This study aims to investigate the role of psychological capital and perceived organizational fit to employee well-being and organizational commitment of the Millennial employees in e-commerce industry in Indonesia. Data were collected through a survey of 288 Millennial employees who work in e-commerce industry in Jakarta. We found that employee well-being and organizational commitment are positively associated with both psychological capital and organizational fit, while employee well-being also mediates the relationship between psychological capital and perceived organizational fit toward organizational commitment. Abstract

The spread of terrorist radicalism could not be stopped by government and various related agencies’ policy with their decisive actions such as blocking the sites, blogs, accounts, or even arresting the site or account owner. The explicit approach through legal enforcement is very important, however it needs integrative effort through collaboration of soft approach such as counter-narrative efforts which applied by BNPT in order to get the core of problem. This research attempts to analyze counternarrative effort held by BNPT through counter-narrative theory of Sarah Zeiger (2016) in preventing the spread of terrorism through online media. This research used qualitative descriptive method such as literature review and in-depth interview with numbers of figures from BNPT and the experts. The results of study found that monitoring through online media needs to be done at any time as an early detection process in order to obtain accurate information of potential terrorism spreading which is mostly representing ideology and religion. The counter-narrative strategy is carried out through two approaches, first through online on BNPT’s website and second through offline by conducting direct meeting with audience in form of socialization, workshop and training. Furthermore, all components of society needs to be involved especially the audience as media community. The number of counter-narrative strategy for audience in responding the potential threat of radical terrorism through BNPT’s site is relatively small compared with number of internet users. However, together with the strengthening of national insight, diversity and love for Indonesia through counternarrative could contribute more for National Resilience.

Indonesia is well-known as a country with diverse ethnicities, religions, and races. Although predominantly Muslim country, the largest population of Muslims of any country in the world today, the reminder of the population are Christians, Hindu, animist, or followers of varying Confucius and Buddhist beliefs. Indonesia today is not only a country with diverse religions, ethnicities, and races, but also a country with several challenges related to issues of religious pluralism. It takes the awareness and the political will to deconstruct what lies behind the various problems of the Indonesian nation by looking back to the Indonesian national identity as stated in the Pancasila principles and the 1945 Constitution. Indonesia's national motto, "Bhinneka Tunggal Ika" (Unity in Diversity), articulates the diversity that shapes the country. After the fall of Soeharto’s New Order regime, as a nation-state with a pluralistic society, Indonesia is prone to social unrest and intra-group tension in terms of race, ethnicity and religion. This paper focuses on two objects: first, the pluralism Indonesia’s social culture and the case study of Cirebon as a cultural melting pot. The interpretation and critical reflection on method used to explore that there had been constant contact with both India and China. Hinduism and Buddhism, and later Islam, came to Cirebon. The purpose of this research is to understand the pluralistic Indonesian society, particulalrly Cirebonese people and the practice respect for the people in everyday actions and words.
