<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of behavioral aspects on the income of Aceh cattle breeders (Bos-Bibos) in East Langsa District, Langsa City. This research was conducted in East Langsa District, Langsa City. The sampling technique used disproportionate stratified random sampling technique with a total sample of 41 people. To determine the effect of behavioral aspects on the income of Aceh cattle breeders (Bos-Bibos) in East Langsa District, Langsa City, statistical analysis using multiple linear regression method was used. Data processing was performed using SPSS computer software. The results of this study indicate that the skill variable has a significant effect on the income of Aceh cattle breeders (Bos-Bibos) in East Langsa District, Langsa City. and the variable farmer knowledge and attitude does not have a significant effect on the income of Aceh cattle breeders (Bos-Bibos) in East Langsa District, Langsa City.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the implementation of BPJS employment in legal protection, constraints, and efforts in providing social security for workers at PT. Rimba Mujur Mahkota. This research was conducted at PT.Rimba Mujur Mahkota in Natal area, Mandailing Natal Regency, North Sumatra.Data collection techniques are in the form of interviews and documentation.The data that has been obtained from the results of the research will then be collected and analyzed descriptively, namely an analysis that describes the content and will be discussed in the form of an elaboration by giving meaning according to the applicable legislation so as to arrive at conclusions based on this research. From the results of the study it was found that: PT.Rimba Mujur Mahkota 1) There is no violation of the fulfillment of Article 14 of Law Number 24 of 2011, because all workers at PT.Rimba Mujur Mahkota participates in BPJS Employment.2) Has given social security rights to all workers at PT.Rimba Mujur Mahkota. Efforts made by BPJS Employment so that workers at PT.Rimba Mujur Mahkota provides social security benefits, namely, Carrying out program functions provided by BPJS Employment, namely Work Accident Protection, Old Age Protection, Pension Protection, and Death Protection. Legal protection for workers of PT.Rimba Mujur Mahkota who is experiencing social welfare problems, such as health, and old age is to provide social security organized by BPJS Employment.As stipulated in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2011 concerning the Social Security Administering Body (BPJS).]]>

<![CDATA[Banking has a very important role in the economic activities of the community. However, where the COVID-19 pandemic affects the community's economy, most of them are very difficult to carry out their obligations as customers to the Bank. So it is very difficult for customers to repay the loan. This study aims to find out how the level of customer ability in credit payments during the covid 19 pandemic and the implementation of credit restructuring carried out according to regulations from PT Bank Sumut KCP Mandala By Pass, Medan City Medan. The type of research used by the author is descriptive research with a qualitative approach to the nature of empirical/sociological research. Data collection techniques are based on documents and interviews. The results of the analysis carried out indicate that the implementation of the credit restructuring policy at PT Bank Sumut KCP Mandala By Pass is running in accordance with the regulations and credit restructuring policies, namely by saving through lowering interest rates, extending the term, reducing credit arrears, reducing principal arrears.]]>

<![CDATA[The COVID-19 pandemic has had a huge impact all over the world. Almost all government and private sectors have been affected by the outbreak. One of the impacts is that the settlement process between the company's dispute relationship and the workers becomes uncontrollable which causes the economy to worsen. As for the entrepreneur who makes a denial of the worker that has been stipulated by the legislation, it will result in a dispute between the entrepreneur and his/her workers. Legal efforts to obtain their rights so that workers get justice by means of workers resolving disputes through arbitration efforts so that both parties get the same justice. This type of research is normative research using primary and secondary materials. The technique of collecting data is based on literature study and document study. The results of the analysis carried out indicate that the settlement of industrial relations disputes through arbitration efforts, namely by the provisions of Law No. 2 of 2004 concerning industrial relations disputes must be based on the agreement of the disputing parties in written form in an arbitration agreement, the contents of which must contain the submission of the agreement. settlement of industrial relations disputes through arbitration.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the role of BRSKPN "Insyaf" in Empowering Drug Abuse Victims in Medan, North Sumatra in 2021. This study uses a descriptive method using a qualitative approach. The discovery of the sample used in this study was through data collection and interviews. Informants in this study were Rehabilitation Center staff and clients who were users and social workers. The results showed that the role of Social Rehabilitation for Drug Abuse Victims "Insyaf" in providing services was very good, it can be seen from the programs that have been given to clients so that clients are able to be more independent and can develop talents and interests. The Social Rehabilitation Center for Drug Abuse Victims provides training that is able to hone the skills of clients so that when clients leave the "Insyaf" Rehabilitation Center, they can support themselves and be able to compete with the general public.]]>

