Abstract

In data mining, there is a predictive model, namely predicting the value of different sample data sets, and testing into three types such as classification, regression and time series. While descriptive models allow us to determine patterns in sample data and divide them into groups, summaries and association rules. Report on the results of experiments on algorithms that are quite widely used in the field of machine learning. This experiment aims to measure performance on commonly used datasets in machine learning studies. The main performance factor to be compared in this experiment is the level of accuracy of the independent experiments on the dataset used. This research uses clustering algorithm method to compare various clustering algorithms using Weka Tools to find out which algorithm will be more convenient for users to do clustering algorithm using the Covid-10 distribution map dataset in Indonesia from March-May 2020. K-means taking the points closest to the center whereas Farthest-First picks the furthest points. Farthest-First can complete the clustering process but with a lower quality than K-Means. And other experiments, on the method of Making Based on Clusterd Density and EM (Expectation-Maximization) prove the same accuracy. The EM grouping method proves low (less than 50%) of the results comparing the Clusterd Based Densitity Making Method, with a percentage reaching 74%.

Abstract

In this era of increasingly tight business development, many business competitors are required to be able to compete with their creativity. One important role in increasing business opportunities is to utilize available technology. The role of technology is very positive in supporting business processes for the company. Shopee and Bukalapak are one of the marketplace companies in Indonesia that implement Customer Relationship Management. Descriptive method will be used to assist this research and will begin with a survey and analysis of the comments contained in the Shopee and Bukalapak applications. The data obtained will be analyzed to see how much the level of customer confidence in Shopee and Bukalapak.

Abstract

We have already discussed the development of technology which is now opening fast, therefore for some people must anticipate this technological progress specifically on the security system section. Therefore the security system is gathered by various innovations created by humans. It is expected to get maximum results so that system break-ins do not occur that we do not expect. The security system that we will use is Face Recognition Biometrics Technology that is using various physical characteristics of humans. In its application, face recognition is done by using a camera or webcam to capture the image of someone who will later be stored in a database. In this study, a system designed to test someone using the Triangle Face method. Identifying faces is done by connecting features on a person's face such as the distance between the eyes, the distance on the left, the distance on the right, the left on the mouth, the distance on the right so that it will be created on the edge with the front and in front of the different. This system also uses a relay module and Solenoid Door Lock, to control a system that uses a Mini PC or called Raspberry Pi.

Abstract

Data security on cellular networks is needed to maintain privacy and avoid illegal actions, because the process of communication and sending data remotely using cellular networks, especially GSM and GPRS are still widely used than conventional methods. One of the potential for sniffing data security holes can occur in the air interface, it is signalling system when transmitting data between user devices or Mobile Station (MS) and Base Transceiver Station (BTS). Therefore, to find out the quality of data security on GSM and GPRS cellular networks, a penetration testing method with RTL-SDR device are tested. The results obtained are the cellular network security system used is still secure based on data transmission patterns using timeslot, Temporary Mobile Subscriber Identity (TMSI), and changes in GSM Frame Number on GSM. Then, network security on GPRS is also still safe using logic channels, timeslot, and different security algorithm from GSM.

Abstract

Low Power Wide Area Networks (LPWAN) is a wireless communication technology that supports the development of the Internet of Things (IoT). LPWAN offers a wider coverage area and low energy consumption. LoRa is one of the most popular LPWAN technologies. LoRa technology is suitable for IoT application scenarios that only need to send small amounts of data over long distances and low-power transmission data. This research focuses on testing the range of the LoRa Rfm 95/96 chip at 920 MHz and SF7 frequencies for urban areas. The parameters used are Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) and Packet loss. RSSI test results will be compared with RSSI calculation results using the log normal shadowing model. The RSSI value of the test results is closer to the calculation of the RSSI value for the free space area with the addition of a shadowing effect. When viewed from the range of RSSI values ​​at each test point, RSSI is relatively stable. However, based on RSSI average testing and calculation, RSSI has decreased while packet loss has increased with each additional distance. From this study, the maximum LoRa range is 2 km. This is in line with LoRa specifications for urban areas.

