Abstract

Praktek Kerja Lapangan merupakan suatu sistem pembelajaran yang dilakukan di luar proses belajar mengajar di sekolah dan dilaksanakan di industri. Maka dipandang perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang keefektifan pelaksanaan Praktek Kerja Lapangan berbasis industri sehingga nantinya didapat sebuah rekomendasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan di industri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, menganalisis pelaksanaan, mengetahui hasil dan mengetahui keefektifan pelaksanaan Praktek Kerja Lapangan yang berbasis industri yang diterapkan pada kompetensi keahlian teknik Audio Video. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Perencanaan meliputi; tujuan yaitu institusi pasangan, naskah kerja sama, pembekalan, kesesuaian dengan kompetensi dan untuk kesiapan yaitu ketersedianan sarana dan prasarana, kemampuan, dan kemauan, mengendalikan emosi, kritis, menyesuaikan diri, dan berambisi untuk maju. Pelaksanaan meliputi disiplin, kerja sama, inisiatif, tanggung jawab, etika, pembimbingan dan kelengkapan dokumen. Hasilnya yaitu penguasaan ketrampilan, sertifikat,  dan perilaku budaya kerja industri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanan Praktek Kerja Lapangan berbasis industri kompetensi keahlian Teknik Audio Video sudah efektif serta bermanfaat demi keberhasilan program pendidikan dan pelatihan Field Work Practice is a learning system that is done outside the process of teaching and learning in schools and implemented in industry. So it is deemed necessary to do research on the effectiveness of the implementation of Industrial Field Work Practice so that later obtained a recommendation in accordance with the needs in the industry. The purpose of this study is to describe the planning, analyzing the implementation, knowing the results and know the effectiveness of the implementation of Industrial Field Work Practice that is applied to the competence of audio video engineering expertise. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Planning includes; The purpose of partner institutions, cooperation scripts, briefing, compatibility with competence and for preparedness that is the availability of facilities and infrastructure, ability, and willingness, controlling emotions, critical, adjust, and ambition to move forward. Implementation includes discipline, cooperation, initiative, responsibility, ethics, guidance and completeness of documents. The result is the mastery of skills, certificates, and behavior of industrial work culture. The result of the research shows that the implementation of Industrial Field Practice based on the competence of Audio Video Technique expertise has been effective and beneficial for the success of education and training program.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi akan berdampak pada sendi sendi kehidupan manusia. Manusia membutuhkan kecakapan sesuai perkembangan jaman dan kemampuan untuk meminimalisasikan resiko akibat  teknologi seperti pergeseran nilai karakter dan kerusakan lingkungan. Pendidikan menjadi garda terdepan dalam mewujudkan hal tersebut. Dibutuhkan pola pembelajaran yang menyeimbangkan pendidikan soft skill, hard skill dan environment skill dalam satu kesatuan. Penelitian ini yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk menghasilkan desain model pembelajaran SHESIL yaitu pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan soft skill, hard skill dan environment skill dalam satu kesatuan. Berdasarkan uji validitas ahli, model pembelajaran SHESIL memiliki tingkat kevalidan yang baik dan layak digunakan.  Efektifitas model dapat dilihat pada uji coba lapangan. Hasil data lapangan menunjukan ada peningkatan pada penilaian soft skill, hard skill dan environment skill. Penilaian keseluruhan aspek dari soft skill, hard skill dan environment skill terhadap peningkatan kecakapan otomotif menunjukan ( t hitung 10,58 > t tabel - 1,64) sehingga disimpulkan model pembelajaran SHESIL efektif meningkatkan kecakapan otomotif siswa SMK. Penerapan model pembelajaran SHESIL menjadi alternatif pilihan dalam membantu guru untuk menanamkan pendidikan soft skill dan kesadaran lingkungan sesuai tujuan pendidikan nasional. The development of technology and information will affect to the principal of human life. Humans need skills based on the development of time and ability to minimize risks caused by technology such as shifting character values and environmental damage. Education becomes foremost guard in creating it. We need  learning model which balances soft skill, hard skill and environment skill in a single entity. The purpose of this research is to produce SHESIL learning model that is the application of learning to integrate soft skill, hard skill and environment skill in one unit. Based on validity test done by the expert,  SHESIL learning model has a feasible and fair validity to be used. The effectiveness of the model can be on field experiment. The result of field data showed that there was a soft skill improvement, environmental skill improvement  and t count 31,46 and hard skill improvement. The whole assessment of soft skill, hard skill and environment skill to the improvement of automotive skill showed t count bigger than t table (10,58> - 1,64) so we can that conclude that SHESIL learning model can improve the automotive skill of vocational students effectively. Application of SHESIL learning model is becomes an alternative choice to assist teachers in realizing soft skill education and environmental sensitivity matching to goals of national education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat pengembangan model pembelajaran berbasis potensi lokal bidai pada mata pelajaran Kewirausahaan dan menguji kevalidan dan keefektifan dalam menggunakan pembelajaran yang dikembangkan untuk membuat siswa berminat