Technology and internet networks are two things that are always related, because in today's era the internet has become a much-needed medium for learning, communicating, exchanging data, and even playing. With the activity of using the internet network, a problem will arise, namely network security. Network security is a very important aspect as a defense in a network, to minimize the risk of data theft and unwanted access in an internet network. The purpose of this study is to implement the control and security of internet use in an agency with minimal costs. namely using the Linux operating system Ubuntu Server 18.04, Proxy Server, and Snort. The result of the system that has been created has a function to perform caching so that it can save bandwidth and can function as filtering content to minimize unwanted things on the network. In addition, the system created is very helpful for network admins to monitor the network in real-time, even can also enforce rules to protect the network.

Sentiment analysis is an important research topic and is currently being developed. Sentiment analysis is carried out to see the opinion or tendency of a person's opinion on a problem or object, whether it tends to have a negative or positive view. The main purpose of this research is to find out public sentiment towards the Full Day school policy comments from the Facebook Page of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia and to determine the performance of the Na-ïve Bayes Classifier Algorithm. The results of this study indicate that the public's negative sentiment towards the Full Day School policy is higher than positive or neutral sentiment. The highest accuracy value is the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm with the trigram feature selection of the 300 data training model with a value of 80%. This simulation has proven that the larger the training data and the selection of features used in the NBC Algorithm affect the accuracy of the results. Meanwhile, the simulation results from 10 test data with 5 different NBC and Lexicon algorithms also show that the Full Day School Policy proposed by the Indonesian Minister of Education and Culture has a higher negative sentiment than positive or neutral by most Facebook users who express opinions through comments. Power factor default is 0.85. if the power factor is less then 085, it will cause a loss to the user. In addition, the low value of the power factor will cause the maximum power capacity not to be used. Therefore designed a monitoring tool and improvement of power factors in household electricity consumption via SMS. This tool is constructed using a combination of current sensor, voltage sensor to determine the work of monitoring system for the use of current, voltage, power, and the value of power factor in household electricity consumption. In addition, bank capacitors are used to repair on increase the value of power factors and the GSM SIM 800L module is used to sending SMS from the system to the user so that the use of household electricity consumption can be monitored ini real time. Testing is done at home using household loads, namely blender, mixers, CRT TV, refrigerator and washing machines. The test results obtained are the percentage increase in the value of the average power factor of 27.12 % and after an improvement in the power factor using a capacitor bank can save costs by about 22 % and able to monitor by SMS so this shows that this tool is able to monitor and improve the power factor efficiently

The lack of knowledge of oral health and limited sources of information causes low public awareness of oral health and also causes people to be reluctant to have their oral health checked by a doctor due to the high cost of consultation. The expert system for diagnosing oral diseases is expected to provide knowledge about the diagnosis of oral diseases, provide media for consultation on diseases of the mouth and reduce the number of consultation costs. Expert system (expert system) is a system with working principles by trying and adopting knowledge that is owned by humans and transferred to the computer, so that the computer can solve problems as usually done by experts. Bayes' Theorem is a way of finding conditional probabilities. Conditional probability is the probability of an event occurring, given that it has some relationship with one or more other events. This expert system application uses Android as the operating system. The Android-based operating system is an operating system that is open source so that it is easy to develop and optimize. The results of this study are an expert system application that can provide knowledge about the diagnosis of oral diseases, becoming a medium for consultation on oral diseases.

