Abstract

ABSTRACT This study investigates the impact of the SCAMPER instructional program on third-year students' comprehension and long-term retention of concepts related to teaching methods in physical education, as well as its influence on the enhancement of creative thinking skills. The research was conducted within the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Mosul during the 2022–2023 academic year. The study population included all third-year students enrolled in the college, from which a randomized sample of 53 students was selected, specifically from sections C and D. Section C served as the experimental group, while section D functioned as the control group. Prior to the intervention, statistical procedures confirmed the equivalence and homogeneity of both groups in variables relevant to the experimental conditions. An experimental methodology was employed, utilizing a pretest-posttest design with equivalent groups to evaluate the outcomes of the intervention. The SCAMPER-based instructional program was implemented over a six-week period, incorporating a range of educational activities structured around the SCAMPER model (Substitute, Combine, Adapt, Modify, Put to Other uses, Eliminate, Reverse). Key findings of the study included the following: (1) The SCAMPER program, when integrated with educational technology, significantly enhanced students’ acquisition of physical education teaching concepts, (2) The program also positively affected the retention of these concepts over time, (3) The intervention contributed to the development of core components of creative thinking among the participants. Keywords: SCAMPER Program, Physical Education, Teaching Method Concepts, Creative Thinking.  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak program pembelajaran SCAMPER terhadap pemahaman siswa tahun ketiga dan retensi konsep jangka panjang yang berkaitan dengan metode pengajaran dalam pendidikan jasmani, serta pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kreatif. Penelitian tersebut dilakukan di lingkungan Sekolah Tinggi Pendidikan Jasmani dan Ilmu Olah Raga Universitas Mosul pada tahun ajaran 2022–2023. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh siswa tahun ketiga yang terdaftar di perguruan tinggi, dari mana sampel acak sebanyak 53 siswa dipilih, khususnya dari bagian C dan D. Bagian C berfungsi sebagai kelompok eksperimen, sedangkan bagian D berfungsi sebagai kelompok kontrol. Sebelum intervensi, prosedur statistik memastikan kesetaraan dan homogenitas kedua kelompok dalam variabel yang relevan dengan kondisi eksperimen.Metodologi eksperimental digunakan, memanfaatkan desain pretest-posttest dengan kelompok setara untuk mengevaluasi hasil intervensi. Program pengajaran berbasis SCAMPER dilaksanakan selama periode enam minggu, menggabungkan berbagai kegiatan pendidikan yang terstruktur berdasarkan model SCAMPER (Pengganti, Penggabungan, Adaptasi, Modifikasi, Penggunaan Lain, Penghapusan, Pembalikan). Temuan-temuan utama dari penelitian ini mencakup hal-hal berikut: (1) Program SCAMPER, ketika diintegrasikan dengan teknologi pendidikan, secara signifikan meningkatkan perolehan konsep-konsep pengajaran pendidikan jasmani oleh siswa, (2) Program ini juga berdampak positif terhadap retensi konsep-konsep ini dari waktu ke waktu, (3) Intervensi ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan komponen inti pemikiran kreatif di antara para peserta. Kata Kunci: Program SCAMPER, Pendidikan Jasmani, Metode Pengajaran Konsep, Berpikir Kreatif.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan visualisasi, pengaturan jarak dan motivasi terhadap prestasi olahraga panahan di ppop dki jakarta. permasalahan saat ini adalah peningkatan skor yang kurang ajeg. Metode ini menggunakan metode anova dimana metode ini menggunakan pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur hasil destiap kelompok 1,2,3 dan 4. dapat diketahui pada kolom kelompok terdapat kelas 1,2,3 dan 4 adalah 1 sebagai kelompok data visualisasi dengan nilai sig 0.124 pada uji shapiro wilk dengan dasar pengambilan keputusan jika nilai sig > 0.05 maka dapat di ambil kesimpulan data tersebut berdistribusi normal, jadi nilai sig dari kelompok visualisasi 0.356 > 0.05 maka data kelompok visualisasi berdistrubusi normal, kemudian sama halnya pada kelompok pengaturan jarak, motivasi dan prestasi yang memiliki nilai sig > 0.05 yaitu sebesar 0.72, 0.955 dan 244 data menggunakan SPSS.25 Kata Kunci : Visualisasi. Pengaturan jarak. Motivasi dan Prestasi Panahan.   ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of visualization training, distance control and motivation on archery sports performance in Ppop DKI Jakarta. The current problem is the less steady increase in scores. This method uses the ANOVA method where this method uses pretest and posttest to measure the results of each group 1,2,3 and 4. It can be seen that in the group column there are classes 1,2,3 and 4 which are 1 as a visualization data group with a sig value of 0.124 in the Shapiro Wilk test on the basis of decision making if the sig value is sig > 0.05 then it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed, so the sig value of the visualization group is 0.356 > 0.05, then the visualization group data has a normal distribution, then the same applies to the distance setting, motivation and achievement groups which have sig values ​​> 0.05, namely 0.72, 0.955 and 244 data using SPSS.25 Keywords: Visualization. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami karakter kepribadian pelari wanita dalam fenomena tren lari yang semakin populer di masyarakat modern. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk menggali pengalaman subjektif dua pelari wanita berusia 24 dan 30 tahun yang berlari secara mandiri tanpa bergabung dalam komunitas. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dorongan berlari muncul dari keinginan pribadi untuk menjaga keseimbangan mental dan emosional. Aktivitas berlari dipandang sebagai gaya hidup yang memberikan ketenangan, kejernihan pikiran, dan rasa percaya diri. Media sosial berperan memperkuat motivasi dan rasa identitas sebagai pelari melalui dukungan sosial serta pengakuan simbolik. Sifat kepribadian yang menonjol adalah ambisius, reflektif, dan menyukai tantangan. Secara keseluruhan, berlari tidak hanya menjadi aktivitas fisik, tetapi juga sarana refleksi diri dan pembentukan identitas psikologis dalam kehidupan modern. Kata Kunci: kepribadian, pelari wanita, gaya hidup, media social ABSTRACT This research aims to understand the personality traits of female runners in the running trend phenomenon which is increasingly popular in modern society. A descriptive qualitative approach was used to explore the subjective experiences of two female runners aged 24 and 30 years who ran independently without joining a community. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using a thematic approach. The research results show that the urge to run arises from a personal desire to maintain mental and emotional balance. Running is seen as a lifestyle that provides calm, clarity of thought and self-confidence. Social media plays a role in strengthening motivation and a sense of identity as a runner through social support and symbolic recognition. Prominent personality traits are ambitious, reflective, and like challenges. Overall, running is not only a physical activity, but also a means of self-reflection and psychological identity formation in modern life. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengkaji manajemen penyelenggaraan event olahraga lari massal yang diminati masyarakat di Jawa Timur. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan yang matang, koordinasi lintas sektor, dan pengelolaan sumber daya secara efektif menjadi kunci keberhasilan event. Event ini meningkatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam olahraga serta memberikan dampak sosial dan ekonomi positif. Studi ini merekomendasikan pemanfaatan teknologi digital dan penguatan kerjasama sponsor untuk pengelolaan event yang lebih optimal di masa depan. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Event, Olahraga Lari, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Kolaborasi Publik-Swasta, Teknologi Digital. ABSTRACT This research examines the management of organizing mass running sports events that are of interest to the public in East Java. Using descriptive qualitative methods, data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results show that careful planning, cross-sector coordination, and effective resource management are the keys to event success. This event increases people's active participation in sports and provides positive social and economic impacts. This study recommends the use of digital technology and strengthening sponsor cooperation for more optimal event management in the future.  Keywords: Event Management, Running Sports, Community Participation, Public-Private Collaboration, Digital Technology.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam aerobic low impact terhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani pada lansia menopause di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bulango Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pra-eksperimen (Pre-test dan Post-test Design) dengan pemberian intervensi berupa latihan senam aerobic low impact selama empat minggu dengan frekuensi tiga kali per minggu, masing-masing berdurasi 15–30 menit. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh lansia menopause di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bulango dengan sampel sebanyak 30 orang, yang dibagi menjadi kelompok intervensi dan kontrol, masing-masing 15 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes kebugaran jasmani meliputi keseimbangan, CST (Chair Stand Test), kelincahan (8-FUGT), dan tes jalan 6 menit (6MWT). Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan uji perbandingan antar kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kelompok intervensi dibanding kelompok kontrol. Setelah mengikuti program senam aerobic low impact, mayoritas responden pada kelompok intervensi mengalami peningkatan kategori kebugaran dari sedang menjadi sangat baik, dengan perbaikan pada kekuatan otot tungkai, daya tahan, kelincahan, serta kapasitas kardiorespirasi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa senam aerobic low impact efektif meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani lansia menopause. