Abstract

Maintaining clothes and textiles are very importance following theincreasing of people awareness in clean and healthy life. Textile maintenancetechnology like washing, bleaching, patching or mending, sizing or resin finishing,ironing, pleating and keeping, are grow rapidly. Textile maintenance are dailyactivities, but we found that many people could not follow the rapid changing of itstechonology. The differences of consumer knowledge of available technologies, couldcause inefficient usage, difficulty in justified damage and workmanship. To overcomethis problem, informations through mass media, web, counsellings program in PKK,internalization through school lifeskills curriculum, are needed. Corret textilemaintenance, give beneficial economically, since it can lengthen the life of textilesand minimalize purchasing.Keyword: maintenance of textilePemeliharaan tekstil sangat penting seiiring meningkatnya kesadaranmasyarakat terhadap pola hidup bersih, sehat dan indah. Proses pemeliharaan tekstilmeliputi : proses-proses pencucian, pemutihan atau pengelantangan, penisikan ataupenambalan, penganjian atau peresinan, penyetrikaan, pelipatan dan penyimpanan.Semua kegiatan tersebut dapat dikerjakan dengan baik apabila masyarakat memilikipengetahuan tentang teknik pemeliharaan yang benar. Perkembangan teknologipemeliharaan tekstil yang pesat, harus sejalan dengan pengetahuan masyarakattentang teknologi tersebut. Apabila terjadi kesenjangan antara pengetahuankonsumen dengan teknologi yang tersedia, maka akan terjadi pemakaian yang tidakefisien, kesulitan pengerjaan, atau kerusakan. Kesenjangan tersebut dapat di atasidengan menyebarkan informasi-informasi melalui media massa, internet, penyuluhanpada kelompok-kelompok PKK, internalisasi melalui kurikulum lifeskill di sekolah.Pemeliharaan tekstil yang dilakukan dengan benar dapat memperpanjang usiapemakaian pakaian dan menghemat pembelian.Kata kunci: pemeliharaan tekstil