berwirausaha bidai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah research and development dengan dibuat penyederhanaan pada langkah ke enam sebagai model final yang pelaksanaannya dilaksanakan dalam tahap studi pendahuluan dan tahap pengembangan. Tahap studi pendahuluan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi wawancara terbuka dari pernyataan guru. Tahap pengembangan model pembelajaran kewirausahaan meliputi desain produk yang divalidasi oleh para ahli, selanjutnya diimplementasikan ke dalam perangkat pembelajaran yang akan divalidasi oleh praktisi sebagai pengguna model sebelum diterapkan di dalam kelas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan model pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis potensi lokal bidai dikembangkan menghasilkan model konseptual, model hipotetik, dan model akhir. Model pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis potensi lokal yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid dan efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan membuat bidai dan berwirausaha, memiliki sikap positif terhadap warisan budaya, dan menghasilkan produk bernilai komersil.. Hasil akhir penelitian pada model pembelajaran kewirausahaan ini yaitu hasil akhir model pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis potensi lokal bidai dikategorikan valid dan efektif. This research aims to make the development of learning model based on local potential of bidai on Entrepreneurship subjects and to test the validity and effectiveness in using a developed learning to make students interested in entrepreneurial bidai. Research and development were used as the method in this study with a simplification made in the sixth step as a final model, which the implementation was carried out in the preliminary study stage and development stage. The preliminary study stage in this study used open interview observations of teacher statements. The development phase of the entrepreneurship-learning model includes product design, which was validated by experts, and then implemented into learning tools that would be validated by practitioners as model users before being applied in the classroom. The results of this study indicate that the developed entrepreneurship-learning model based on the local potential of bidai generates conceptual models, hypothetical models, and final models. The developed entrepreneurship-learning model based on the local potential is said as a valid and effective learning model in improving the knowledge and skills of bidai and entrepreneurship, possessing a positive attitude toward cultural heritage, and producing commercial value products. The result of this study on the entrepreneurship-learning model is that the developed entrepreneurship-learning model based on the local potential of bidai t is said as a valid and effective learning model.

Abstract

Permasalahan pengembangan perikanan budidaya di Kecamatan Jelimpo adalah kurangnya akses informasi pada petani baik secara teknis maupun non teknis dalam pembenihan ikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengahasilkan model pendampingan pembenihan ikan nila yang valid dan efektif.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Reseadch and Development (R&D). Model pendampingan ini merupakan kegiatan pembelajaran yang berkerjasama dengan Balai Benih Ikan Jelimpo untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknis untuk dapat menghasilkan benih ikan nila secara mandiri. Model pendampingan ini menekankan kegiatan pelatihan sebelum dilakukannya pendampingan. Implementasi Model ini dilakukan oleh fasilitator dari Balai Benih Ikan Jelimpo dengan mengambil 10 peserta dari petani ikan yang berminat untuk berhasil membenihkan ikan nila. Pendampingan dilakukan tiga kali pertemuan pada saat tahap kritis dalam pembenihan. Hasil model pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa model yang telah divalidasi oleh ahli yaitu sangat valid dengan skor rata-rata 88,50. Pada hasil uji coba terbatas juga menunjukkan bahwa model pendampingan pembenihan ikan nila dinilai efektif yaitu dihasilkan dari uji wilcoxon dengan signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05 hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa model dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknis. Hasil pendampingan juga dilihat dari produktifitas petani pada benih ikan yang dinilai dari kualitas dan jumlah benih ikan nila. The problem of the development of aquaculture fishery in Jelimpo sub-district is lack of information access to farmers both technical and non technical in fish hatchery. The purpose of this research is to produce a valid and effective tilapia seedling assistance model. The method used in this research is Reseadch and Development (R & D). This mentoring model is a learning activity in collaboration with Jelimpo Fish Seed Center to improve the knowledge and technical skills to be able to produce the tilapia fish independently. This mentoring model emphasizes training activities prior to mentoring. Implementation This model was conducted by a facilitator from Jelimpo Fish Seed Center by taking 10 participants from fish farmers who are interested to successfully nickle tilapia fish. Assistance was done three times during the critical stage in the hatchery. The results of the mentoring model show that the model that has been validated by the expert is very valid with an average score of 88.50. In the limited trial results also showed that the indonesian tilapia seeding assistance model is considered effective, resulting from the wilcoxon test with a significance of 0.005 <0.05 this indicates that the model can improve the knowledge and technical skills. The results of assistance are also seen from the productivity of farmers in fish seeds that are assessed by the quality and number of seeds.

