Abstract

The main source of Electricity Energy in Indonesia currently uses fossil fuels, such as oil, coal and others which formation takes a very long time and their use causes pollution. As we know that the supply of fossil fuels in Indonesia in general is running low. The fact shows that since 2004 Indonesia has imported petroleum because domestic oil reserves are insufficient. The electricity installed in most Sulang Kidul residents is 450 VA with an average monthly cost of around Rp. 40,000-Rp. 60,000. The need for electricity usage is still slightly affected by the economic conditions of Sulang Kidul residents who are in the middle to lower levels. Not much household electronic equipment is used. Most residents use electricity only for lighting and television. The potential electricity produced is 23m3x4.7 kWh = 108.1 kWh/day or 3243 kWH/month. With household purchasing power of Rp.930/kWh compared to the average selling price of biogas electricity (of three interest rates) which is still below the purchasing power for household electricity, which is Rp.457.55/kWh. So farmers around Sulang Kidul can afford to buy electricity with the biogas fuel.

Abstract

The use of structured databases is still very widely used by companies in small and medium scale with the aim of processing data so that from these data conclusions can be drawn to determine a decision. But over time, of course the need for data that continues to grow can make a system run very slowly when using a structured database. That is caused by the amount of data that continues to increase every day, even for certain cases the data can increase every second. For this reason, an unstructured database is needed specifically for storing history data. From some existing unstructured databases, InfluxDB is one of the unstructured databases specifically intended for storing history data and has a very good ability to process data into a matrix for analysis. One of the key factors in an unstructured database is the database structure which is very different and supports to maximize database performance.

Abstract

PT. ISI is one of the furniture industries in Bantul area. In that area there are a lot of advanced furniture industries. To compete with similar company, we need a perfect product quality to gain the trust of consumer. Thus good quality control effort is needed by PT. ISI to be able to compete and continue to grow. The problems from this research that is what type of defective product that occur and how the quality of the final product at PT. ISI. The steps in this research are first collecting defect product data, calculating Center Line (CL), Upper Control Limit (UCL) and Lower Control Limit (LCL) and then identifying cause and effect of defects using a fishbone diagram. There are five types of defects in the production process of PT ISI, the five types of defects are broken or cracked, the color is not appropriate, scratch, impact former and lamination. The implementation of the final product quality control at PT ISI is still within the control limit, this can be seen in the control chart graph which shows no deviation that occur from the upper control limit and the lower control limit.

Abstract

Telah dipelajari uji kualitatif fitokimia ekstrak daun pepaya dan uji penghambatan terhadap Colletotrichum gloesporioides yang menyebabkan penyakit antroknose pada tanaman kakao (Theobroma cacao L.). Secara kualitatif, ekstrak metanol daun pepaya (Carica Papaya L.) menunjukkan adanya alkaloid, saponin, flavonoid, dan terpenoid-steroid yang positif. Ekstrak ini juga memiliki penghambatan terhadap penyakit antraknosa (Collectotrichum gloesporioides) setelah periode 10 hari dengan variasi konsentrasi menunjukkan data sebesar 8,4% (10 mg / mL), 14% (20 mg / mL), 17% (30 mg / mL) dan 20% (40 mg) / mL). Sementara itu, untuk periode 20 hari dengan variasi konsentrasi yang sama menunjukkan penghambatan 14% (10 mg / mL), 16% (20 mg / mL), 16% (30 mg / mL), dan 17% (40 mg / mL)).