<![CDATA[Artikel ini bertujuan untuk 1)menilisik pengembangan system penjaminan mutu pendidikan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidik 2) peran penjaminan mutu pendidikan dalam lembaga pendidikan dan 3) memahami esensi system penjaminan mutu pendidikan serta output yang ditawarkan oleh penjaminan mutu. Adapun metode dalam penulisan artikel ini menggunakan studi litelatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) pengembangan penjaminan mutu dalam suatu organisasi bisa dikatakan sebagai ruh dalam sebuah organisasi, termasuk pendidikan. khususnya seorang pendidik yang memiliki peranan penting sebagai penggerak utama. Pengembangan dari system penjaminan mutu terkhusus pendidik dapat diarahkan kepada pembangunan konsep pendidik professional yang lebih luas 2) sistem penjaminan mutu dapat dikatakan sebagai suatu instrumen metodologis yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan dianggap mampu menyelesaikan persoalan-persoalan pendidikan. 3) esensi dari penjaminan mutu ialah mutu itu sendiri, sedangkan yang menjadi tolak ukur adalah pelanggan sebagai focus utama dari penjaminan mutu, sedangkan output yang ditawarkan ialah produk atau pun jasa yang tentunya sesuai dengan pemangku kepentingan atas produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan. Sehingga kemudian dengan konsep pendidik professional yang tawarkan lebih mengarah pada pandangan yang lebih luas dengan menuntut keprofesionalan secara totalitas bukan hanya sekedar syarat. Meskipun terlihat samar sama, namun sejatinya konsep keprofesionalan ini memaparkan tingkat kejelasan yang lebih berarti yakni dengan memiliki jiwa pendidik sebagai landasan utamanya.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze influence of consumer preferences for purchasing decisions of milkfish (Chanos chanos) in Seruway District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. The independent variables used in this study are price, location and quality. While the dependent variable used is consumer preferences for milkfish purchasing decisions. Determination of the sampling technique using the Nonprobability Sampling method, namely the saturated sampling method as many as 35 respondents. The data used are primary data and secondary data with a quantitative descriptive approach. Data analysis includes income analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the price variable (X1) had a significant effect on consumer preferences on milkfish purchasing decisions (Chanos chanos), the location variable (X2) had no significant effect on consumer preferences on milkfish purchasing decisions (Chanos chanos), quality variable (X3) has a significant effect on consumer preferences on purchasing decisions of milkfish (Chanos chanos) in Seruway District, Seruway Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[Pajak hiburan ialah suatu pajak yang memang diselenggarakan di suatu daerah serta yang dikenakan terhadap semua jasa hiburan dengan memungut bayaran. Permasalahan di Bapenda Kota Bekasi yaitu kurang optimalnya penerimaan pajak hiburan di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Bekasi pada tahun 2017 – 2020, yang memang belum mencapai ketetapan yang disebabkan karena minimnya tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak, penurunan tarif pajak khususnya film dari 11 sampai dengan 15% menjadi 5 sampai 10% juga industri hiburan di Kota Bekasi terkena dampak pandemi covid-19. Rendahnya penerimaan pajak hiburan di Bapenda Kota Bekasi menimbulkan pemikiran untuk mencari solusi serta cara melalui strategi apa yang bisa meningkatkan dalam hal penerimaan pajak daerah di Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desktriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa optimalisasi intensifikasi penerimaan pajak hiburan di Bapenda Kota Bekasi belum optimal. Hal tersebut karena basis data objek di Bapenda Kota Bekasi jarang melakukan pemuktahiran data sehingga data yang diambil cenderung tidak akurat dan pemanfaatan teknologi seperti Tapping Box yang juga sebagai alat pengawasan belum berjalan dengan optimal, terbukti masih banyak alat yang memang belum terpasang di setiap masing – masing wajib pajak hiburan di Kota Bekasi.]]>

<![CDATA[Efforts to accelerate the reduction of the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) can be carried out by ensuring that every mother is able to access quality maternal health services. Through the pregnancy exercise program, which is intended for pregnant women to tighten the body system and elasticate the abdominal wall muscles, ligaments and ligaments of the pelvic floor muscles associated with the delivery process to reduce the incidence of rupture of the perineum which can cause maternal death due to bleeding. This type of research is quantitative. By using an analytical case control survey approach. The sampling technique was taken by consecutive sampling as many as 44 respondents. The statistical test used was the chi square test in both groups, it was found that the p value (Asymp. Sig 2-tailed) was 0.001 < 0.05. that there is a significant effect between pregnancy exercise and the incidence of perineal rupture.]]>

<![CDATA[Traffic accidents in Indonesia increase every year, in 2018 the number of traffic accidents was 109,215 cases and increased to 116,411 cases in 2019. The number of traffic accidents in South Jambi District in 2020 was 52 cases. To prevent traffic accidents, it is necessary to do a prevention, one of which is by implementing safety in driving. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors related to preventing traffic accidents on motorcycle riders. The study used a cross sectional approach. The study was conducted in Jambi Selatan District, Jambi City in August 2021. The sample of the study was motorcycle riders in Jambi Selatan District as many as 97 people. The sampling technique used accidental sampling technique. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the chi square test. As many as 43.3% of respondents have poor traffic accident prevention, 47.4% of respondents have poor knowledge, 41.2% of respondents have bad attitudes and 38.1% of respondents have not been careful. There is a relationship between knowledge (p=0.000), attitude (p=0.002) and age (p-0.021) with the prevention of traffic accidents on motorcycle riders in the southern Jambi District, Jambi City in 2021. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the prevention of traffic accidents Traffic on motorcyclists is related to knowledge, attitude, and age.]]>
