Abstract

Business competition in the global market poses problems for companies. The problem faced by the company is not only how to set a marketing strategy for profit. Companies are faced with problems regarding the level of turnover intention of their employees. The company will spend more to train the new employee's ability if there is a turnover of its employees. So that the problem of turnover intention becomes the focus of management in order to suppress the desire of employees to quit or change jobs. This study was conducted to determine the level of turnover intention seen from employee involvement and work-life balance. This research was conducted at a company in Kediri, East Java. The research sample obtained as many as 100 respondents. The research data will be processed with SPSS using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it is proven that employee involvement has a significant influence on the formation of turnover intention. In addition, turnover intention is also significantly influenced by work-life balance. Work involvement and work-life balance together have a significant influence on changes in turnover intention.

Abstract

Bubut adalah mesin perkakas yang digunakan untuk memotong benda yang diputar. Pembubutan sendiri merupakan suatu proses pemotongan benda kerja yang dilakukan dengan cara memutar benda kerja yang kemudian dikenakan pada pahat yang digerakkan secara translasi sejajar dengan sumbu putar benda kerja. Gerak putar relatif benda kerja disebut gerak potong dan gerak translasi pahat disebut gerak umpan. Dengan mengatur perbandingan kecepatan putar benda kerja dan kecepatan translasi pahat maka akan diperoleh berbagai macam ulir dengan ukuran Kisar yang berbeda-beda. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan cara menukar gigi translasi yang menghubungkan poros spindel dengan poros ulir. Gear changer dicadangkan secara eksklusif untuk memenuhi keperluan pembuatan ulir. Jumlah gigi pada masing-masing gear changer bervariasi jumlahnya mulai dari nomor 15 sampai dengan jumlah maksimum gigi 127. Gear changer dengan nomor 127 memiliki kekhususan seperti yang digunakan untuk konversi dari ulir metrik menjadi inci. Skala nonius atau skala vernier adalah skala yang membantu membuat pengukuran menjadi lebih teliti. Iniada alat ukur skala kaliper, mikrometer ulir dan sebagainya. Dengan skala Nonius, maka penggaris biasa yang memiliki presisi 1 mm (disebut juga presisi denganistilah n.s.t = nilai skala terkecil), bisa ditingkatkan sehingga memiliki akurasi 0,1 mm, atau bahkan 0,05 mm juga mencapai 0,02 mm. Skal skal Nonius Nonius yang digunakan adalah sliding (digunakan pada jangka sorong). Pada skala nonius melingkar (digunakan pada mikrometer ulir), kita dapat memperoleh nilaiketelitian sampai 0,01 mm. Dengan demikian skala Nonius dapat membantu meningkatkan akurasinya

Abstract

Karyawan merupakan modal perusahaan untuk menjalankan operasionalnya. Tidak hanya penjualan yang tinggi, memiliki karyawan yang baik dan memiliki kemampuan yang dapat diandalkan memberikan kontribusi kepada perusahaan. Pentingnya karyawan bagi perusahaan menuntut manajemen untuk selalu memuaskan karyawan saat bekerja. Faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja akan selalu menjadi perhatian manajemen seperti lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja. Studi ini bermaksud mengetahui peran lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu perusahaan di Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan 92 responden sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil studi membuktikan lingkungan kerja memiliki peran nyata membangun kepuasan kerja. Motivasi kerja juga memiliki peran nyata terhadap pembentukan kepuasan kerja. Kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja

Abstract

Unsur manusia dalam organisasi selalu berkaitan dengan perilaku dan karakteristik individu yang mempengaruhi hasil kerja dan pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Peranan motivasi, religiusitas, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja perlu dicermati untuk mengetahui dukungannya terhadap pencapaian tujuan organisasi melalui pencapaian kinerja pegawai. Studi ini untuk mengamati peran motivasi kerja, religiusitas, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Survei ini menggunakan teknik sampling sensus. Jumlah responden sebanyak 128 responden. Untuk memperoleh hasil dari data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis dengan teknik regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa motivasi kerja dan religiusitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan lain menyebut ada peran dari kepemimpinan dan variabel lingkungan kerja membentuk kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Marketing Management is not only faced with increasingly strong business competition but also changes in consumer behavior. The development of technology and changes in lifestyle cause consumers to have dynamic behavior. Customer value is one of the consumer behavior that can change the direction of the company's marketing. All factors considered capable of influencing customer value were studied such as brand class and brand image. This research was conducted to determine customer value in terms of brand class and brand image. The study was conducted on 90 users of SKII brand facial care products. The research sample was obtained by purposive sampling which will then fill in the questionnaire which is the source of the data for this research. The data is processed by regression technique. The results of the study show that brand class influences the formation of customer value to consumers. The results showed that the brand class affects the formation of customer value to consumers. In addition, this study also shows that customer value can be developed by developing a brand image. Brand class together with brand image have been proven to build customer value to consumers

Abstract

The economic crisis due to the Covid-19 pandemic has influenced companies to make difficult decisions for their survival. This study discusses career adaptability among new graduates. Career adaptation is important for recent graduates to maintain their interest in the workplace. Graduates must understand the job and job description in order for them to carry out the task. Sometimes this may be a difficult process for them to digest and can make themselves feel demotivated, as they struggle to understand the job, and if dissatisfaction occurs it can result in an intention to leave the job. This study used 77 respondents and analysis using SPSS, correlation and regression were used to determine the most influential factors on career adaptation, from job satisfaction, work environment, and training and development. The results obtained are known that the factors that influence the career adaptation of fresh graduates are influenced by the independent variables of job satisfaction, training and development and the work environment. Keywords: career adaptation, turnover, education.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the effect of product innovation on customer satisfaction and trust, focusing on customers in the electronics sector. Product innovation is considered a strategic element capable of increasing customer utility, creating competitive advantage, and strengthening the relationship between companies and customers. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through a survey to explore customer perceptions related to innovation, satisfaction, and trust. The results show that product innovation significantly affects customer satisfaction, especially through the relevance of the features offered, product quality, and adequate after-sales service. Customer trust in the company is also influenced by the success of product innovation to create real added value. This trust is formed through consistency in product quality and transparency in communication. This research implies that companies need to make innovation a strategic priority that is oriented towards customer needs. A deep understanding of customer preferences and expectations through market research and direct feedback is essential to support the innovation process. Effective communication to explain the benefits of innovation to customers should be part of the marketing strategy. With this approach, product innovation can be an instrument that increases customer satisfaction and trust, and creates long-term beneficial relationships.