Abstract

Siswa SMA perlu diberikan pembelajaran keterampilan vokasional sebagai bekal keterampilan hidup setelah lulus dari sekolah dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya alam di daerah setempat. Penelitian ini berjuan untuk membuat model pembelajaran keterampilan vokasional berbasis potensi lokal buah jengkol pada mata pelajaran Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan serta menguji kevalidan dan keefektifan penggunaan model dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah research and development yang disederhanakan dengan enam langkah yaitu analisis potensi dan masalah hingga uji coba skala terbatas. Langkah pertama yaitu studi pendahuluan untuk membangun model factual.  Model konseptual melalui analisis model faktual dan kajian teori, validitas model dilakukan melalui teknik delphi menggunakan validator ahli model. Menguji keefektifan model digunakan one group pre test-post test design dan penghitungan nilai gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pembelajaran project based learning yang mengangkat potensi lokal buah jengkol valid dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kecakapan siswa dalam bentuk kompetensi pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan. Pengolahan jengkol menjadi produk seperti lempok jengkol yang memiliki nilai jual. Selain meningkatkan sikap dan keterampilan kewirausahaan, model ini juga dapat meningkatkan sikap menghargai potensi lokal di daerah setempat. The student of high school need to be given a vocational skills as a provision of living skill after graduating from the school by making use of the natural resources in nearby areas. This research is aimed to make vocational skill learning model based on local potency of jengkol on the subjects of Prakarya and Entrepreneurship as well as to test the validity and effectiveness of the model usage in learning activities. The method used in this research was a research and development that was simplified by six steps, namely the analysis of potentials and problems to a limited scale trial. The first step was a preliminary study to build a factual model. Conceptual model through factual model analysis and theoretical study, model validity was done through delphi technique using expert model validator. The effectiveness of the model was tested by using one group pre-test – post-test design and gained value calculation. The result of the research showed that the project based learning that raised the local potential of dog fruit is valid and effective to improve the students' skill in the form of knowledge, attitude and skill competence. Dog fruit might be processed into a product such as jengkol lempok that has a sale value. Besides improving entrepreneurial attitudes and skills, this model can also enhance the attitude of appreciating local potential in the local area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pengembangan ( R & D ) yang bertujuan : (1) Mendesain model pembelajaran Teaching Factory yang valid dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kecakapan vokasional Merencana dan Menginstalasi Sistem Audio. (2) Mengetahui tingkat kevalidan dan kelayakan model pembelajaran Teaching Factory, (3) mengetahui tingkat keefektifan model pembelajaran Teaching Factory. Penelitian dilakukan dengan empat tahapan yaitu analisis pendahuluan, mendesain model, validasi dan evaluasi serta hasil produk akhir dengan menggunakan one group pretest postest control design. Subjek peneliti SMKN 1 Ampelgading Pemalang. Sumber data untuk kevalidan model dilakukan dengan metode angket. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen kevalidan yang terdiri dari desain model, silabus, RPP, bahan ajar dan instrumen evaluasi. Data untuk keefektifan diambil dari aspek soft skill hard skill dan environment skill selama proses pembelajaran. Metoda pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi lembar penilaian soft skill hard skill dan environment skill. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabelitas, uji daya beda, uji tingkat kesukaran, uji t dan uji z. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskritif diketahui bahwa model pembelajaran Teaching Factory Merencana dan Menginstalasi sistem Audio telah dinyatakan valid dan layak oleh pakar ahli untuk digunakan. Peningkatan kemampuan soft skill pada Teaching Factory dilakukan dengan lembar observasi tahap I dan II dan dianalisis dengan N Gain, hasilnya terdapat peningkatan secara klasikal 28,21 % dengan N Gain 56,4 % kategori sedang. Dalam hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Teaching Factory efektif untuk meningkatkan kecakapan vokasional Merencana dan Menginstalasi Sistem Audio. This research includes research development (R & D) that aims: (1) Designing Teaching Factory model that is valid and effective for improving vocational skills Planning and Installing Audio Systems. (2) To know the level of validity and feasibility of Teaching Factory learning model, (3) to know the effectiveness level of Teaching Factory learning model. The research was conducted with four stages: preliminary analysis, model design, validation and evaluation, and final product result by using one group pretest postest control design. Subject of researcher SMKN 1 Ampelgading Pemalang. The data source for the validity of the model is done by questionnaire method. The instrument used is a validation instrument consisting of model design, syllabus, RPP, teaching materials and evaluation instruments. The data for for effectiveness is taken from the aspects of hard skills skill and environmental skill during the learning process. The data collection methods used include hard skill soft skill and environmental skill score sheets. While the data analysis using validity test, reliability test, different power test, difficulty test, t test and z test. Abstract

