Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian se-peda motor Suzuki di Yogyakarta. Sampel yang dijadikan obyek penelitian sebanyak 98 responden pengguna sepeda motor Suzuki di Yogyakarta. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode sampel non probabilitas yaitu Purposive Sam-pling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan kuisioner. Se-dangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi li-nier berganda, dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 16,0. Hasil penelitian ini menun-jukkan bahwa berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian baik secara simultan dan parsial. Ditunjukkan pada nilai faktor harga, kualitas, desain, dan kenyamanan, secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembe-lian, dibuktikan dengan nilai t masing-masing sebesar 3,239(X1); 2,245(X2); 1,999(X3); 4,530(X5) dan nilai signifikansi yang kurang dari 0,05 masing-masing sebesar 0,002(X1); 0,026(X2); 0,048(X3) dan 0,000(X5). Variabel faktor kemudahan perawatan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan karena t sebesar 0,153 dengan nilai signifikan-si 0,879 > 0,05. Hasil Uji F dengan nilai Fhitung 37.664 dan signifikansi 0,000. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa secara bersama-sama faktor harga, kualitas, desain, kemudahan perawatan dan kenyamanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penggunaan internet pada kehidupan sehari-hari selain memberikan berbagai keuntungan juga memberikan tantangan bagi penggunanya. Pengguna internet (netter) dapat menjadi korban bahkan pelaku dari cyber crime. Begitu juga bagi UMKM yang menggunakan internet pada aktivitas bisnis mereka. Untuk dapat terhindar dari kasus cyber crime, diperlukan kesadaran keamanan siber (cyber security awareness) dari setiap pengguna internet. Dalam meningkatkan kesadaran keamanan diperlukan pengetahuan menggunakan internet (internet knowledge). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh internet knowledge terhadap cyber security awareness dan menguji perbedaan kedua faktor tersebut berdasarkan orientasi etika pengguna internet. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pelaku UMKM pengguna internet di Kabupaten Bantul. Hasil penyebaran kuesioner didapat 59 responden yang dijadikan sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini berhasil menguji pengaruh internet knowledge terhadap cyber security awareness. Namun penelitian gagal menguji perbedaan kedua faktor tersebut berdasarkan orientasi etika.

Abstract

The research was carried out to find the influence of three dimensions of organizational commitment, namely affective commitment, continuity commitment, and normative commitment, toward organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of employees.The research was conducted respectively from seven stations in operation areas of PT Kereta Api Daop VI Yogyakarta.The subject of research are 55 employees Data was derived from a survey, collected by applying questionnaires, analized by using multiple linier regression,and assisted by the application of SPSS 21 program.Based on the result of data analysis, it is showed that the three dimensions of organizational commitment, namely affective commitment (X1), continuity commitment (X2), and normative commitment (X3) influence partially or simultaneously on organizational citizenship behavior (Y) of employees, thus partially or simultaneously supporting the 5 hypotheses. These were indicated by the value of regression coefficient and the significant level of each factor which are 0.250 and 0.042; 0.386 and 0.001; 0.481and 0,000, respectively. Likewise, the value of F amounting to 30.520 with the significance level of 0,000, whereas adjusted R2 counting to 0.621. Furthermore, normative commitment indicates as the most dominant dimension that influences on organizational citizenship behavior of employees.

Abstract

This research aimed at empirically testing of the factors that affect the registered accountant as members of IAI in Pekanbaru worked as a public accountant that focused to test the effect of the USAP cost, USAP process and occupational risk with variable electoral career as a public accountant. USAP cost, USAP process and occupational risk variables are as independent variables, associated with various assumptions. This research had 45 samples and used purposive sampling as the technique. Located on Pekanbaru area and using primary data. The data method is by spreading some questionnaires. Measurements of variables performed with Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted through quantitative analysis. Quantitative data analysis was performed by multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing was done by t-test. The results obtained show that the USAP process and occupational risk significantly influence the selection of a career as a public accountant, USAP cost influence on elections as a public accounting career, but the effect is not significant. Overall USAP cost, USAP process and occupational risk jointly significant effect on elections to the selection of a career as a public accountant.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh sikap, norma-norma subyektif, kontrol perilaku, dan kegunaan pada minat menggunakan FB untuk pembelian online. Selain itu juga pengaruh kegunaan pada sikap, dan pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan pada sikap. Penelitian dilakukan di kota Yogyakarta pada bulan Juni 2018. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian (yang mengembalikan kuesioner dengan isian lengkap) sebanyak 114 orang mahasiswa, yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Sikap terhadap penggunaan FB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada minat menggunakan FB untuk pembelian online; (2) Norma-norma subyektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada minat menggunakan FB untuk pembelian online; (3) Kontrol perilaku berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada minat menggunakan FB untuk pembelian online; (4) Kegunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada minat menggunakan FB untuk pembelian online; (5) Kegunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada Sikap terhadap penggunaan FB; (6) Kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada Sikap terhadap penggunaan FB.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the efficiency, diversification and ownership concentration on risk level of BPR banks in DIY. BPR is chosen because it has a closed relationship with SMEs due to its main functions on the micro economy growth through credit channeling.Research data on 26 BPR during 2012-2016 were tested using multiple regression analysis technique. The test concludes only the efficiency proven to affect the risk of BPR banks. Abstract

AbstractPurpose - This study is aimed to examine the effect of propensity to switch, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk on brand loyalty and switching behavior.Design/methodology/approach - Utilizing purposive random sampling, a number of 100 customers of 36 brands of 12 product categories were asked to fill in the questionnaire as primary survey data. To analyze the measurement model, structural model, and the good fit model, this study made use of the structural equation model.Findings - Propensity to switch significantly positive affects brand loyalty and switching behavior; whereas perceived of ease of use significantly positive affects brand loyalty and significantly negative affects switching behavior; and perceived risk significantly negative affects brand loyalty and significantly positive affects switching behaviorResearch limitation - A more numbers of respondents and more variations of respondents’ background should be considered for future study. A propensity to be a loyal customer variable should also be added in the model.Originality/value - This study takes a look at two different points of views of customer behaviors, those are customers who remain to stay with one brand and those are who always seek for something new and keep switching.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh arus kas dan profitabilitas terhadap harga saham di Indonesia dengan financial distress sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan Perusahaan LQ45 Non Keuangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2014 – 2018. Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling jumlah sampel yang diperoleh adalah 32 perusahaan. Metode pengujian menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier sederhana, dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa arus kas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan. Financial distress memoderasi secara negatif dan signifikan pada pengaruh arus kas terhadap harga saham perusahaan. Serta financial distress tidak memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap harga saham perusahaan karena berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan.

Abstract

The research was carried out to know the influence of career development, compensation and job characteristics to employee loyalty at stores along Malioboro street, Yogyakarta.The population of the research were all of Sales Promotion Girls (SPG) and Sales Promotion Boys (SPB) working at stores along Malioboro street. Samples were taken with non-probability sampling technique by quota sampling, as many as 100 respondents. The data was collected by applying questionnaires, and analyzed by using multiple linear regressions with the help of SPSS program for windows release 16.0.This research concluded that factors of career development, compensation and job characteristics, partially or simultaneously showed a positive and significant influence to employee loyalty. These were indicated by the regression coefficient value of each factor of career development, compensation and job characteristics to employee loyalty were 0.421 (X1); 0.149 (X2); 0.411 (X3); and the significant level of each factor were 0.000; 0.45 and 0.000, respectively. While the value of F amounting to 51.235 with the sign.ificance level of 0.000; whereas adjusted R square equal to 0.604.