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah senam aerobic low impact berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani pada lansia menopause. Disarankan agar kegiatan senam aerobic low impact dijadikan sebagai program rutin di Puskesmas untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan kesehatan fisik lansia, serta didukung oleh keluarga dan masyarakat agar keberlanjutan kegiatan dapat terjaga. Kata Kunci: Senam Aerobic Low Impact, Kebugaran Jasmani, Lansia Menopause ABSTRACT This research aims to find out the effect of low impact aerobic gymnastics on the improvement of physical fitness in the menopausal elderly in the work area of the Bulango Health Center, Bone Bolango Regency. The research method used is pre-experimentation (Pre-test and Post-test Design) with the provision of intervention in the form of low-impact aerobic gymnastics exercises for four weeks with a frequency of three times per week, each for 15–30 minutes. The study population included all menopausal elderly in the work area of the Bulango Health Center with a sample of 30 people, which were divided into intervention and control groups, 15 people each. Data collection is carried out through physical fitness tests including balance, CST (Chair Stand Test), agility (8-FUGT), and a 6-minute walk test (6MWT). Data analysis using Wilcoxon test and comparison test between groups.The results of the study showed a significant increase in the intervention group compared to the control group. After participating in the low impact aerobic gymnastics program, the majority of respondents in the intervention group experienced an increase in the fitness category from medium to very good, with improvements in limb muscle strength, endurance, agility, and cardiorespiratory capacity. This shows that low impact aerobic gymnastics is effective in improving the physical fitness of the menopausal elderly.The conclusion of this study is that low impact aerobic gymnastics has a positive and significant effect on improving physical fitness in the menopausal elderly. It is suggested that low impact aerobic gymnastics activities should be used as a routine program at the Health Center to maintain and improve the physical health of the elderly, as well as supported by families and the community so that the sustainability of the activities can be maintained. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat performa atlet cricket nasional Indonesia berdasarkan aspek fisik, fisiologis dan keterampilan teknis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik tes dan pengukuran. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes kebugaran jasmani spesifik. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kecepatan sprint 4,72 ± 0,28 detik, daya tahan otot tungkai 45,3 ± 5,7 cm, jarak tempuh yo yo test mencapai 1.320 ± 180 meter dengan estimasi VO₂max sebesar 48,6 ± 3,2 ml/kg/menit. Pada aspek teknis, akurasi batting rata-rata mencapai 78,5 ± 6,4% dan kecepatan bowling sebesar 114,2 ± 8,6 km/jam, sementara waktu reaksi rata-rata tercatat 0,29 ± 0,03 detik. Analisis perbandingan antarposisi menunjukkan bahwa bowler unggul pada kecepatan dan daya ledak, batsman unggul pada akurasi dan waktu reaksi, sedangkan all-rounder memiliki profil performa paling seimbang. Perbedaan performa antarposisi tersebut signifikan secara statistik (p<0,05). Jika dibandingkan dengan standar internasional, performa atlet cricket nasional Indonesia berada pada kategori baik, namun masih terdapat kesenjangan pada aspek daya tahan aerobik dan power output. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peran posisi berpengaruh terhadap profil performa atlet cricket nasional, sehingga diperlukan program latihan yang lebih spesifik, terintegrasi, dan berbasis kebutuhan posisi untuk meningkatkan performa menuju level internasional. This study uses a survey method with test and measurement techniques. Data collection was carried out with specific physical fitness tests. The results of this study showed that the average sprint speed was 4.72 ± 0.28 seconds, leg muscle endurance 45.3 ± 5.7 cm, the distance traveled by the yo yo test reached 1,320 ± 180 meters with an estimated VO₂max of 48.6 ± 3.2 ml/kg/minute. In the technical aspect, the average batting accuracy reached 78.5 ± 6.4% and bowling speed was 114.2 ± 8.6 km/h, while the average reaction time was recorded at 0.29 ± 0.03 seconds. A comparative analysis of the positions shows that the bowler excels in speed and explosiveness, the batsman excels in accuracy and reaction time, while the all-rounder has the most balanced performance profile. The difference in performance between these positions was statistically significant (p<0.05). When compared to international standards, the performance of Indonesian national cricketers is in the good category, but there is still a gap in the aspects of aerobic endurance and power output. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the role of position affects the performance profile of national cricket athletes, so a more specific, integrated, and position-based training program is needed to improve performance towards the international level.
