Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of civil servants at the Financial Agency of Fifty Cities Regency. Here the author describes the influence of work discipline and work motivation on performance. The total population in this study were 72 people as well as samples in this study. Data were collected through the distribution of a questionnaire with a Likert scale model and then tested for the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression method using the SPSS 23.00 program. The purpose of multiple linear regression is to see the relationship between the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of this study are a). Work discipline (X1) has a positive and significant influence on the performance of civil servants at the Fifty Cities District Finance Agency. b). Work motivation (X2) has a positive and significant influence on the performance of civil servants at the Fifty Cities District Finance Agency. c). Work discipline and work motivation together have a significant positive effect on the Performance of Civil Servants at the Financial Agency of Fifty Cities Regency. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of affective commitment, sustainable commitment, and normative commitment on the performance of the employees of the Crumb Rubber Factory at PT Pinago Utama Sugiwaras. The population was 250 and the final sample total was 154 which was determined deploying the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. The results of the investigation exhibit that partially each of affective commitment and sustainable commitment has a significant effect on employees' performance. Furthermore, partially normative commitment has no significant effect on employees' performance. Simultaneously, affective commitment, sustainable commitment, and normative commitment have a significant effect on employees' performance. These empirical findings can provide benefits for the Crumb Rubber Factory at PT Pinago Utama Sugiwaras. The leader of the company should pay attention to affective commitment, sustainable commitment, and normative commitment factors to optimize employees' performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of workload and work environment on work stress on employees of PT Kereta Api Indonesia Regional Division IV Tanjungkarang. Data of 68 respondents were collected through observation and questionnaires. This study implemented the multiple linear regression method to analyze data. The results unveil that the workload and work environment both partially and simultaneously have significant effects on work stress. This insight can provide benefits for PT Kereta Api Indonesia, Regional Division IV Tanjungkarang. To reduce work stress, the leader of this state-owned company should consider the workload and work environment factors.

Abstract

The objective of the study is to determine whether internal audit control and auditor independence affect corruption prevention at PT. Bank Sumsel Babel, either partially or simultaneously, As well as to know what is the most influencial variable in preventing corruption. The study used a population with a total of 135 respondents. The data collection technique used was by distributing questionnaires. The independent variables used in the study were internal audit control and auditor independence, while corruption prevention was the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that partially, the variable of internal audit control and auditor independence have a significant effect to corruption prevention. The study explained that the independent variable has a significant effect towards the dependent variable

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of working from home and workability on employees' performance during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the South Sumatra Language Center. The results of preliminary studies show that work performance during the Covid-19 pandemic has decreased. The factors causing the observed decline in performance are thought to be due to the work from home system policy that is not used to be applied. The workability of employees is not sufficient, especially employees who are not familiar with information technology. During the work-from-home system activities, every employee is required to be able to work with information technology devices as a means of achieving performance targets. This type of research is conducted with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 36 employees as respondents who were sampled. Data analysis was performed using descriptive quantitative analysis and supported by qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis used multiple regression analysis models. The results showed that partially working from home had a positive effect on the performance of the South Sumatra Language Center's employees. Workability significantly affects the performance of the employees of the South Sumatra Language Center. Simultaneously it also shows a significant influence, but workability has a more dominant influence than working from home.
