Abstract

Employee performance is the level of achievement of an employee of a particular task that is influenced by internal and external factors of the company where the employee works. Employee performance is influenced by many factors including competency, attendance, loyalty and length of work. The purpose of this study is to create and design a Decision Support System (SPK) for evaluating employee performance using the TOPSIS method and applying the method to employee performance evaluation SPK. TOPSIS is a decision-making method that has multiple criteria or criteria. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive method that presents methods and research objects based on numbers. The study population was 42 employees at PT Catur Karya Sentosa and used as many as 4 employees as research samples and data were collected by interview method. The results showed that the calculation of employee performance using the TOPSIS algorithm runs well and efficiently and can be done every month so as to minimize or even eliminate the employee performance appraisal method subjectively. Ranking taken from the results of this method is the final result after the calculation of positive and negative ideal solutions as consideration of the final decision making by the board of directors.

Abstract

Abstract Teacher performance evaluation of SMK Negeri 1 Beringin Deli Serdang Regency was conducted on 3 teachers as samples of teacher performance appraisal data as material for consideration of the continued relationship of cooperation for the future budget. Components of performance appraisal of teacher performance at VOCATIONAL SCHOOL 1 Beringin Deli Serdang Regency are work performance, performance quantity, performance discipline, cooperation, and loyalty. Problems with the teacher performance appraisal process that occur due to unclear criteria and assessment weights. A method in a decision support system can help the optimal decision making process, the AHP method in determining the performance evaluation of honorary employees. There are three employee performance weights, which are very good, good, sufficient and good enough, from 3 employees who are categorized by performance appraisal, after applying the AHP method, it is obtained Irmala, S.Kom value = 1.139 Iswadi, S.Kom value = 0.739 and Hadi Suprayetno, ST value = 0.79, the three teachers were categorized with very good performance assessments.

Abstract

Lack of knowledge about the problem of acne for the people who do not know how to prevent early steps to prevent acne more inflamed. This system can help doctors to facilitate patient diagnosis and can save the patient's medical records for consideration of the results of diagnoses of new problems that will come. Therefore, this study aims to produce an expert system for diagnosing acne problems on the face using the case base reasoning method. The algorithm used for the CBR method is the Nearest Neighbor Retrieval algorithm for determining the value of disease symptom weighting based on: if the symptoms of the selected disease will be the same value of 1 and if the symptoms chosen are not the same will be value of 0 to the symptoms of old disease cases. In this CBR method the system will determine the solution of the problem with the highest level of similarity value which will be chosen as the solution of the new problem.

Abstract

Booking is an activity carried out by certain parties to ensure availability, in carrying out certain activities the company has a supply of material in quantities that exceed the needs. As a result, in the warehouse there is a buildup of raw materials or it can happen otherwise. Inventories of materials that are too small can hinder the company's operations in the form of unavailability of materials when needed. The role of inventory will determine the operation of the company because the inventory will run well if supported by good management. Therefore, the concept of inventory management that affects ordering is very important to be applied by companies so that the goals of effectiveness and efficiency are achieved. So we need a Data Mining that can quickly to determine the Determination of Food Raw Material Ordering Patterns in Restaurant Fountain Using Apriori. Data Mining is the extraction of new information taken from large chunks of data that helps in making decisions. One of the applications of data mining for Determining the Pattern of Ordering Food Raw Materials in Restaurant Fountain Using Apriori. Apriori method is a method for determining frequent itemsets for boolean association rules. The research aims to build the application of Determining the Pattern of Ordering Food Raw Materials in Restaurant Fountain with a web-based application and as a tool for designing applications using the Mysql Database. This data mining is able to determine the ordering of food items in the Restaurant Fountain with the required amount.

Abstract

The process of palm oil culture is influenced by various factors, one of which is the pest and disease factors. Generally the problem of farmers differentiating pests and diseases, this is dyed most of the farmers lack information and rely on the experience of other farmers to overcome the existing pest and disease problems. In handling pests and diseases, it is necessary to have a farmer consilant who is able to diagnose pests and diseases on oil palm trees. In this study, an expert system for diagnosing pests and diseases in palm tree plants, as well as providing various solutions for pests or diseases. The method used in this expert system is the Certainty Fators method. Certainty Method The factors was chosen because this method is suitable in the process of determining the identification of pests and diseases and the result of this application is the percentage of the system. The percentage is influenced by the CF value obtained from the system, the percentage of expert system consultations is taken from the highest yield as an alternative to other pests or diseases that attack oil palm tree crops.

Abstract

In the case of this shortest route search actually has many different types of solutions for path searching, for example the greedy algorithm, dijkstra, floyd-warshall and bellman-ford but what is commonly used to solve this problem is the Greedy algorithm because this algorithm is an algorithm that uses a problem solving approach with look for a temporary maximum value at each step. Of all the tourist attractions such as the Fruit Garden, Deli Serdang Swimming Pool, Deli Serdang Museum, Deli Serdang Regency Government Square, Tengku Raja Muda Field, the writer will look for the shortest path to take the closest route because of the many paths that can be taken to get the optimum path as well as using google maps. This application is made web-based with PHP and MySQL scripts as a database manager so that it is enough to connect to the internet network that everyone can easily access.

Abstract

Rapid development of digital image technology secret causes images require security aspect. Reviews These digital secret image can be encrypted using cryptographic methods. After being encrypted, the image is randomized, so that if it is Obtained by an unauthorized party, the image has no meaning. The cryptographic algorithm used in this study is Gifford method. The Gifford method is a stream cipher, a symmetry encryption algorithm that transforms the data character by character. Gifford has 8 registers filled with key bits. The processes performed by the Gifford method are the Output Function process, the 1-bit Sticky Shift Right process, the 1-bit Left Shift process, the XOR operation and the shift register operation to the right. The decryption process must use the same key as the encryption process in order to Obtain the original image.

Abstract

Dental disease is one of the many health problems Complained of by the people of Indonesia. Dental health is a reflection of human health. Lack of knowledge and limited sources of information on oral health have the caused public awareness to maintain oral and dental health is still low .. The development of one of the fields of information technology namely artificial intelligence has been Widely applied in various fields of life can be used as a solution to Overcome this problem. In this study, the dental and oral disease expert system uses the Dempster Shafer method to control inferences that Contain thought patterns and reasoning mechanisms used by experts in solving problems.

Abstract

In the legal world, especially in trials that took place in the Court, the law is the most important system in the implementation of a series of institutional strength. The cornerstone of judicial justice in Indonesia is based on Pancasila and the human dignity and the protection of human rights guarantees contained in Law No. 8 In 1981 the Code of Criminal Procedure (Criminal Procedure Code).Various studies have been conducted to assist in the termination of a case, as is done by Rumodar RF et al (2016) on the use of one of the MADM method, namely Simple Additive weighting. The analysis result is a system that can display information on article associated with a form of crime that is done that ensnared or incriminate the perpetrator, the system will also feature a sanction that is given of each chapter are violated.
