The Journal of Decentralization and Public Policy (JDKP), with registered number ISSN 2722-5259 (online) is a multidisciplinary scientific journal managed by the laboratory of Decentralization and Public Policy at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Political Sciences, and Law Science at Universitas Serang Raya. JDKP journals are published twice a year, namely in March and September. The JDKP Journal contains articles that discuss issues of decentralization and public policy, such as issues of political decentralization, administrative decentralization, fiscal decentralization, and economic decentralization. This journal also discusses issues of public policy, both at the global, regional, and local levels.

Abstract

The Village Fund allocation which is given directly to the village government is expected to be able to increase the income of the village community, not only improve the quality of human life, but also increase the income of the village community. The problem of disadvantaged areas is not only the focus of attention of the Central Government but also the Provincial Government. The designation of Pandeglang Regency as a disadvantaged area can be seen from several aspects including regional financial revenue, Human Development Index and the level of the people's economy which is indicated through the unemployment rate of Pandeglang people and the comparison of the number of poor people in regencies and cities throughout Banten Province. This study aims to know how the Pandeglang Regency strategy in improving the predicate of disadvantaged areas. Several improvements have been made in various sectors to improve the predicate of disadvantaged areas in Pandeglang Regency, among others, by implementing a strategy of efficient use of the budget through trimming several programs whose impact on increasing the increase in SAKIP assessments annually. The strategy paid off with an increase in SAKIP assessments that had an impact on increasing the predicate of disadvantaged areas. In addition Pandeglang Regency has also carried out an economic development scheme in increasing the predicate of disadvantaged areas through a scheme initiated by the Ministry of PDT, namely by Transportation from Farmers, Ports and Consumers, Smart Farming Scheme, and Data Collection Scheme Number of fruit trees in disadvantaged areas.

Abstract

Pancasila is the philosophy of the Indonesian State as an idiil foundation of Indonesia people. As a State of law, Indonesia has actualized Pancasila in the State's legal system which is the basis for actuallity and achieving the ideals of the nation. The actualization of Pancasila is not sufficiently implemented in the legal order of the State, but must be actualized to each individual as a citizen of the soul value of Pancasila. Social media as a forum to actualize Pancasila for every Indonesian citizen. Through the sociology of communication approach, the actualization of Pancasila through social media can move and foster harmonization in social relations in accordance with the values ​​of Pancasila.

Abstract

Nowadays, online transportation becomes a public need, especially for people who live in some big cities. But this phenomenon doesn’t come with any public policy about online transportation. There is still a contradiction among public policies about transportation that makes the companies of online transportation formulate their own policies which provoke conflicts. Methods used for this research is qualitative-descriptive methods. Researchers tried to explain phenomena and polemic happened by the lack of clear policy of online transportation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Public Services through the E-filling System at the Cilegon Primary Tax Service Office and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. To deepen the data analysis interviews, observation, and documentation were carried out. The theoretical basis used is public service. The results showed that the public service through the e-filling system was running well-reviewed with the theory of public service. But there are several supporting and inhibiting factors found. Supporting factors 1) employee upgrading, 2) socialization. The inhibiting factors are 1) lack of human resources, 2) e-filling applications are down or error

Abstract

This study discusses how the Serang City Square as a public open space is abused by prostitution as a place for approval of prostitution transactions. These conditions make the City Government of Serang do various ways to allow the condition of the City Square of Serang which has been abused by parties related to prostitution. When the government has not been able to deal with the problem of prostitution itself, then to facilitate the handling of prostitution, the government collaborates with other parties, namely Islamic Organizations that are considered capable of assisting the City Government of Serang in eradicating prostitution in Serang City Square. However, at the time of the collaboration between the Serang City Government and the Islamic Organizations, it had not been running optimally because there were some collaborations between one of them which was not going well with good communication between the best institutions and the Islamic Organizations in eradicating prostitution. This is because the government considers that Islamic Organizations do not have the authority to eradicate prostitution. Indeed, the role of Islamic Organizations is only as a companion and to remind the government.

Abstract

The low quality of public services provided by the apparatus is a bad image of the government in the community. Problems related to the government are related to the services received by the City Government of Magelang. Electronic government is modern, which facilitates the interaction of government and society in the administration of public government. Through the application monggo report, government relations for the community are used to help with the government and provide advice and criticism about the City of Magelang. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of e-government services through the application monggo report the field of public complaints and information in the Public Relations of the Regional Secretariat of the City of Magelang. This research uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses an interactive model, by collecting data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion collection. The data validity technique uses the triangulation of data and sources. The results showed that the level of e-government services in the form of one-way, two-way communication and transactions was good enough and provided information to the public through websites, social media and online newspapers..