Abstract

Navigation technology has become an important component in everyday life, the development of the Internet of things (IoT) technology increases with the human need for a system that can work reliably in making work easier. The purpose of this study is to produce a simple tracking system that can be used on mobile vehicles or public transportation so that it helps the public to receive information about the position of public transportation so as to make time efficient, can also be used as a security system on private vehicles. Previously, the Tracker Development used WiFi technology or sim module, the WiFi range was considered to be very small, less than 50m and the sim module was less efficient therefore there must be renewed. This system was built using the ESP32 microcontroller and the LoRa Antares communication system. it works on the 920-923 MHz channel frequency. This system works with the GPS module as a receiver for position information based on triangulation of several satellites in space, devices that are within the reach of the LoRa gateway will send data to the web server antares. Then the data is processed and displayed visually to the dashboard. The average shipping delay is 1.1 seconds, the maximum delay is 8 seconds, the minimum delay is 0 seconds, packet loss is 23%, the maximum radius is 2.16KM. Data was collected at PT Telkom DDS Gegerkalong Hilir, Bandung.

Abstract

Sludge of water treatment plant which contains aluminum if discharged directly into the water will be toxic. Due to not having a sludge treatment unit, water treatmet plant X dumped sludge from processing to the Surabaya River. In planning the stages of selecting alternative treatment units, the units will be selected to process sludge consisting of collecting tanks, gravity thickening, belt filter press, sludge filtrate storage tanks, supernatant tanks and dry cake storage containers. The amount of sludge volume produced by IPAM is 5875.475 m3 / day with an estimated procurement cost of Rp 3857,000,000.

Abstract

Indonesia has various natural resources for traditional medication which have been used hereditary. One of them is Curcuma aeruginosa Roxb. It contains essential oil which has not been optimally utilized. Based on some researches, there are some types of essential oil which have been proved to gain both physical and emotional condition of somebody. The research of temu ireng essential oil is conducted by extracting the oil using volume and solvent variances. The solvents variance and its volume are ethanol (250 ml, 300 ml, 350 ml, 400 ml, dan 450 ml) dan n-hexane (250 ml, 300 ml, 350 ml, 400 ml, dan 450 ml). Subsequently, the extract oil is purified by using distillation apparatus in order to generated Curcuma aeruginosa Roxb essential oil. The analysis of absorbance in each cycle of volume variant and solvent is conducted in this research. Based on this research, it results several types of essential oil in accordance to its solvent and volume variances. By using ethanol as the solvent, it results 250 ml oil (91,433%), 300 ml (91,582%), 350 ml (91,731%), 400 ml (92,030%), and 450 ml (92,179%). Meanwhile, by using n-hexane as the solvent, it results 250 ml oil (91,113%), 300 ml (91,435%), 350 ml (92,081%), 400 ml (92,242%), and 450 ml (92,565%).

Abstract

PT. Tambi Plantation Tanjungsari Production Unit is a company engaged in tea processing. The process of picking tea leaves is the beginning of the tea production process. Tea farmers work to collect tea leaves using cut scissors and collect in baskets made of woven bamboo. The results of the Nordic Body Map (NBM) show the use of old baskets can cause complaints Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). The purpose of this study is to calculate the total points of MSDs complaints when using old baskets, redesign new baskets, and compare the level of MSDs complaints when using old baskets and new baskets. Body mass index (BMI) is used to determine the nutritional level of workers and NBM is used to find out complaints felt by workers. A new basket redesign is based on anthropometric data with body dimensions measured including: hip width, shoulder height in a sitting position, chest thickness, and belly thickness. The results of the NBM calculations, the score received by workers is 600 points. The new basket of tea growers consists of two components: the frame and the container for the tea leaves. The frame component has a width of 31 cm, height 51 cm, length of the supporting container 34 cm, the distance between the place of the bearing and the supporting container is 10 cm, the distance of the bearing space is 5 cm, the distance of the shoulder strap is 5 cm. The components of the tea leaf container have a height of 53 cm, the length of the base side 33 cm x 33 cm, a diameter of 57 cm. Paired Sample T Test with a 95% confidence level, stated that there is a very significant difference in the total number of MSDs between using an old baskets and a new baskets.
