The basis for the establishment of integrated health service post for elderly (elderly Posyandu) was to improve the welfare of the community, especially the elderly. This study aimed to determine the factors that were related to the utilization of elderly Posyandu in the working area of Penurunan Public Health Center Bengkulu. This research was conducted in elderly Posyandu in the working area of Public Health Center Bengkulu in August 2017. This type of research was an analytical survey using a cross sectional design. The population in this study were elderly working area of Penurunan Public Health Center Bengkulu. The sampling technique in this study used proportional random sampling and obtained a sample of 88 elderly people. Data collection in this study used primary data obtained from direct interviews with respondents. Data analysis techniques were carried out by univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test through the SPSS program. The results were obtained : there were 51 people (58.0%) who did not utilize the elderly posyandu. There were 43 people (48.9%) elderly with good knowledge. There were 45 people (51.1%) elderly who had a Favorable attitude and there were 49 people (55.7%) elderly who received family support. This study showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and family support with the utilization of elderly Posyandu in working area of Penurunan Public Health Center Bengkulu. It is expected that the elderly can play an active role in following the elderly posyandu activities so that the elderly are more independent and productive and the health status of the elderly can be monitored. The purpose of this study was to study the relationship between psychological/mental factors with the level of anxiety in pre-caesarean section patients treated in the C1 Mawar Midwifery Ward, dr. M. yunus Bengkulu. The design of this research was Cross Sectional. The population in this study was pre-caesarean section patients treated in C1 Mawar obstetric ward RSUD dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu was 30 people, while the sampling in this study was using accidental sampling techniques and data collection researchers used questionnaires through interviews or primary data. The results of chi-square statistical test showed that there were 9 patients (30.0%) with feelings of guilt or guilt and 21 patients (70.0%), 12 people (40.0%) with psychological trauma or guilt and 18 people (60.0%) did not experience psychological trauma, 11 people (36.7%) with moderate anxiety and 19 people (63.3%) with mild anxiety. There was a significant relationship between psychological / mental factors with the level of anxiety in patients with pre-caesarean section in the C1 Mawar Obstetrics Room, RSUD dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu, with a close relationship category. It was recommended for nurses in RSUD dr. M Yunus Bengkulu to provide counseling and explanation about feelings of guilt or guilt and psychic trauma to mother that went through pre-caesarean section to reduce anxiety levels. Perinatal Death is one of the events that is able to show children's health. The main causes of Perinatal death in the world include premature babies or low birth weight, sepsis, neumonía, asphyxia and trauma. This study aims to determine fatherly relationship babies of low birth weight (BBLR) and parity with perinatal mortality in hospitals Perinatology room. dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. This study uses a case-control design. The population in this study all babies born in space Perinatology Hospital dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu in 2015. The sampling technique used total sampling to sample cases as much as 112 infants with perinatal mortality and Sytematic Random Sampling for control patients was 112 taken from 586 people perinatal infant death. Collecting data in this study using secondary data obtained from the data register the baby in the hospital midwifery perinatology. dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu.The result showed: (1) 50.0% who experienced a perinatal death as a sample of cases and 50.0% with no perinatal as a control sample; (2) 50.0% of infants born with BLR, 33.0% of infants born with BBLSR infants, and 17.0% of infants born with BBLER; (3) 42.9% of the mothers primiparous or grandemultipara and 57.1% of multiparous mothers; (4) There is a relationship between low birth weight infants (LBW) with perinatal death diruang Hospital Perinatology. dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu by category of relationship is; (5) There is a relationship between parity with hospital perinatal mortality diruang Perinatology. dr. M. Hygiene Personal is health measures in a way to preserve and protect the cleanliness of individual to achieve a personal hygiene standard of food handler. This research is executed in Installation of Nutrition Cempaka Putih Jakarta Islamic Hospital in April to June 2016. Target of this research to determine the relationship of knowledge, attitudes, behavior and standards of personal hygiene of food handlers in Installation of Nutrition RS Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih. This research use analytic method with approach of cross sectional and use sampel amount to 58 respondents. This research concluded that knowledge and attitude of personal hygiene of food handlers reside at level of less and goodness, with each percentage (50%), and half of respondents have standards of personal hygiene behavior less (51,7%). There is significant relationship between knowledge, attitudes, behaviors and standards of personal hygiene in Installation of Nutrition RS Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih. Results of research suggest that conducted the supervision and oversight of all food handlers conducted by the coordinator of the food processing supervisor in overseeing food handlers, so if there are handlers that do not comply with the regulations the given a reprimand. Basic medical research 2013 pointed to an increasing prevalence GGK by province in Indonesia in 2013, interviews doctor's diagnosis increases with age, the rose sharply in the age group 35-44 years (0.3%), was followed the age of 45-54 years (0.4%) and aged 55-74 years (0.5%) is the highest in the age group 75 years (0.6%). The study aims to know the relationship religiousity and family support to the meaningfulness life of patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis. Design Analytical research using descriptive method with cross sectional approach. Samples are renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis in hospitals Curup is counted many as 56 people. The results showed there significant relationship between religiutitas and family support to the meaningfulness life of patients. Sanitation is intentional behavior in empowering clean life that has the purpose of preventing humans from being in direct contact with dirt and other hazardous waste materials in the hope of maintaining and improving human health. The use of latrines as a place to dispose of human waste is very necessary to avoid and reduce various types of environmental pollution and transmission of diseases, and can support the creation of a clean and healthy environment. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and socioeconomic status of the family head with ownership of family latrines in Gunung Agung Village, Argamakmur City, North Bengkulu. The design of this study uses analytical survey with Cross Sectional approach. The population taken was all family heads in Gunung Agung Village, Argamakmur City, North Bengkulu. Sampling in this study were 85 samples, using proportional random sampling technique, namely 66 samples that had family latrines and 19 samples that did not have family latrines. Data collection in this study uses primary and secondary data with data analysis techniques carried out by univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test through SPSS program. The results obtained: from 85 household head respondents, it can be seen that there are 66 families (77.6%) who have family latrines, there are 42 families (49.4%) have a sufficient level of knowledge, there are 56 households (65.9%) with the status of Prosperous Family I. This study shows that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and socioeconomic status of the head of the family with ownership of family latrines in Gunung Agung Village, Argamakmur City, North Bengkulu. Performance is the result of the work achieved by an employee in carrying out tasks that are charged to him in accordance with the responsibilities given to him, which are based on skills, experience and excellence and time with the resulting output reflected well. The purpose of this study was to study the factors related to employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Health Training Center (Bapelkes). This type of research was Analytical Survey, with Cross Sectional research design. The population in this study were all employees at the Bengkulu Province Health Training Center (Bapelkes) totaling 34 people who were taken using the Total Sampling technique. Data collection in the study used primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques were carried out by univariate and bivariate analysis. Bivariate analysis using Chi-Square statistical test. The results of this study were: of 34 employees, there were 30 employees (88.2%) had good motivation, 32 employees (94.1%) had favorable attitudes, 24 employees (70.6%) had a service life of ≥5 years, and 31 employees (91.2%) had good performance. There was a significant relationship between motivation and attitude with employee performance. There was no significant relationship between working period and employee performance. Asphyxia can lead to complications in babies born including death in newborns. This study aimed to determine the relationship between maternal age and gestational age with the incidence of Neonatal Asphyxia in Kaur Hospital. This type of research was Analytical Survey with Case Control design. The population in this study were all mothers and babies born in 2016 as many as 270 people and who experienced asphyxia as many as 68 people. Data collection in this study used secondary data. Data analysis used Chi-Square, Contingency Coefficient and OR analysis. The results showed that there were 68 people (50%) asphyxia with 79 people (58.1%) aged 20-35 years, (3) 84 people (61.8%) mature, there was a significant relationship between the age of mothers with asphyxia in Kaur Hospital was in a close relationship category, and there was a significant relationship between the gestational age of asphyxial mothers in Kaur Hospital with the moderate relationship category. It was expected that health workers, especially midwives, can approach every pregnant woman and provide counseling about the importance of regulating maternal age and gestational age before the process of pregnancy and childbirth so as to reduce the risk of asphyxia. The impact of coronary heart disease (CHD) can cause heart failure and even a deadly heart attack. This study aimed to study the relationship of total cholesterol and triglyceride levels with CHD in patients visiting the Cardiac Polyclinic of Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. This type of research used Analytical Survey with Case Control design. The population in this study was all patients of the Cardiac Polyclinic of RSUD dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. Case samples in this study were 84 patients with CHD and 84 controls were taken using a Systematic Random Sampling technique. The data in this study used secondary data and data analysis techniques using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis. Data analysis in this study used Chi-Square test (c2). To determine the closeness of the relationship, the Contingency Coefficient (C) test was used. To find out the risk factors used the Odds Ratio (OR) test. The results obtained from 168 people there were 84 people (50.0%) who had CHD, 87 people (51.8%) had total cholesterol levels ≥ 200 mg / dL and 100 people (59.5%) who had triglyceride levels ≥ 150 mg / dL. There was a correlation between total cholesterol levels and triglyceride levels with CHD in patients who visited the Cardiac Polyclinic of dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu with a moderate relationship category. It is expected that health workers can increase information regarding the prevention and control of total cholesterol levels and triglyceride levels in CHD patients, and recommend to maintain a healthy lifestyle and exercise in order to improve the quality of life of patients with CHD.Keywords: coronary heart disease, total cholesterol levels, triglyceride levels,

Exclusive breastfeeding is breastfeeding without giving other foods or drinks immediately after birth until the age of 6 months. Exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months is recommended by international guidelines based on scientific evidence about the benefits of breastfeeding for infants, mothers, families and countries. This study aims to study the relationship of maternal attitudes and husband's support with exclusive breastfeeding in the work area of Jembatan Kecil Puskesmas in Bengkulu City. This study uses descriptive correlational method, with cross sectional design. The population in this study were all mothers who had babies aged 6 months who were in the working area of the Jembatan Kecil Health Center in Bengkulu City, which were 193 people. The technique in this study uses accidental sampling and obtained a sample of 66 samples. Collecting data in this study uses a questionnaire by distributing and filling questionnaires. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate. The results of the study were obtained: (1) out of 66 samples in the working area of the Jembatan Kecil Public Health Center in Bengkulu City there were 35 people (53.0%) not giving exclusive breastfeeding. (2) out of 66 samples in the working area of the Jembatan Kecil Public Health Center in Bengkulu City, there were 29 people (43.9%) negative attitudes in exclusive breastfeeding. (3) out of 66 samples in the working area of the Jembatan Kecil Public Health Center in Bengkulu City there were 23 people (34.8%) husbands who did not support exclusive breastfeeding. (4) There is a significant relationship between the attitudes of mothers with exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of the Jembatan Kecil Health Center in Bengkulu City, with a moderate relationship category. (5) There is a significant relationship between the husband's support and exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of the Jembatan Kecil Health Center in Bengkulu City, with a moderate relationship category. To further enhance the provision of information about exclusive breastfeeding through health promotion, health education and counseling that not only involves mothers but also includes husbands as motivators in the practice of exclusive breastfeeding and control of other factors such as mass media, socio-cultural so as not to affect mothers.
