Abstract

The company's financial performance at PT Adhi Karya Tbk. by using financial ratio analysis during the period 2011-2017. The ratio used is the Liquidity Ratio and the rentability ratio. The research method used is data analysis techniques using the ratio analysis technique that is describing a relationship between a certain amount and the other number. Ratio analysis used is the analysis of the ratio of liquidity and profitability where the liquidity ratio aims to determine the company's ability to meet its short-term obligations. The profitability ratio aims to measure the company's ability to seek profits. Measuring of financial performance by using liquidity and profitability ratios Rentability Ratio at PT Adhi Karya Tbk. Showing financial performance that is less efficient in terms of the average value of the Return on Equity ratio is still below the industry standard average. The Return on Investment ratio is inefficient because the value of the company's net income tends to decrease and is below the industry standard average. Analysis of the Liquidity ratio seen from the Current Ratio is still below the industry average so that financial performance is illiquid. Meanwhile, Cash Ratio performance is below the industry standard (illiquid).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of ROA, BOPO, NPL and LDR on financial distress partially and simultaneously. The research objects are four state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2011-2018 period. This research was conducted by conducting a logistic regression statistical test with a significance of 0.05, using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 24. The results of Variables in the Equation concluded that BOPO, NPL and LDR variables had a significant influence on financial distress. BOPO with Sig.0,022 value, NPL with Sig.0,029 value, LDR with Sig.0,032 value. While the ROA variable has no significant effect on financial distress with a Sig.0,139 value. The results of the omnibus test concluded that there was a simultaneous influence on the SOE Bank's financial distress on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2018 with a value of Sig.0,000. The Summary Model results with the Nagelkerke R Square value in this study were 0.734 or 73.4%. This shows that the variation of the proposed variable ROA, BOPO, NPL and LDR can explain the financial distress variable, the remaining 26.6% is explained by other factors not included in this model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove the influence of corporate governance mechanisms,liquidity and company size on the integrity of financial statements in various industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2012-2018 period. The corporate governance mechanism in this study was measured by an independent commissioner and an independent audit committee. The sample of this study was 21 companies of various industry sectors which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2012-2018 period so that the total sample of this study was 147 samples. This research belongs to associative research (relationship). The sample selection uses a purposive sampling method. The values tested in this thesis use the formula of financial ratios and regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that independent commissioners and company size do not affect the integrity of financial statements. The Independent Audit Committee has a negative effect on the integrity of the financial statements.While liquidity (current ratio) has a positive effect on the integrity of financial statements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, non-perfoming financing, and third party funds on financing with economic growth as a moderating variable in Islamic banking. The independent variable consists of Inflation, Non-performing Financing and Third Party Funds. The dependent variable used in Financing. The moderating variable used is economic growth. This study uses a purposive sampling technique using 48 samples taken from Sharia Banking 2015 - 2018. The test results show that the Inflation variable has a positive and significant effect on Islamic banking financing. Non-performing financing variable has a positive but not significant effect on Islamic banking financing. Variable third party funds have a positive and significant impact on Islamic banking financing. Economic growth as a moderating variable weakens the relationship between inflation and Islamic banking financing. Economic growth as a moderating variable weakens the relationship between NPF and Islamic banking financing. Economic growth strengthens the relationship between DPK and Islamic banking financing. Simultaneously the independent variables consisting of Inflation, Non-performing Financing and Third Party Funds can influence or influence simultaneously on Sharia Banking Financing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of education level and work experience on employee performance at PT. Hasura Mitra Gemilang Tangerang. This research design uses quantitative associative methods and data collection techniques in library research and field research. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis by conducting data quality testing and classical assumption tests. The sampling method uses non-probability sampling techniques. The research sample amounted to 83 respondents. The results of the study prove that the level of education has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the count (4.324)> t-table (1.664), work experience variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the t-value (14.047)> t-table (1,664) so ​​that it can be stated that partially the level of education and work experience affects the performance of employees at PT. Hasura Mitra Gemilang Tangerang. Based on the results of the F test (simultaneous), the value of F-value (246,935)> F-table (3,11) can be stated that the level of education and work experience together affect the performance of employees at PT. Hasura Mitra Gemilang. While based on the results of the coefficient of determination test obtained Adjusted R Square value 0.861, so it can be stated that the variable level of education and work experience has an effect of 86.1% on employee performance, the remaining 13.9% is influenced by other factors outside the variables used in this research.

