Abstract

This research aims to understand the equity crowdfunding scheme that has been adjusted to the existing regulations and the legal consequences for investors who invest in unregistered equity crowdfunding in Indonesia. Normative research method with the approach of applying the law was used, and primary and secondary legal materials were utilized. The findings show that there is an equity crowdfunding scheme that complies with the applicable regulations. As for the legal consequences, investors who invest in unregistered equity crowdfunding in Indonesia may face legal sanctions. The research contributes to the understanding of equity crowdfunding in Indonesia and provides insights for regulators, investors, and startups/UMKM seeking alternative funding sources. Highlights: Equity crowdfunding scheme in Indonesia complying with regulations. Legal consequences for investors investing in unregistered equity crowdfunding. Contribution to understanding equity crowdfunding and providing insights for stakeholders.

Abstract

This article presents a study on the legal responsibility of fund transfer providers, particularly banks, in cases of errors in fund transfers. The goal of this research is to describe and explain the legal cover for bank customers who use fund transfer services, based on Law Number 3 of 2011 concerning Funds Transfer. The research method used is normative or doctrinal, with data collected through literature review. The results indicate that the legal responsibility for fund transfer providers is absolute and without any possible defense. This study has important implications for bank customers and fund transfer providers, as it clarifies the legal liabilities and responsibilities in the event of fund transfer errors. Highlights: The article focuses on the legal responsibility of fund transfer providers, particularly banks, in cases of errors in fund transfers. The research method used is normative or doctrinal, with data collected through literature review. Abstract

Presidential Regulation Number 99 of 2020 concerning Vaccine Procurement and Vaccination Implementation in the Context of Combating the 2019 Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) Pandemic. The method used is normative using a statute approach, which is carried out by reviewing all laws and regulations related to this research. Collecting data from this study through primary legal materials consisting of legislation, official records or minutes in the making of legislation and judges' decisions. Meanwhile, secondary legal materials are in the form of textbooks, legal dictionaries, legal journals, and comments on court decisions. Is the refusal of a Covid-19 vaccine a violation of human rights law? And is refusing the Covid-19 vaccine a violation of the Health Quarantine Act? From this study, it can be concluded that the application of sanctions for the rejection of the COVID-19 vaccine is a form of legal protection for the community, as a form of effort to prevent the spread of the corona virus. Where the government has an obligation to protect the public from the risk of transmission of the covid-19 disease outbreak. Keywords - rejection sanctions, covid-19 vaccine, protection.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand awareness, brand image, and product quality on repurchase intention partially or simultaneously. This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 100 customers of Zara Sidoarjo city. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) for windows program. This primary data was obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement was using a Likert scale. And the data is valid and reliable. The results of the study prove that brand awareness, brand image, product quality partially affect repurchase intention and brand awareness, brand image, and product quality simultaneously affect repurchase intention.

Abstract

Earnings management becomes a special day for organizations because there are often conflicts of interest called information asymmetry. The purpose of this research is to know whether the variables of GCG, earning power and leverage have an influence on the earnings management variable. The population in this research is the industrial sector companies and manufactured consumer goods on the IDX in 2017 to 2019. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique taken to determine the sample in this research so that this study found a sample of 15 companies so that the total samples taken for 3 years from 15 companies are 45 companies then secondary data which is the source of data in this study is tabulated and processed with the help of SPSS version 25 then a set of test tools to support the hypothesis with a partial t-test. This is done is the size of the Board of Commissioners which is a proxy for GCG proven to be able to influence earnings management. Managerial ownership which is a proxy for GCG is proven to be able to influence earnings management. Institutional ownership which is a proxy for GCG is able to influence earnings management. The size of the Audit Committee, which is a proxy for GCG, is proven to be able to influence earnings management. Earning Power is proven to be able to influence earnings management. Leverage is proven to be able to influence earnings management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, leadership style, and work discipline on employee motivation at PT. Mapan Putra Sentosa Sidoarjo. The population used in this study are employees of PT. Mapan Putra Sentosa Sidoarjo, totaling 55 people. By using the sampling technique Quota Sampling, where in this technique the emphasis is on taking samples based on the total population. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 22 for windows. The results of this study indicate that, Competence does not have a significant effect partially on employee work motivation, leadership style has a partially significant effect on employee work motivation, work discipline has a partially significant effect on employee work motivation. Competence, Leadership Style, and Work Discipline have a simultaneous effect on employees' work motivation. Leadership style is the most significant variable on employee motivation. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the role of accounting in family financial management strategies in the COVID-19 era. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research using interpretive studies in order to get maximum results. Using research with primary data results which include in-depth interviews with the relevant resource persons in this case are housewives whose family income has been affected by COVID-19 by documenting it in written form, photos and then the data will be processed into main data. The results of the research that have been carried out, the conclusion that can be drawn is that accounting in financial management is not always in line with existing theories. Lack of understanding about recording or accounting in the household is a major problem, so there are still many difficulties in managing finances. Especially with the COVID-19 pandemic. Changes in the amount of income require the management of family finances to make a priority scale. In various aspects that become the formulation of the research problem, it is known that good financial management records do not provide significant difficulties for financial management in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine that product innovation, brand image, and e-commerce have a simultaneous effect on consumer purchasing decisions. In mid-March 2020 the whole world was struck by a calamity. This disaster is known as the Covid-19 pandemic. All existing sectors have had a negative impact due to the Covid-19 pandemic, one of which is the economy. Where MSME traders who sell online are also affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The income they receive is drastically reduced, eventually resulting in bad effects for the sustainability of their business. The problem in this study is that there are differences between previous research and the research that will be carried out. In this study using quantitative methods. According to Zechmester (2000) quantitative research can be regarded as a method that describes a study whose assessment focuses on the relationship between variables that arise naturally. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used in this research is data quality test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that Product Innovation has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Brand Image has no effect on consumer purchasing decisions. E-Commerce has an effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development, organizational commitment and work motivation employee performance at CV. Farmer's Bracelet. This research uses quantitative methods. Sources of data used through primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was distributed through a questionnaire. The sampling technique in this study is probability sampling technique and simple random sampling using the slovin formula for employees of CV. Bracelet Tani, with a total of 159 respondents. The results showed that: (1) Career Development (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) simultaneously affect Employee Performance (Y) on CV. Bracelet Tani. This conclusion is based on the results of the F test which shows Fcount t table and the significance value is less than 0.05 so that the first hypothesis proposed is proven true. (2) Career Development (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) partially affect Employee Performance (Y) on CV. Farmer's Bracelet. This conclusion is based on the results of the t test which shows that tcount ttable and the significance value is less than 0.05 so that the second hypothesis proposed is proven true. (3) Career Development (X1) is a variable that has a dominant influence on Employee Performance (Y) on CV. Farmer's Bracelet. This conclusion is based on the value of tcount and the value of standardized of coefficients Beta is the largest compared to the variables of Organizational Commitment (X2) and Work Motivation (X3). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and the drive thru samsat system on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, whether tax sanctions are able to moderate service quality and the drive thru samsat system on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. This research method uses quantitative, data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were students of the 2018 accounting study program. The sampling technique used in this study was using the slovin formula as many as 155 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the PLS-SEM analysis technique with the SmartPLS V.3 program. The results of the study show that service quality has no significant effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, the drive thru system has a significant effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, tax sanctions are not able to moderate service quality on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, tax sanctions are able to moderate the Samsat drive system. thru on motor vehicle tax compliance.
