Simpang signaling Jl. Moch Seruji - Jl. DR. Soebandi and Jl. Slamet Riyadi is geometrically comprised of three arms (south, west and north), located in Jember Town, Patrang District. This intersection serves various types of highway transportation vehicles (light vehicles, heavy vehicles, motorized and non-motorized vehicles), as well as access to public transportation within the City to Arjasa terminal. In addition, approximately 20 meters west of the intersection there is a railway track connecting Jember and Banyuwangi districts. Thus the oprasional intersection signaled DR. Soebandi is quite a potential sabagai point of traffic problems and transportation system of the city.Operational analysis of the intersection is done by analyzing the performance of intersection which includes degree of saturation, delay time, and queue length. The method used is Manual Capacity of Indonesia Road Capacity (MKJI 1997).From the results of this study shows that the intersection of DR. Soebandi with the volume of vehicles this year is still effective in performance, as well as the singkron of the way head of the train in the west of the intersection is fairly still able to accommodate the vehicle that is accommodated when the train passes. Keywords : Oprasional optical performance analysis, (MKJI 1997)

Indonesia's geological condition has earthquake potential that covers most of its territory. To reduce the risk of disaster, it needs earthquake resistant building construction. Generally in existing calculations, the calculation of earthquake loading that is assigned to the ETABS program or SAP 2000 is the result of manual data input and placed at the center of each floor by assuming the upper and lower structure (foundation) are separate. In fact, the structure and the ground (foundation) become a unity.The study was conducted by analyzing the magnitude of the reaction due to conventional analysis to be equivalent to spring by taking into account the amount of the support settlement.The results of the study showed that the momentary support of the exterior beam interaction analysis (spring) decreased for all floors. While in the field moment the beam of interaction analysis (spring) increased, and at the moment of the pedestal beam interior interaction analysis (spring) increased. The increasing demand for communications technology that is cheap and easy to force mobile phone service providers to improve mobile phone network signals. However given their land crisis that is increasing each year so that the underlying to rise and Rooftop on a building C at the University of Muhammadiyah Jember. So we need to review the interaction between the buiding and the tower to determine the effect after the addition of the tower load including the effects of an eartquake, because given the muddy located in the earthquake zone to zone 3. This study started from existing data of buildings such as the dimensions of the beam, column and plate proceed with modelig the structure before and after the existing tower to find out the results of the interactions that occur and the determine changes in the dimensions of comprehensive reinforcement occurs sothat from these data may generate recommendations that will be used to future.The result of this study showed that the effect of the earthquake was the largest factor affecting the rift, and the final result of the output value of the aplicationthat is used is SAP 2000V14 shows the value of the force in each elementof the structure and k now the strong value of the load that can be carried by the structure of the building.

Drainase adalah salah satu fasilitas yang digunakan untuk mengalirkan air agar tidak mengakibatkan genangan yang dapat mengganggu aktifitas penduduk, perekonomian. Di kawasan pemukiman kampus Kecamatan Sumbersari kabupaten Jember terdapat permasalahan banjir yang ditimbulkan oleh curah hujan yang tinggi serta perubahan peruntukan lahan cukup signifikan. Perubahan peruntukan lahan yang semula sawah atau lahan kosong menjadi permukiman. Adanya perubahan tata guna lahan tersebut mengakibatkan limpasan (runoff) akan bertambah besar. Disamping itu adanya pengendapan sedimen sehingga mengurangi luas penampang basah, akibatnya dimensi saluran drainase yang ada tidak dapat menampung debit banjir maksimum. Untuk mengantisipasi masalah-masalah yang terjadi karena, maka perlu suatu perencanaan sumur resapan. Setelah dilakukan analisa dan kajian diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan diantaranya : pada perhitungan debit banjir rencana, hampir semua dimensi saluran drainase existing sudah tidak dapat melewatkan debit banjir rencana kecuali pada saluran Jalan Kalimantan F1, Jalam Kalimantan F2 dan Jalan Mastrip H1. Jika dilakukan peresapan air, maka diperlukan sumur resapan pada masing-masing ruas dengan total sebanyak 4146 Buah. Kata Kunci : Drainase, sumur, resapan, banjir

Highways are dirt paths above the earth's surface created with shapes, sizes and types of construction so that they can be used to funnel people, animals and vehicles transporting goods from one place to another easily and quickly (Clarkson H. Oglesby, 1999).The Eastern Lane (JLT) of Lumajang Regency is a road connecting the northern road (Lumajang-Jember road) and the southern road (Lumajang-Kencong road). The road becomes an alternative way for vehicles passing through Lumajang regency without going through the central city route of Lumajang Regency. Road geometric planning is part of a plan that determines the stated dimensions of a path and its parts. From the geometric planning of this road, the road pavement will be carried out. Determination of pavement thickness in accordance with the required highway, also must be adjusted with technical requirements so that the planned road construction is optimal. Road pavement generally includes surface layer, base layer, sub base layer, and subgrade layer. The road pavement is carried out in accordance with the pavement thickness plan according to the age of the plan, or gradually. From the results of the study is expected to be made into planning evaluation with attention to the development of traffic and geometric conditions of roads and road construction conditions that can support the safety and comfort of road users.Keywords: Road Construction Evaluation.