This research aims to develop Technopreneurship learning model in package engineering expertise machining; test the effectiveness and practicality of the Technopreneurship learning model in package engineering expertise machining. The methods used are research and development. Subjects trials one Technopreneurship learning group. Instruments of colecting data are teacher and student’s questionnaire sheets, validation instruments, interpersonal, intrapersonal, skill observation sheet, product result, teachers and students response, cognitive test. Analysis of data with t test for effectiveness and practicality of learning. Results of the research is a Technopreneurship learning model that has 4 stages to improve attitudes technopreneur, develop products based on the results of an investigation into the need for appropriate technology tools in surrounding communities. Technopreneurship learning model effectively declared the results of post test better assessment of the results of pre-test assessment. Technopreneurship learning model implemented in the second semesters of grade XI who have taken industrial practice. Teachers must have a productive capabilities and entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi Proses Pelaksanaan Program Kompas Masa Depan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 2 Adiwerna. Salah satu bantuan GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenartbeit) adalah program Kompas Masa Depan. Sebagaimana kompas penunjuk arah, Kompas Masa Depan akan menuntun siswa pada perjalanan panjang menuju karir impian. Di dalamnya penuh dengan kegiatan-kegiatan yang akan membantu siswa SMK mengetahui minat dan kelebihan yang dimiliki setiap siswa. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode  survei dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 1381 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan  rumus Isaac dan Michael. Sampelnya 275 siswa kelas XI terdiri dari siswa laki-laki 138 siswa dan siswa perempuan 137 siswa, yang ada pada program keahlian: Multimedia 89 siswa, Kriya Logam 56 siswa, Teknik Komputer dan jaringan 75 siswa, Kriya Tekstil 30 siswa, Kriya kayu 16 siswa. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Deskriptif dan Independent Sample t- test 2 pihak. Hasil penelitian dari pengumpulan data tersebut diketahui bahwa perolehan skor evaluasi uji analisis deskriptif indikator laki-laki 72 masuk kategori tinggi, sedangkan perempuan dengan 65 masuk kategori tinggi, dan secara keseluruhan 69,49 dengan kategori tinggi juga. Hasil uji t dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan perolehan skor antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Kompas Masa Depan perlu terus dilaksanakan karena sangat membantu menyongsong masa depan siswa-siswi untuk meraih kesuksesan sesuai dengan target SMK yakni menyiapakan tenaga kerja yang siap kerja, berwirausaha dan atau melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the Implementation Process of School to Work (STW) at Vocational High School of 2 Adiwerna. One of GIZ's help (Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenartbeit) is School to Work (STW). Like a compass pointer, the School to Work (STW) will guide students on a long journey to a dream career. In it is full of activities that will help SMK students to know the interests and advantages that each student has. The method used in this research using survey method which used quantitative approach. The population in this study were 1381 students. The sampling technique used the formula Isaac and Michael. The sample of 275 students of class XI consists of male students 138 students and female students 137 students, which are in the program of expertise: Multimedia 89 students, Metal Craft 56 students, Computer Engineering and network 75 students, Textile Kriya 30 students, Wooden Kriya 16 students . Data analysis using Descriptive Analysis and Independent Sample t-test 2 parties. The result of the data collecting is known that the evaluation test of descriptive analysis of male indicator 72 is in high category, while women with 65 are in high category, and 69,49 overall with high category as well. The result of t test can be concluded that there is no difference of scoring criteria between men and women. School to Work (STW) need to be continued because it is very helpful to welcome the future of students to achieve success in accordance with the target of vocational preparing the workforce ready to work, entrepreneurship and or continue to college.