Abstract

ABSTRAK  Terbatasnya lapangan pekerjaan membuat masyarakat berinovasi untuk membuka peluang usaha sendiri demi memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari dan kebutuhan lainnya. Berdagang/membuka warung adalah salah satu peluang usaha yang dapat dilakukan agar dapat memenuhi segala kebutuhan, seperti halnya pedagang/warung sembako di Kecamatan Penebel, Kabupaten Tabanan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh modal, tenaga kerja, dan lama usaha baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Pendapatan Usaha Warung Sembako di Kecamatan Penebel, Kabupaten Tabanan.Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan SPSS diperoleh hasil modal, tenaga kerja, dan lama usaha berpengaruh positif dan nyata secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Pendapatan Usaha Warung Sembako di Kecamatan Penebel, Kabupaten TabananBerdasarkan simpulan dari hasil penelitian dapat disarankan yaitu Usaha Warung Sembako dapat meningkatkan modal dengan memanfaatkan lembaga-lembaga keuangan, meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang selera dan perilaku konsumen dan tetap memaksimalkan tenaga kerja

Abstract

Organizational management has an important task so that the company's operations can continue to run. Management of employees as company assets becomes part of management. Company management tries not to lose its employees by increasing job satisfaction. Various factors that can increase job satisfaction are researched and developed. This study aims to determine the role of distributive justice and procedural justice to be able to develop job satisfaction. This quantitative research was conducted in one of the business entities operating in Malang City. This study uses the census method as a sample of 60 employees who work. Research data obtained through questionnaire responses. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression. The data processing process proves that distributive justice has a significant influence on the development of job satisfaction. Research also proves that procedural justice plays a significant role in shaping employee job satisfaction. Together, distributive justice and procedural justice have a significant impact on increasing job satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrak-Dalam situasi Pandemi Covid-19 yang masih melanda dunia, khususnya di Bali, bukan saja sektor pariwisata yang terdampak, akan tetapi juga terhadap semua industri di Indonesia baik sektor swasta ataupun pemerintah. Dalam hal ini pihak BUMN pun sangat merasakan dampak virus yang memporak porandakan perekonomian dunia. Namun demikian BUMN masih inten melakukan program perduli dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dalam bentuk pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility dimana merupakan komitmen perusahaan BUMN untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya di provinsi Balidan juga merupakan salah satu bentuk keperdulian pemerintah yang dilaksanakan melalui perusahaan BUMN dalam penyaluran dana serta bantuan baik secara materi maupun non materi kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan dan membantu permasalahan perekonomian.

Abstract

The amount of company competition and the current pandemic situation forces every producer to be smart in choosing products to produce by carrying out various innovations and promotions, one of which is Ohadoku, which is food that carries a retro style. This type of research uses associative research with a total of 110 samples from all ohadoku consumers in Uma Ilopeta. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the results of the t-test significance analysis, namely x₁ 0.034, x₂ 0.006, x₃ 0.022, x₄ 0.030, x₅ 0.002 while the significance result of the f test is 0.000 which indicates that all independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul effect brand image dan social media marketing terhadap purchase intention umkm kain endek Gianyar Bali. Kecenderungan untuk memustuskan membeli produk fashion menjadikan produk kain endek sebagai pilihan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan fashion, baik itu fashion untuk adat maupun formalitas. Seiring dengan perkembangan globalisasi sekarang ini faktor perkembangan UMKM di Indonesia  tak lepas dari adanya perkembangan teknologi salah satunya pemasaran produk melalui social media. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis pengaruh brand image dan social media marketing terhadap purchase intention umkm kain endek Gianyar Bali. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 100 sampel dari umkm kain endek Gianyar Bali. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS sebagai alat analisis. Hasil F test bahwa brand image dan social media marketing berpengaruh secara bersamaan terhadap purchase intention UMKM kain Endek Gianyar Bali dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 0,05 serta F hitung F tabel (90,913 3,09). Koefisien korelasi berganda menyatakan bahwa brand image dan social media marketing terhadap purchase intention memiliki korelasi yang kuat. Koefisen determinasi diperoleh sebesar sebesar 64,5% variabel purchase intention dipengaruhi oleh variabel brand image dan social media marketing, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 35,5% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model. Brand image dan social media marketing berpengaruh secara bersamaan terhadap purchase intention UMKM kain Endek Gianyar Bali. Hal ini berarti semakin baik brand image dan social media marketing secara bersamaan maka purchase intention UMKM kain endek Gianyar Bali akan semkin meningkat. Sedangkan jika brand image dan social media marketing secara bersamaan semakin buruk maka purchase intention UMKM kain endek Gianyar Bali akan semakin menurun.

Abstract

Marketing Management is not only faced with increasingly strong business competition but also changes in consumer behavior. The development of technology and changes in lifestyle cause consumers to have dynamic behavior. Customer value is one of the consumer behavior that can change the direction of the company's marketing. All factors considered capable of influencing customer value were studied such as brand class and brand image. This research was conducted to determine customer value in terms of brand class and brand image. The study was conducted on 90 users of SKII brand facial care products. The research sample was obtained by purposive sampling which will then fill in the questionnaire which is the source of the data for this research. The data is processed by regression technique. The results of the study show that brand class influences the formation of customer value to consumers. The results showed that the brand class affects the formation of customer value to consumers. In addition, this study also shows that customer value can be developed by developing a brand image. Brand class together with brand image have been proven to build customer value to consumers

Abstract

The role of the small industry sector for mini press tile crafts in Pejaten Village, Kediri District, is expected to be able to contribute to regional economic growth and the development of the industrial sector, especially the mini press tile industry which can increase the income of the craftsmen, is one of the factors that play a role in absorption labor. The formulation of the problem in this study, whether the amount of production, labor, and working hours have a partial or simultaneous effect on income in the mini press tile craftsman industry, Pejaten Village, Tabanan Regency.The research sample was taken from all populations with the saturated sample method ,because the sampling of the population was carried out as a whole from the existing population as mini press tile entrepreneurs. The number of samples that were determined was the entire population of 35 entrepreneurs spread over several banjars in Pejaten Village, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique.Based on the results of the study, it can be explained that: (1) The amount of production has a real and positive effect on income in the mini press tile industry in Pejaten Village, Kediri District, because the tcount is greater than ttable or 6.789 1.695 and the significance value is smaller. Of 5% or 0.000 0.05. (2) Labor has a real and positive influence on income in the mini press tile industry in Pejaten Village, Kediri District, because the tcount is greater than ttable or 2,095 1,695 and the significance value is less than 5% or 0,044 0,05 . (3) Working hours have a significant and positive effect on the value of income in the mini press tile industry in Pejaten Village, Kediri District, because the tcount is greater than ttable or 2,056 1,695 or the significance is less than 5% or 0,038 0,05 . (4) The amount of production (X1), labor (X2), and working hours (X3) together have a real and positive influence on income in the mini press tile industry in Pejaten Village, Kediri District, this can be seen from the value of the Fratio is greater than the Ftable or 37.453 2.910. Likewise, when viewed from the significance value, which is 0.000, it is smaller than 0.05 (5%) or 0.000 0.05. Based on the results of the analysis of determination, the percentage of the contribution of the influence of the independent variable (amount of production, labor and working hours) on the dependent variable (income) of 78.4%. While the remaining 21.6% is influenced or explained by other variables that are not included in this research model.
