Abstract

Education that can be seen from psychosocial perspective is an attempt to develop human capacity through interpersonal relationship in society or family. Furthermore, a school plays important role in developing social and moral skills and cognitions, as an integral part of student’s development tasks, including its positive and negative impacts of peer relationship that occurs in elementary context. Consequently, it is needed an integral comprehension related to development tasks in specific context in order to detect, prevent, or cure the problems of the students. This paper explores a conceptual analysis of several context related to social perspective, moral and prosocial reasoning that divided into two characteristics, and impact of peer relationships both in positive and negative and its concept as social agent.

Abstract

The negative effects of globalization and modernization are inevitable from today's adolescent life. Advancement and development of science, technology and communication are not accompanied by the intelligence of users in expression and self-actualization so that the activities of school-age teenagers today is nothing more than an activity without expression essence. Referring to the problematic, SMA Negeri 1 Genteng through one extracurricular activities Kapling Theater is active academic environment SMA Negeri 1 Genteng expected to provide non-academic educational services in order to meet the needs of self-expression learners aimed at directing self-actualization capable of fruitful achievement.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the problematic of the assessment of speaking skills. Many teachers find it difficult to do the assessment. In this study used observational studies and interviews of teachers to find out the real situation regarding the use of speaking assessment. It turns out that many problems are found in the use of speaking skill assessment in detail in this research. Through this study also offered peer group appraisal as an alternative solution for conducting speaking assessment.

Abstract

Weakening of the values in unity and totality is indicated by the existence of learners who irresponsibility each other in cleaning up the school environment, make friend with the only same children from the richclass, thinking themselves / do not want to work together, and there are feuds between schools so often Brawl among students. Methods researchers used the collection of observation data, interviews, anddocumentation. While data are analyzed with Miles and Huberman model that is data reduction, datapresentation, and conclusion. Technique examination of data validity with triangulation of source andtechnique. The results showed that the implementation of the concept of Islamic archipelago relatedmaterial Spirit Nation show teachers implant a knowledge and understanding of the concepts of divinity, theessence of Spirit Nation, the importance of understanding human rights in human life, introducing Democracy byelection of class leader, deviding group of learning freely, then teachers aligning the thinking andunderstanding of students, introducing the values contained in Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity),inculcating students' interest in reading Islamic and Spirit Nation materials, and students discussing in theclassroom to find solutions to every constraints that are being Faced.

Abstract

Problems related to moral decadence, industrialization of education and the crisis of leadership is one of the problems that must be faced by the community in the current era of globalization. To face this challenge, the institution appears to be necessary to increase the quality towards better. Efforts to improve the quality of education will not be detached from the role of educational leaders who in this case is the head of school as top figures who "manage" all educational activities. As a manager in an educational institution is already a school principal should act in accordance with the rules and the norms in force and in accordance with the teachings of Qur'an corridor, that is for the sake of the benefits of good creatures in the world and in the hereafter . On the basis of this, then this study attempt formulated description of Islamic education, especially the education leadership as organisatoris in the world of education in terms of the verses of the Qur'an.

Abstract

One of literary work in the novel that are phenomenal at this time is novel titled “Split Moon in the Sky America” by Hanum Salsabiela Rais and Rangga Almahendra. Genre of the novel is very different from other novels. Novel that reveals the mystery of 9/11 or often called black Tuesday able to arouse the reader’s heart. Without Islamic. Will world beautiful? All answered in this novel. It also presents a novel religious values associated with the god and among the others. So the experts looked at the novel’s literary quality because not only giving entertainment but also inculcating religious value are easily understood and implemented by the reader in everyday life

Abstract

This study aims to examine the rhetorical moves and explore the use of verb tense in research article abstracts. This study employs corpus based approach using a corpus toolkit AntConc 3.2.4w. The subjects of this study are 29 research articles. The findings reveal that the preferred rhetorical moves of the abstracts are Move 2-purose, Move 3-method, and Move 4-result. The use of present tense is dominant in all five moves. Additionally, past tense is mostly found in method move. In this case, the writers employ the preferred rhetorical move and different verb tense in each move to emphasize the writer’s objectiveness.