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji perbedaan kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa SMK Islamiyah Adiwerna Kabupaten Tegal Jawa Tengah yang prakerin di bengkel resmi dan bengkel perorangan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII jurusan teknik sepeda motor dengan populasi 169 dengan sampel responden 123 siswa dengan pembagian 49 siswa yang prakerin dibengkel resmi dan 74 siswa  yang prakerin dibengkel perorangan. Pengambilan data menggunakan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif dan Uji T. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan kompetensi kewirausahaan yang dimiliki oleh siswa yang prakerin dibengkel resmi lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang prakerin dibengkel perorangan, dimana siswa yang prakerin dibengkel resmi nilainya sebesar 110,90 sedangkan siswa yang prakerin dibengkel perorangan sebesar 105.00, hasil uji T 2 pihak menunjukan Sign. (2-tailed) didapatkan 0.00 yang artinya ada perbedaan kompetensi kewirausahaan antara siswa yang praktik kerja industri di bengkel resmi dan bengkel perorangan. This research was aimed to describe the students’ enterpreneurship competence of SMK Islamiyah Adiwerna Kabupaten Tegal Jawa Tengah who did prakerin in the legal garage and individual garage. The research was a survey research which used quantitative approach. The population was all students at XII of Motorcycle Technique Department consisted of 169 students and the respondent samples were 123 students. The 49 students did prakerin in the legal garage, and the 74 students were in the individual garage. Furthermore, the researcher used questionnaire to collect the data, and he also used quantitaive descriptive and t test. Based on the result of this research, it could be concluded that the students’ enterpreneurship competence who did prakerin in the legal garage was higher than the students who were in the individual garage. Furthermore, the score of students who did prakerin in the legal garage was 110,90, and the score of students who did prakerin in the indiviual garage was 105,00. The result of destination T 2 point of sign (2-taied) is received 0.00 its meaning there is different enterpreneurshipcompetence between student who company work practice in legal workshop and personal workshop.

Abstract

Sering mengalami kegagalan dalam Survival Rate (SR) karena kurang terampilnya petani menyebabkan pembenihan tidak maksimal. Untuk menanggulangi perlu adanya kegiatan pelatihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pelatihan pembenihan ikan mas dan perangkat (buku panduan model, modul, lembar penilaian) yang memenuhi kriteria valid, efektif dan praktis. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research And Development (R & D). Prosedur penelitian pengembangan mengadopsi langkah-langkah dari sugiyono yang telah dimodifikasi, antara lain : (1) potensi dan masalah (2) pengumpulan data (3) desain model pelatihan (4) validasi model pelatihan (5) revisi model pelatihan (6) uji coba terbatas model pelatihan (7) model akhir. Hasil penelitian model pelatihan dinyatakan sangat valid karena telah di uji oleh mengunakan teknik Delphi. Uji efektivitas model  mengunakan uji t, hasil uji pretest dan posttest seluruh peserta meningkat sehingga dapat di terapkan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap petani. Program pelatihan dianggap praktis memunculkan reaksi positif pada petani dengan ketertarikan terhadap materi dan media, fasilitator. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan model pelatihan pembenihan ikan yang valid, efektif dan praktis. Manfaat dari penelitian ini model pelatihan pembenihan ikan mas dapat digunakan oleh penyuluh dan Sekolah Menengah Keatas (SMK) jurusan agribisnis Perikanan dapat digunakan sebagai panduan pembelajaran budidaya ikan mas. The hatching is not maximum mostly cause of failed on Survival Rate (SR) doe to low skill of farmers. To overcome the problem is needed the training. The study aims to make a model of training goldfish breeding and valid, effective and praticial tools (guidebook model, module, assessment sheets). The study refers to Research and Development (R&D) approach. The procedure of research adopted Sugiyono that has been modifed: (1) potential and problem (2) data collection (3) design of training model (4) validation of training model (5) revision of training model (6) limited test of training model (7) final model. The model of training was valid because it has been tested by Delphi technique. For the test of effectiveness model used t-test, the results of pretest and posttest shown that all participants were increased so it can be applied to improve knowledge, skill and attitude of farmers. The training program was considered to practical because farmers interested to the material, media and facilitator. The result reveals that model of training carp breeding is valid, effective and practical. The benefits of this research are the model of training goldfish breeding can use by facilitator and Vocational High School (SMK) major fishery agribusiness and as learning guide to raising the carp.
