<![CDATA[This assessment intends to see the influence of vertical communication and work environment on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang. The study used three variables, namely vertical communication, work environment and job satisfaction. This assessment is a descriptive quantitative research. There is a population of 79 teachers in this study, with sampling using a total sampling technique. Then obtained a sample of 79 teachers. The data collection technique used a research questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, to see which component had the most dominant influence on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang. which component had the most dominant influence on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang. The acquisition of this study obtained: 1) vertical communication has a positive and significant impact on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang seen from the sig value. 0.000 <0.05. 2) the work environment has a positive and significant impact on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang as seen from the sig value. 0.000 <0.05. 3) vertical communication and work environment together have a positive and significant influence on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang seen from the sig value . 0.000 <0.05.Keywords : komunikasi vertikal, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja]]>

<![CDATA[This research aimed to find to find out whether there was the effect of learning media on the level of financial knowledge of students. The kind of this reseacrh was quasi-experimental reseacrh. The quasi-experimental design used was a pretest posttest control group design. The media used in this study is the Fillecya (Financial literacy) Board. The population of this study was all X IPS classes of SMA N 2 Lubuk Basung in academic year 2019/2020 consisting of five classes. The researcher took two classes as the sample, they were X IPS 1 and X IPS 2 as the experimental and control class in this research. In the experimental class the value of the level of financial knowledge of students was 81.97 and the increase in the average value of the level of financial knowledge was 25.44 with an N gain of 0.57 (medium category). In the control class the value of the financial literacy level of students is 68.83 and the increase in the average value of financial literacy levels is 21.60 with an N gain of 0.40 (medium category). Based on the t test, it showed that the value of sig. 0,000 <0.05, so it can be summarized that 1) instructional media influenced the level of financial knowledge of students, 2) there were differences in the level of financial knowledge before and after learning by using fillecya board learning media, 3) there were some differences in the level of financial knowledge before and after learning without using learning media (conventional).Keywords: fillecya board, financial knowledge]]>

<![CDATA[Proses belajar mengajar dengan menggunakan media kartu bermanfaat untuk menciptakan suasana pembelajaran siswa yang ceria, bersemangat, kreatif, inovatif dan menyenangkan sehingga materi pembelajaran dapat dipahami dengan baik yang akhirnya tercapai hasil belajar yang memuaskan. Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian tindakan kelas ( PTK ), Subjek Penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 3 Batusangkar , prosedur penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 tahapan/siklus , setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengamatan. Instumen yang digunakan adalah lembaran observasi ( wawancara), angket, dan daftar hasil belajar . Berdasarkan data dan fakta yang penulis temui analisa data dilakukan secara kwalitatif. Penggunaan Kartu Doremi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 3 Batusangkar, dibuktikan dengan semakin bertambahnya jumlah siswa bisa mencapai Ketuntasan belajar minimal dari dari siklus satu sampai siklus tiga , persentase siswa dalam mencapai KKM juga semakin meningkat.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims, 1) to analyze the effect of learning disipline on general learning outcoes of grade X OTP and X AKL students of SMK N 2 Padang, 2) to analyze the influence of peer environment on general administrative learning result of class X OTP and X AKL students of SMK N 2 Padan, 3) to analyze the effect of learning disipline and peer environment together against student learning outcoes of grade X OTP and X AKL students of SMK N 2 Padang. This type of research is quantitative descrptive reseach. The population in this study was class X student. The sampels used were 84 people using proportional random sampling. The type of data in this study primary data. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data that hass been collected is analyzed by descriptive analysis, 1) positive and significant learning disipline on the learning outcomes of general administration subject in class X OTP and X AKL in SMK N 2 Padang, 2) positive and significant Peer Environment in learning outcomes of general administration subject in class X OTP and X AKL in SMK N 2 Padang, 3) disipline of learning and the Environment together have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes in class X OTP and X AKL in SMK N 2 Padang.Keywords: learning disipline, peer environment, general learning]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the implementation of the Android-Based School Examination (USBA) at SMAN 3 Sungai Penuh. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques by interview and documentation. The data sources used were primary data and secondary data, which were analyzed by using triangulation techniques. The number of informants in this study were 6 people, namely USBA operators and class XII students of SMAN 3 Sungai Penuh. The results showed that the USBA implementation process at SMAN 3 Sungai Penuh was the same as the conventional exam implementation process, but at USBA students were more independent. The advantages of USBA include exams that can be done anywhere, USBA costs are more efficient than paper exams, test results can be seen after students have finished taking exams, with this USBA minimizing the occurrence of cheating by students. Constraints in implementing USBA are the low capacity of the internet network. Comparing conventional exams with USBA, there are many differences between the two, this can be seen from the equipment used, the form of the questions, the time for taking the questions, the place and the operational costs of the exam.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to describe how the entrepreneurial competence of vocational school students after being given training in compiling a business plan using the Business Model Canvas. The Business Model Canvas is a comprehensive yet practical business model. This article uses a descriptive method, because this research is not intended to test certain hypotheses but only describes "what is" about the conditions to be studied, the research was conducted at SMKN 1 Baso. <![CDATA[Human needs always change according to the demands of the times, college students consume goods and services to meet their daily needs. College student income can come from pocket money given by family, scholarships and wages (while working). The action of college students consuming goods and services excessively (wasteful) is consumptive behavior. Factors supporting consumptive behavior include pocket money and lifestyle is defined as how a person does activities, has opinions and has interests. This study aims to determine the effect of pocket money and lifestyle on consumptive behavior in college students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State of University. This study uses Path Analysis, the results of this study are the factor of pocket money and lifestyle proving that there is a positive and significant influence on the consumer behavior of college students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State of University. <![CDATA[This study looks at the differences in teacher competence before the training in preparing cash flow reports compared to after the training. This training aims to improve the competence of vocational school teachers in accounting, which expects to increase student competence in the UKK Test. UKK test for SMK students, one of the materials, is the completion of the accounting cycle, including preparing cash flow statements. To know the results of the training, SMK teachers as participants did the pretest and posttest. Then, the T-test was carried out and resulted that Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. <![CDATA[This study aims to find out how to increase trust and security of online purchasing decisions through shopee applications at Padang State University Student. This type of research is causative. Padang State University students who have used the Shopee aplication are the population in this study. Samples were taken using the Cochran formula with 100 respondents. Sampling using nonprability sampling method, namely purposive sampling technique. primary data used in this study. Multiple regression analysis techniques using SPSS version 20 is the data analysis technique in the study. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Trust and Security are positive and significant for online purchasing decisions through Shopee applications in Padang State University students (0.002 < 0.05), 2) Trust has a significant effect on online purchasing decisions through the Shopee application on Padang State University student (0.000 < 0.05), 3) Security has a significant effect on online purchasing decisions through the Shopee applications on Padang State University students (0.000 < 0.05).Keywords : trust, security, purchasing decision]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and brand image on consumer satisfaction Yamaha Nmax in Padang City (Case Study at PT. Yamaha Tjahaja Baru Padang). The samples examined in this study were 84 respondents who were consumers of Yamaha Nmax in Padang City. Based on the statistical t test performed, it can be concluded that the product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction as indicated by the significance value of 0,000 < alpha 0.05. Based on the statistical t test performed, it can be concluded that the brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction as indicated by the significance value of 0,000 < alpha 0.05. Based on the simultaneous f test obtained a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05, it can be concluded that product quality and overall brand image have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction on Yamaha Nmax in Padang City. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 74.8%, the remaining 25.2% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model.Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, and Consumer Satisfaction ]]>