Abstract

Lurik dibuat dengan alat tenun bukan mesin (ATBM). Lurik mengalami perubahan ukuran pada saat pencucian, oleh karena itu kain lurik perlu di relaxing terlebih  dahulu.  Proses  relaxing  dilakukan  sebelum  kain  dipotong  dan  dijahit. Alternatif lain selain melalui proses relaxing adalah dengan membuat pola toleransi yang sesuai dengan besarnya penyusutan kain lurik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan ketepatan ukuran blus relaxing dingin dan panas baik yang dicuci dingin dan panas, juga ketepatan ukuran blus yang menggunakan pola toleransi yang dicuci dingin dan cuci panas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, data diperoleh dari pengambilan ukuran blus dengan menggunakan alat ukur berupa metelin atau pita ukur. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, dan uji T berpasangan (Paired sample T-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketepatan ukuran lebih besar pada blus yang kainnya di relaxing terlebih dahulu, sementara blus toleransi memiliki ketepatan ukuran yang lebih kecil. Pencucian dengan air panas memberikan hasil mengkeret yang lebih tinggi. Teknik relaxing cuci dingin   tidak   menambah   mengkeret   kain   sedangkan   cuci   panas   menambah mengkeret kain. Teknik relaxing memiliki ketepatan ukuran yang lebih baik, namun toleransi ukuran dapat pula digunakan dengan mempertimbangkan ukuran toleransi yang lebih tepat. Perbedaan ini terjadi karena proses penyantaian kain yang tidak sempurna, hal ini disebabkan oleh jahitan yang terdapat pada blus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler batik siswa SD di Kecamatan Kaliwungu Kudus dan menganalisis hasil belajar kegiatan ekstrakurikuler batik siswa SD di Kecamatan Kaliwungu Kudus. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta kegiatan ekstrakurikuler batik siswa SDN 2 Gamong Kudus dan siswa SDN 2 Papringan Kudus yang berjumlah 100 siswa, dengan jumlah sampel 30 siswa yang diperoleh secara acak. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan dan hasil belajar dengan indikator sikap, kinerja, produk dan pengetahuan. Pengumpulan data diolah dengan metode observasi dan dokumentasi serta dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif tendensi sentral dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian pelaksanaan dan hasil belajar kegiatan ekstrakurikuler batik siswa sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Kaliwungu Kudus termasuk dalam kriteria baik dengan rata-rata sebesar (2,68) dengan rincian perindikator sikap dengan rata-rata sebesar (3,16) termasuk dalam kriteria baik, kinerja dengan rata-rata sebesar (2,98) termasuk dalam kriteria baik, produk dengan rata-rata sebesar (2,18) termasuk dalam kriteria cukup baik, dan pengetahuan dengan rata-rata sebesar (2,40) termasuk dalam kriteria cukup baik.The aim of this research were knowing the implementation extracurricular batik activity by students SD at Kecamatan Kaliwungu Kudus and analyzed learning result extracurricular batik activity by students at Kecamatan Kaliwungu Kudus. The population in this research were all activity extracurricular batik by students SDN 2 Gamong Kudus and students SDN 2 Papringan Kudus amounting to 100 students, the number of 30 sampels obtained at random. Variabels in this research is implementation and learning outcomes wit indicator attitude, performance, product and knowledge. Accumulation for processing with method observation and documentation analyzed using central tendency descriptive and qualitative. The results of this research is implementation learning result extracurricular batik activity students SD at Kecamatan Kaliwungu Kudus included in good criteria with average as (2,68) details of indicator attitude with average as (2,98) included in good criteria, product with average as (2,18) included in good enough criteria, and knowledge with average (2,40) included in good enough criteria.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan kursus membatik dan mengetahui faktor pendukung serta faktor penghambat pelaksanaan kursus membatik di pusat rehabilitasi YAKKUM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus penelitian pada pelaksanaan kursus membatik pada penyandang tunadaksa di YAKKUM dengan subjek penelitian 7 peserta didik. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kursus membatik di Pusat Rehabilitasi YAKKUM belum menggunakan kurikulum. Pusat rehabilitasi YAKKUM dapat membantu peyandang tunadaksa untuk mendapat pendidikan dan memperoleh pekerjaan. Hal tersebut terbukti 100% peserta didik mendapatkan pekerjaan bahkan menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan setelah mengikuti kursus membatik. Produk yang dihasilkan dapat diterima oleh masyarakat dan pasar terbukti 70% produk batik tulis kontemporer yang sudah terjual saat pameran batik.Education is a right and an obligation for all the people of Indonesia. It is listed in the 1945 Constitution, Article 31, paragraph 1, of all Indonesian citizens are entitled to teaching where disabilities have equal rights and equal opportunities to education as other citizens. Pusat Rehabilitasi Yayasan Kristen untuk Kesehatan Umum (YAKKUM) provide batik courses for quadriplegic. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of batik courses and identify factors supporting and inhibiting factors of the courses at a rehabilitation center YAKKUM batik.This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a focus on the implementation of batik courses in quadriplegic in YAKKUM. Research subjects are 7 learners. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was performed using the method of triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of batik courses at the Rehabilitation Center YAKKUM not use batik kurikulum. Pusat YAKKUM rehabilitation can help peyandang quadriplegic to education and acquire the pekerjaan.Hal proven to be 100 % learners get a job even create jobs after the course membatik.Produk generated can be accepted by society and market-proven 70 % of contemporary batik products that have been sold during the exhibition of batik .

