Abstract

This study examined, abnormalreturn differences, and differences in the volume traded on the stock companies listed on the Jakarta index Islamic Index before and after the announcement of the nomination of events Joko Widodo as President. Population in this research that companies listed on the index JII. Objects in this study is 30 companies. The sampling technique means that all members of the saturated sample or population used as a sample in the study. Data collection techniques with methods of documentation obtained from yahoo finance, IDX. Analysis tools used in this research that Paired samples t-test and One Sample T-test with SPSS 20 software. The test results on the effect of Jokowi effect on the reaction of the company’s shares are listed on the index can be concluded there is abnormalreturn JII daily before and after the announcement. However, there were no differences in abnormalreturn and volume of sales before and after the announcement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to further investigate the effect of Return On Equity, Current Ratio, Company Size against Debt to Equity Ratio in the company transportation listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2014-2017 period. That ratio used, namely Return On Equity, Current Ratio, Company Size and Debt to Equity Ratio. The method used is using panel data linear regression method. The population used in this study is a registered transportation company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2017 period, published data and financial reports in full and have a positive net profit in the 2014-2017 period. Based on these criteria, the sample used in this study was 9 companies with population of 35 companies. The sampling technique uses a purposive technique sampling. Data were tested using a classic assumption test, panel data regression analysis, and test hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that Return On Equity, Current Ratio, Size The company has no significant effect on Debt to Equity Ratio.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of personal factors, factors organizational and non-organizational factors towards organizational commitment employees at PT. AJB Bumi Putera Gondomanan Yogyakarta. This research is a survey research using a questionnaire as the instrument. The population in this study consisted of 40 employees who worked at PT. AJB Bumi Putera Gondomanan Yogyakarta. The sample in this study totaling 40 employees at PT. AJB Bumi Putera Gondomanan Yogyakarta. The population in this study were all employees of PT.AJB Bumi Putera Gondomanan Yogyakarta. Which uses the Sampling method saturation that is taking all the number of employees. The type of data used is primary data. Data is obtained directly from the source or object research is by distributing questionnaires. The results of panel data regression analysis with a significant level of 0.05 can be obtained it was concluded that the 0.173 personal factor hypothesis had no effect on organizational commitment, the second hypothesis of organizational factors 0.296 no effect on organizational commitment, the third hypothesis is non factors organizational 0,008 has a significant effect on organizational commitment, the fourth hypothesis is personal factors, organizational factors and non factors organizational significant effect simultaneously on commitment organizational value of 0.025.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze and test the effect of inflation rates, interest rate and exchange rate  on the stok price index  at the stock exchange in 2013–2015. Independent variable used are inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates. While the dependent variable is the stock price index. The object of this research  is in the market listed  on the stock price index. The  inflation  rates, interest rates,  and  the  exchange  rate that  are  taken  from Indonesian Bank. The  analytical  method used is the classic assumption test and regression test. Based  on  the  survey  result revealed  that in partial  inflation and the exchange  rate does not  significantaly  influence the Stock  Exchange  Composite Index. While the variable interest rate significantly influence the Stock Exchange Composite Index. The test results simultaneosly show variable inflation, interest rates and exchange rates have an influence on the Stock Exchange  Composite Index. The coefficient of determination was 28,3%.

Abstract

This Research purposed to analyze any influence of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Equity (ROE), and BOPO Ratio toward Earning Changes at State Owned Bank registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2008-2012. The population in this research are all of State Owned Bank registered on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2008-2012, and the samples in this research are all of populations. They are Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero) Tbk, and Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. The data can be found from quartely financial statements publicated on Indonesia banking directory and processed using panel data processing and partial (t) test. The result of this research showed that Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) partialy not significance influental toward Earning Changes. Significancy value 0.5003 more than alpha 5%. Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) partialy not significance influental toward Earning Changes. Significancy value 0.8248 more than alpha 5%. Return on Equity (ROE) partialy not significance influental toward Earning Changes. Significancy value 0.0784 more than alpha 5%. BOPO Ratio partialy not significance influental toward Earning Changes. Significancy value 0.6577 more than alpha 5%

Abstract

Disaster supply chain management is different from the supply chain management of commercial organization because of the high level of uncertainty. The high level of uncertainty significantly affects the availability of logistic supplies that are  needed  by the victims of the disaster. This study discovers the key success factors of the disaster supply  chain  management based  on the  perspective  of the  government .  The  re- search specifically     study     the     Government     of the     D.I.      Yogyakarta      that are represented by Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah ( BPBD ). Due the fact that Yogyakarta as one of the regions that have the high risk of catastrophic nature in Indonesia. The study will be carried out in a qualitative methodology by conducting deep interview with the Representative of Logistics Department in BPBD. The results of in- depth interviews with four representative of BPBD found that there are six key success factors of disasater management supply chain management which are : (1) Quality of the TRC Team Assessment Results; (2) BPBD Coordination with Government and Non- Government; (3) Effective Rules and Regulations; (4) Character and Attitude of the Community in Dealing with Disasters; (5) BPBD Warehouse Inventory Management; (6) Management Information Systems and Data Updates.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the influence of a variable degree growth of the company, return on assets (ROA) and shareholder dispersion partial evaluation and simultaneously to predict dividend policy to companies manufacturing industry which is listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia. The sample collection by using purposive sampling method of sample and obtained 10 companies. The method of analysis data used a liniear regression analysis worship of idols with the level of significance 0.05. The research results show that: (1) the rate of growth of the company have a negative influence and significance 0.038. (2) ROA it has some positive effects and significance against its policies with a value of dividend t count 4,827 and value of significant 0,000. (3) shareholder dispersion have a negative influence and significant against its policies with a value of dividend t count -3,420 and value of significant 0.002. (4) the rate of growth of the company, return on assets (ROA), shareholder dispersion in together influential positive and significant for policies with the value of dividend f count 16,089 significance and value 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment, and Transformational Leadership on Readiness for Change in employees of Ahmad Dahlan University, Yogyakarta. The population in this study is the employees of Ahmad Dahlan University of Yogyakarta, amounting to 357 people and the sample used is 103 people, the sampling technique used is purposive sampling with sample criteria are permanent employees with a minimum working period of one year and have not moved to campus 4 UAD. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that Employee Engagement has no effect on Readiness for Change of Ahmad Dahlan University employees. Organizational Commitment affects the Readiness for Change of Ahmad Dahlan University employees. Transformational leadership does not affect the Readiness for Change of Ahmad Dahlan University employees. And employee engagement, organizational commitment, and transformational leadership simultaneously influence the readiness for change in employees of Ahmad Dahlan University Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of wages, cooperation among employees and work environment on morale at the Art Studio PT.Osksa either partially or in unison. Population in this study were all employees of PT. Osksa Art Studio Bantul, Yogyakarta. The sampling technique using the method of Non-Probability Sampling, then used purposive sampling. Characteristics of the sampled respondents are employees working in PT. Art Studio Osksa aged 17 years and over. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to a sample which numbered 70 people. Result showed that the variable wages and work environment partially having a significant effect on morale, while the variable partial cooperation among the employees had no significant effect on morale. The wages, cooperation among employees and work environment simultaneously have significant impact on morale at PT.Osksa Art Studio.