Abstract

Selokan Mataram didominasi berbagai variasi tata guna lahan. Adanya potensi masuknya unsur pencemaran selokan oleh aktivitas penggunaan lahan menjadi pertimbangan pemantauan di Selokan Mataram..Penelitian dilakukan di sekitar Daerah aliran Selokan Mataram yang dibagi menjadi 3 segmen yakni Desa Sidomoyo Kecamatan Godean, Condongcatur Kecamatan Depok, dan Kelurahan Purwomartani Kecamatan Kalasan. Penentuan luas penggunaan lahan Daerah Aliran Selokan Mataram diolah dengan proses digitasi peta menggunakan software ArcGIS. Parameter kualitas air selokan yang diuji meliputi pH, Suhu, BOD, COD dan TSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan status mutus air Selokan Mataram pada setiap segmen menggunakan metode Indeks Pencemaran dikategorikan dalam cemaran ringan. Bedasarkan hasil output SPSS, hasil korelasi tata guna lahan dengan kualitas air menunjukkan korelasi negatif diperoleh pH di persawahan, suhu di persawahan, suhu di permukiman, BOD di persawahan, BOD di pemukiman, COD di persawahan, dan TSS di persawahan. Sedangkan hasil korelasi positif diperoleh pH di pemukiman, COD di pemukiman, TSS di pemukiman. Hasil perhitungan daya tampung beban pencemaran metode neraca massa menunjukkan untuk parameter pH 7,15, COD 16,91 mg/L dan TSS 38,26 mg/L masih dalam ambang batas baku mutu yang ditentukan, sedangkan parameter suhu 31,13oC dan BOD 3,475 mg/L tidak memiliki daya tampung. Pencemaran yang mempengaruhi kualitas air Selokan Mataram berasal dari masuknya limpasan domestik dari aktivitas pemukiman, limpasan komersial dan limpasan dari limbah pertanian dan kurangnya vegetasi disekita aliran selokan.

Abstract

The government services of information technology are required to always run optimally. On the other hand, many information services are still faced with security incidents. In terms of human resources, technology, policy, and procedural aspects, the focus problem has not been on security incidents of information. Therefore, we need information security incident management system as one of the system solutions that must be provided to ensure the sustainability of information services and IT systems. The purpose of this research is able to provide security information of incidents having a management system that was adopted and developed based on ISO/IEC 27035 standardization. The research methodology was carried out by using qualitative methods with case studies. The preparation of the document refers to the results of the assessment approach between the current conditions of business processes and the incident management of information security. It has been carried out with the clauses required by ISO/ IEC 27035. The results of this study are policy documents and procedures for the incident management systems of information security specifically designed as a reference standard in government. Finally, the use of structured policies and procedures can improve performance in handling incidents faced by the government.

Abstract

The Quality Assurance Division is the part responsible for the quality of Jabodebek's Light Rail Transit (LRT) products, or the railroad components in PT INKA. Defects in the under frame and water test were obtained as many as 70 units, in addition to the Production Planning and Control (PPC) section of the data resume of material & component adequacy, from the beginning of the project up to October 25, 2019, found a total of 29,395 NCR category findings ( No Conformity Report). This caused a decrease in the level of productivity of PT INKA. To increase company productivity, and to find out what internal factors are causing waste in the underframe test and water test on materials & components, as well as providing suggestions for improvement, the Six Sigma DMAIC method is used. The DMAIC cycle is a key process for continuous improvement towards the Six Sigma target. The steps taken are define, measure, analize, improve and control. DPMO value in the under frame and water test is 3,076.65 and has a sigma level of 4.524 and the material & component DPMO value is 2,587.92 and has a sigma level of 4.6060. The improvement phase is done is the company must focus on one of the projects, Perform tools maintenance, especially pneumatic bolt fasteners, do not use number two quality components or materials, the company should conduct further research or development and conduct training for employees.

Abstract

Gambir (Uncaria gambir roxb) belongs to family Rubiaceae and genus Uncaria. The content of chemical compounds in plants is called phytochemicals. Plants can be a source of chemical compounds that can be used as medicine. The method used in this study is an experiment in the Laboratory, using qualitative phytochemical testing following procedures (Tariq and Reyaz, 2012) and total phenol testing using the Folin-Ciocalteau method from Xu and Chang (2007). Gambir leaf tea characteristics approaching SNI 2013 are at a temperature of 90oC with a moisture content of 14, 3223% (db), 16.8312%. Ash content of 90oC 3,9326 with total phenol levels contained in gambier leaves 3.9 mg GAE/10mg. The compounds contained in gambir leaves include flavonoids, tannins and saponins.