Abstract

Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di sekolah piloting maupun pelaksana mandiri perlu dievaluasi untuk menjaga konsistensi pencapaian tujuan kurikulum itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di sekolah pelaksana mandiri yang meliputi (1) Kesiapan implementasi; (2) Proses pembelajaran dan evaluasi pembelajaran, (3) hasil implementasi; dan (4) tingkat keberhasilan implementasi. Metode evaluasi yang digunakan adalah model Countenan Stake yang membagi komponen kurikulum dalam matrik observasi dan matrik pertimbangan meliputi tahap pendahuluan (antecedent), proses (transaction), dan hasil (outcomes). Penelitian dilakukan di SD Nasima Semarang yang merupakan sekolah pelaksana mandiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tahap pendahuluan atau kesiapan implementasi meliputi kesiapan guru, buku, sarana prasarana, dan rencana pembelajaran sangat baik (95%), tahap proses yang meliputi kegiatan pembelajaran dan evaluasi pembelajaran sangat baik (90%), dan hasil implementasi yang meliputi respon peserta didik dan hasil belajar juga sangat baik (94%). Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di sekolah pelaksana mandiri dapat berjalan sangat baik dengan dukungan pemenuhan standar nasional pendidikan dan para guru yang memiliki motivasi, kreativitas, dan kinerja yang baik.Implementation of Curriculum 2013 in schools piloting or independent organizers needs to be evaluated to maintain the consistency of curriculum goals. This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in independent organizer to determine: (1) the readiness of implementation; (2) learning teaching process and evaluation; (3) results of the implementation; and (4) the success rate of implementation .The evaluation used Countenan Stake method which devided curriculum component in the judgment matrix and observation matrix includes the consideration of antecedent, transaction, and outcomes. The study was conducted in elementary school Nasima Semarang which is independent organizer. The results showed that the preparing stage or implementation readiness include the readiness of teachers, books, facilities, and learning plan is very good (95%), stage process that includes learning activities and learning evaluation is very good (90%), and the results of the implementation which includes responses students and learning outcomes are also very good (94%). Implementation of Curriculum 2013 in schools independent organizer can run really well by the support of compliance with education national standards and teachers who have the motivation, creativity, and good performance.

Abstract

The 2013 curriculum and the implementation of HOTS are urgently needed to create future generations, not only characterized, productive, creative, and innovative but also who understand the national identity and create children who are superior and able to compete in the international world. The scientific approach can be a tool that teachers use to be able to carry out learning that can lead to high-level thinking learning for kindergarten, this is also contained in the 2013 curriculum. This study aims to analyze the high order thinking of kindergarten in the core orchid cluster school in Candisari District, Semarang. The research is a qualitative research. Which concern in the learning process carried out in class by the teacher to the child both from the strategies used and the communication that the teacher did while in the learning process. The result from the study is that Taman Belia Candi as the core school of Anggrek cluster has already used high-order thinking learning. This can be seen from the lesson plans used and also the learning process carried out. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that the high-level learning process for early-aged children has been carried out in the Anggrek cluster core school, Candisari District, Semarang, this can be seen from the scientific approach use in the learning process in the classroom.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen penilaian kinerja guru SMK dan panduan penilaian kinerja guru SMK. Model penelitian menggunakan pengembangan dengan 9 langkah pengembangan dan metode penelitian mix method. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan lembar observasi analisis berupa triangulasi. Alat pengumpulan data metode kuantitatif menggunakan validasi melalui 3 Expert Judgment dianalisis menggunakan formula Aiken, analisis instrumen penilaian kinerja guru SMK menggunakan validitas konstruk Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), reliabilitas instrumen dianalisis menggunakan Alpha Cronbach, dan uji kepraktisan menggunakan uji kuantitatif sederhana. Hasil validitas instrumen Expert Judgment menunjukkan validitas ≥ 0,30 bahwa seluruh butir item valid. Reliabilitas instrumen antar-rater menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan. Hasil KMO pada uji coba pertama 0,628- 0,668 terdapat satu item yang memiliki nilai KMO ≤ 0,5. setelah direvisi hasil KMO pada uji coba kedua 0.658-0.732. Berdasarkan muatan faktor terdapat 33 item yang memiliki nilai ≥ 0,5, maka dikatakan keseluruhan item valid. Reliabilitas pada uji coba pertama yaitu 0,863-0.871, nilai reliabilitas pada uji coba kedua 0,864-0,872. Pengembangan buku pedoman penilaian kinerja guru SMK yang diperuntukkan untuk guru SMK dan siswa SMK. Kesimpulan bahwa instrumen penilaian kinerja guru SMK memiliki validitas dan reliabilitas yang baik sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai instrumen penilaian kinerja guru SMK. This research is to develop a vocational teacher performance assessment instruments and guidelines vocational teacher performance. The research model using development with 9 steps of development and research methods mix method. Collecting data through interviews and observation form with triangulation analysis. Data collection tool uses a quantitative method with validation 3 Expert Judgment analyzed using formula Aiken, analyzed instruments vocational teacher performance using the construct validity Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), the reliability of instrument were analyzed using Cronbach Alpha and test the practicality using a simple quantitative test. The results of the validity instruments of Expert Judgment is of ≥ 0.30, that whole grain items is valid. Inter-rater reliability of the instrument showed there was no significant difference. The results of the first trial KMO 0,628- 0.668, there is one item with a value of KMO ≤ 0.5. After the revised of the second trial KMO 0658-0732. Based on the factor loadings are 33 items which have a value of ≥ 0.5, then the whole item is valid. Reliability in the first trial is 0.863 to 0871, the value of reliability the second trial from .864 to .872. Development handbook vocational teacher performance for vocational teachers and vocational students. The conclusion that the vocational teacher performance assessment instruments have good validity and reliability so it can be used as a vocational teacher performance assessment instruments.