Abstract

This study wanted to determine the effect of Bullying in the Workplace and Work Stress on Security Performance of PT. SOS Indonesia, Tbk at BSD City. The formulation and limitation of this research is the influence of Bullying in the Workplace and Work Stress on the Security Performance of PT. SOS Indonesia, Tbk in BSD City ”. The purpose of this research is to describe analyzing the influence, and proving the magnitude of the influence of bullying at work and job stress on the security of PT. SOS Indonesia, Tbk. The research design used is the quantitative associative method to determine the relationship between three variables, namely the X1 variable (bullying at work), the X2 variable (work stress), and the Y variable (employee performance) at PT. SOS Indonesia, Tbk at BSD City. Data collection techniques using saturated sampling. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression, multiple correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, f test, and t-test.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze how much influence of communication on performance, motivation on performance, the effect of communication and motivation simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Mandiri Sejahtera Abadi. This research design uses quantitative descriptive methods and data collection techniques for library research (Library Research) and field research (Field Research). The data analysis technique used in this research is using data instrument test analysis, multiple linear regression test, correlation test, determination test, t-test and f test by testing communication variables, motivation and performance. The results of this study indicate that with multiple linear analysis, a constant value of 2.960 is obtained, which means that if communication and motivation do not change or are almost close to 0, then the Work Performance (Y) created is 2.960 and these results do not change. From the results of the t-test for the communication variable on employee performance, the value of t-value (6.134)> t-table (2.004) was obtained. Significant test results show that the correlation value of the communication variable is 0.000. Meanwhile, the motivation variable is 0.000. It means that the influence of these variables is super strong. The coefficient of determination results is 0.827, so it can be concluded that the communication and motivation variable has an effect of 83% on employee performance. More elaboration oh those finding is presented in this paper.

Abstract

Good and skilled employee attitudes in the company can be created by applying rewards and punishments. The positive impact of employee discipline towards PT Valve Automation Indonesia is that the work produced can have a good impact on company income. The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of reward and punishment on employee work discipline, to analyze the effect of reward on employee work discipline, to analyze the effect of punishment on employee work discipline, and to analyze the magnitude of the effect of reward and punishment partially and simultaneously on employee work discipline at PT Valve Automation Indonesia. The research design used is descriptive, quantitative and associative methods, knowing the relationship between two or more variables, namely variable X1 (Reward) and variable X2 (Punishment) with symptoms or other variables, namely Y (Employee Work Discipline) at PT Valve Automation Indonesia. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression, analysis of multiple correlation coefficients, coefficient of determination, t-test and F test. Giving rewards and punishments for the work discipline of employees of PT Valve Automation Indonesia. Partially, there is a significant influence between reward and punishment with a significance value of 0.023 <0.05 and 0.013 <0.05 with a strong level of relationship based on the results of the correlation coefficient of 0.630 and 0.642. Simultaneously, there is a significant influence between reward and punishment on work discipline with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 of 69.4%, the remaining 30.6% is influenced by other factors not in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the development of profitability, liquidity, stock prices and dividend policies, also to determine the effect of Profitability, Liquidity and Share Prices on Dividend Policy in Mining Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. In this study, the authors used the multiple regression method. The results, where the effect of profitability, liquidity and share price on the dividend policy in a simultaneous of 6.298 with the Ftable results obtained at 1.47. This means that the value of F-value > F-table (6.298> 1.47) with a significant 0.003 (sig <0.05) This shows that profitability, liquidity, and stock prices together have a significant effect on dividend policy. With a partial test, it shows a significant value of profitability variable 0.004 where it is smaller than 0.05 so that it can be said profitability variable has a significant effect on dividend policy. The significant value of the liquidity variable 0.087 where this is greater than 0.05, so it can be said that the liquidity variable does not have a significant effect on dividend policy. The significant value of the stock price variable is 0.582, greater than 0.05. We can say that the stock price variable has no significant effect on dividend policy. The coefficient of determination shows that the effect of profitability, liquidity, and Share Price variables on dividend policy of 4.40%, the remaining 5.60% is influenced by factors not entered into this research. This means that simultaneously the effect of profitability, liquidity, and Share Price variables on dividend policy is at a moderate level.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization has resulted in business competition more dynamic, complex, and there are many challenges faced by companies. Various forms of marketing strategies must be carried out by companies to compete with competitors and new entrants who are increasingly emerging. Companies are competing to attract potential consumers through advertising media that are currently popular. Besides, to select the right advertising media, companies must also look for supporting media for the advertisement such as using an attractive Brand Ambassador. The research objective is to analyze how the influence of advertising and Brand Ambassador on purchasing decision for Muslim clothing product at PT Fatahillah Anugerah Nibras. The research design uses the quantitive descriptive associative method in determining the relationship between the independent variables consisting of advertisement with the dimensions of Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Website and Brand Ambassador with dimensions of visibility, credibility, attraction, power and the dependent variable is the product purchase decision. The sample in this research has reached 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique where the sample was determined with certain considerations or criteria so it could support this research. Data collection Instrument used an online questionnaire. The data analysis tool used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with Smart PLS 3.0. The research result shows that advertising has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and Brand Ambassador has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. The exogenous variables (advertising and brand ambassador) and their dimensions are carried out intensely simultaneously. It will have a positive effect on improving purchasing decisions.