The e-learning system is absolutely necessary to anticipate the times with the support of information technology where everything is heading to the digital era, both mechanism and content. In its development, the system must be preceded by analyzing the needs of the user (user needs). In accordance with the systems and software engineering paradigm, the needs of these users are of the highest order, and are the basis for the creation and work of developers. This is all to prevent the failure of the implementation of the Wahono system, (2003). E-learning is one way to help realize the quality of good learning education. Cafe business that provides food and beverage menus is a fast growing business today. 99's Coffee located in Tanjung Pura is a cafe that wants to further optimize service to consumers by simplifying the process of ordering food and drinks. The purpose of this research is to design an ordering system to make it easier for customers to order menus and business owners to manage orders. The method used in designing this system is Rapid Application Development (RAD). The stages in the RAD consist of Requirements planning, Design Workshop and Implementation. The system was built using the PHP programming language with the Codeigniter Framework, the system display uses the Bootstrap CSS Framework and data storage uses MariaDB. The result of this research is a system that allows customers to order food and beverage menus by simply scanning the Quick Response (QR) Code that has been provided at each customer's table.

Human resource management (HR) is important to achieve company goals. One of the activities in HR management is recruitment, selection, and training. Recruitment and selection are usually carried out without using a system so that the calculations are still done manually. However, by processing data using the system, it can produce a decision in recommending prospective employees who can have a positive impact on the company. The company selection process is carried out in two stages, namely official selection and final selection in the form of psychological tests, interviews, ability tests, and communication. The use of the Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realite (ELECTRE) method at the official selection stage and the Weighted Product (WP) method at the final selection stage is a discovery made to obtain the best decision according to the required criteria. By using this method, the final result will be obtained, namely recommendations from several prospective employees who are fit to work in the company. The results of this system performance reached one hundred percent; the data from the system is in accordance with the expected calculations.

Problems during the learning process at SMK Negeri 1 Kabanjahe are students are less attentive and lack understanding in understanding computer subject, especially building LAN networks. Computer Subject is considered one of the most difficult materials to learn, however multimedia major that they choose should use a computer. therefore, relies on the problem, this research aims to improve the students learning outcome, students’ activities during use schoology, and responses of students when using schoology as an elearning method. Type of this research is Classroom Action Research and the subject of this research is students class X Multimedia SMK Negeri 1 Kabanjahe with 26 students as participants. For collecting data this research use observations of student activities, evaluation tests and questionnaires to student. Result shown that students' learning outcomes improved, as shown from percentage students who completed KKM (minimum competence) in first cycle by 30.80% increased to 85% in the second cycle. the percentage of activity in the first cycle by 51.44% increased to 73.08% in the second cycle and the response of the learners in the poll gave a positive response the average percentage was 77.18% and the negative response percentage was 22.82%

Protocol Zero Knowledge Proof is one of the protocols in Cryptography that has a fairly good level of security, because it applies the concept of "Truly Zero Knowledge Proof" which is not leaking any information. This protocol is used in the Fiat Shamir, Guillou Quisquater and Schnorr Feige Algorithms, all of which are Cryptographic Algorithms using private keys and public keys. In the Public key, all three of these Algorithms use a random number generator at the values p and q to get the public key. In this study, the author will generate a public key generation test using CPRNG (Cryptographically-secure Pseudo-Random Number Generator) with the Blum Blum Shub algorithm. The test will be conducted on the Fiat Feige Algorithm, the formation of the key will use the Blum Blum Shub Algorithm, but the Identification Protocol still uses the Fiat Shamir Feige Algorithm. The results of this study show the Feige Fiat Algorithm with the Blum Blum Shub Algorithm as the key builder successfully identifies the pattern sent by the signer.

Masalah transportasi adalah masalah pemrograman linier pada umumnya berhubungan dengan distribusi suatu produk dari beberapa sumber, dengan penawaran terbatas menuju beberapa tujuan dengan biaya tertentu pada biaya transportasi minimum. Tujuan dari model transportasi adalah merencanakan pengiriman suatu dari sumber tujuan sedemikian rupa untuk meminimalkan biaya transportasi. Beberapa teknik perhitungan sebagai bahan pertimbangan yang baik dalam membuat suatu kebijakan agar biaya pendistribusian minimal dapat tercapai oleh suatu usaha panglong, dalam hal ini untuk menentukan solusi awal yang layak digunakan metode Least Cost ( biaya minimum).