Abstract

Vocational education policies that are currently being implemented to produce skilled workers in their fields, one of them are, the proportion of Senior High School students: Vocational High School students are 30%: 70%, changes in the number of comparisons have an impact on the needs of the number of teachers, while temporary vocational teachers (productive teachers) in other expertise/specialization programs or other subjects, the number of teachers exceeds the amount that is required. The dual expertise program is a program to provide additional teaching authority for Vocational High School/Senior High School teachers who teach certain subjects to become productive subject teachers in Vocational High Schools in certain skill competencies that are different from previous skills competencies and relevant to their educational background. The objective of this study is to review and describe the implementation of dual expertise policies for Vocational High School teachers and their impact on Demak Regency. The process of preparation, implementation, and results of activities is described so that they can be understood as aspects related to the issues regarding the policy. This research was qualitative research. To get the validity of the data, the researchers used several data validity checking techniques, they were: (1) Technique of checking credibility; (2) Technique of transferability; (3) dependency checking technique. The data analysis used in this study was qualitative descriptive analysis. The result of this study is the impact of implementing dual expertise activities has not been significant towards the fulfillment of  the needs of productive teachers. It is known that the problem is the element of communication, namely the lack of delivery of information from policy actors to the teacher. For other elements such as disposition, resources, and bureaucratic structure, it has been implemented well.

Abstract

The problem of managing the Maharani Production Unit is the weakness of the Production Unit management so that the utilization of Production Unit as a means of entrepreneurship training is not optimal. The objective of the study is to produce a valid and effective Production Unit management model. The method used in this study was Research and Development (R & D). The production unit management model was a college student-based  management model that did not only involve the college students on services but also on the management so that it can improve college students' competence in the aspects of knowledge, attitude, and skills. The implementation of this model was conducted by holding selection activities for production unit members and training activities before students manage production units. Participants who were interested in developing entrepreneurship skills through the production unit and have passed the selection then they followed the training activities that were conducted in five meetings with 20 participants. The result of management model of the Maharani production unit shows that the model that has been validated by the expert, it shows very valid with the average score of 62.75. In the small trial results also shows that the management model of Maharani production unit is effective, resulting from the paired sample t test with significance of 0.001 <0.05 this indicates that the model can improve students’ competence on the student’  knowledge and skills aspects. The results of the training can also be seen from the change of students’ attitude of in entrepreneurship which is scored from the confidence, responsible, leadership spirit, the way of communicating and have passion in seeking business opportunity. Besides, it can be a reference in conducting the production units activities, the developed model can provide experience and entrepreneurship skills for students.
