quality, cleaness/comfort, waiting time, discount, and interior/exterior design. Sample collection was carried out through filling out a survey form filled out by 68 buyer consumers who came directly to Kopi Kenangan. The results of the survey are outlined in Microsoft Excel and then data normalization is carried out. For Independent Variable data in the form of Text will be converted to binary numbers which means it is represented by numbers between 0 to 1, while for Dependent Variables it will be converted to 0 and 1. Independent Variable data consists of product, packaging, price, services, cleanliness/ comfort, waiting time, discount, and interior/ exterior design. The Data Dependent Variable is Satisfactory. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the factors that affect buyer satisfaction are the variables of product, discount, and interior/exterior design. The variables of packaging, price, services, cleanliness/comfort, and waiting time did not significantly affect buyer satisfaction at Kopi Kenangan. With data accuracy of 89.7%. From the results of the assessment of the equation above, it can be concluded that there are 59 consumers who have a Satisfactory value and 9 consumers who do not have a Satisfactory value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyse the regulation of hate speech from a sociological perspective with a focus on Law Number 1 of 2024 which is the second amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions. This research uses the normative juridical method. The results show that fake news that is deliberately spread to damage someone's reputation is regulated in Article 28 paragraph 1 of the ITE Law which prohibits the dissemination of electronic information that is untrue or misleading and has an impact on material losses for consumers in electronic transactions. On the other hand, hate speech is regulated in Article 28 paragraph 2 which prohibits the dissemination of electronic information that incites or influences others to cause hatred or hostility towards individuals or groups based on attributes such as race, nationality, religion or gender. This includes insults, defamation, provocation and slander, all of which aim to create hostility among the public.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze in depth the shooting case of Pastor Jeremiah Zanambani from the perspective of law and human rights. In addition, the paper will also discuss the challenges in law enforcement in conflict areas, the social, political, and legal impacts of the shooting cases and provide policy recommendations to prevent the recurrence of state violence cases in the future. The research methods used in the legal analysis of the shooting case of Pastor Jeremiah Zanambani in a human rights perspective can include several key steps. First, the researcher will conduct a detailed case study related to the chronology of events, relevant facts, and social and political context in Papua. The social, political, and legal impact of the shooting of Pastor Jeremiah Zanambani is complex and multifaceted. From public trauma and mistrust, to rising political tensions, to major challenges in law enforcement, all of these aspects show the urgency of the need for reforms and new approaches to dealing with conflict in Papua.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to evaluate on the construction of achievement coaching on KONI sport performance in Dompu Regency. This research is an evaluation study using a qualitative method, with an approach using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The research subjects consisted of KONI, coaches, athletes, parents, and sport managers. The study's findings demonstrated that the level of accomplishment in terms of context-related factors for KONI's athletic performance development in the Dompu Regency falls into the category of rather good. From an input perspective, the category as a whole is sufficiently good. The category's process is deemed to be fairly good. Regarding the item in the wide range inside the favorable classification, where the performance in the regional and national competition, specifically PORPROV NTB 2023, has improved from the third place on PORPROW 2018 to the second place on PORPROV 2023. Additionally, the number of athletes from Dompu Regency has increased in PON Aceh 2024.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to review what are the problems in ghoib divorce and how legal remedies can be taken by the defendant/respondent against the ghoib divorce decision. The type of research used is descriptive. This means that the research will be discussed in the form of a presentation that is elaborated carefully and thoroughly. In this case, the explanation of Ghoib's divorce begins with the conditions, summons, trials, and legal remedies against Ghoib's divorce decision. The result of this study is that, in the technical delivery of the summons, there may be mistakes or negligence on the part of the substitute bailiff, namely the summons is not delivered to the parties as usual. Second, there is a deliberate intention on the part of the husband (applicant) or plaintiff (wife) who deliberately conceals the address/identity of the Respondent or the defendant. Of course, this intentionality is based on the applicant's motive to escape from his rights and obligations after the divorce. The solution of the above two problems is the first: the court first summons the Respondent (wife) or Terggat (husband) to the last address or residence mentioned in the application before the Panel of Judges summons him through notice and the mass media. And the legal remedy if one of the parties objects to the result of Ghoib's divorce decision is to apply for a review.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of the implementation of restorative justice in handling certain criminal cases in Indonesia. The type of research used is descriptive. Which means that this research will be discussed in the form of a presentation that is elaborated in words carefully and thoroughly.  In this case, the presentation of the concept of restorative justice as a means of resolving non-litigation cases (outside the court) and its relevance to the dynamics of criminal law reform in Indonesia. The approach method in this study is a normative juridical approach method. As a result, criminal law reform must be formulated with a policy-oriented approach, as well as an approach oriented to the values that live in society. Restorative justice as one of the alternative case resolution in the criminal justice system that focuses on restoring the original situation by involving victims, perpetrators and the community is one of the efforts in criminal law reform that is oriented not only to retaliation.

Abstract

Bored pile foundations are deep foundations that are often used in the construction of large construction sites located in dense areas with the consideration of reducing noise and the influence of vibrations that would occur if pile foundations were used. This analysis aims to calculate the lateral bearing capacity of the bored pile foundation based on the results of analytical calculations using the Broms method, the Davisson method, the Chin method, the Mazurkiewich method, and analyzing the displacement of the bored pile foundation based on loading tests in the field. and the results of soil modeling with Allpile and finite element methods with the Mohr-Coulomb soil model, and the Hardening Soil model. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the ultimate bearing capacity of the bored pile based on SPT data using the Broms method is 18.92 tons, while the results of the interpretation of the loading test using the Davisson method are 18 tons, the Chin method is 18.98 tons, and the Mazurkiewich method is 19 tons. For the large deflection of a single bored pile with a load of 200% with the Allpile program the large deflection that occurs is 4.25 mm and analysis based on FEM PLAXIS 3D using soil modeling with Mohr - Coulomb large deflection of 3.0 mm and soil modeling with Hardening Soil 2.99 mm.
