Abstract

Mahalnya tarif internet saat ini menjadi pertimbangan untuk sebagan perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia, apalagi untuk perusahaan sekala kecil menengah yang menggunakan internet sebagai media dan sarana sehari-hari. Penelitian ini dapat menjadikan sebagai solusi untuk memperkecil pengeluaran untuk sewa koneksi dengan perusahaan yang mempunyai cabang atau tersebar diwilayah-wilayah daerah, disamping itu penggunaan localoop ini juga tidak hanya untuk koneksi internet saja didalamnya dapat dialirkan berupa data-data apa saja yang diinginkan oleh pengguna. Disitulah kelebihan dari menggunakan localloop koneksi. Dengan di dukung oleng penggunaan mikrotik sebagai alatnya dan metodenya dapat mempermudah konfigurasinya dikarenakan sangatlah familiar untuk langkah-langkahnya. Peneliti berharap dapat mengembangakan koneksi localloop ini tidak hanya untuk memperkecil biaya saja yaitu dapat memberikan inspirasi maksimal dalam penggunaan localloop.

Abstract

This research to know the communications strategy used by the production team in the virgin music morning 99,9 fm in increasing the number of radio listeners. Research questions submitted is how the communications strategy used by a team the production of a show music morning in the virgin radio 99.9 fm in increase the number of listener? A theory that used in this research is a theory control organization Describing a new approach and useful in communication organization in a relationship between organization to achieve an object. Methods used in this study was a methodology qualitative descriptive. the object of this research is the event of music morning responds by sending out in the virgin radio jakarta . Technique data collection done researchers is using a technique interviewing producer , successor program director , music director , announcers , marketing & amp; promotion . The researchers observation was directly involved in that is in the area of research locations palmerah to supervise the case , as well as the study literature available consisting of the books to be a source of research reading. The result showed that production team the music morning in the virgin jakarta radio applied the theory of control organization using all control to communicate directly between superior and subordinate. Researchers would give some advice , good advice theoretical and practical , as for advice that can be researchers talk about is maximize to promote taking advantage of all media promotion to the virgin radio jakarta especially the event music morning more widely known by the community.

Abstract

This study investigated The Effectiveness Of Acting Play Script Technique towards Students’ Speaking Ability At Tenth Year Of SMAN I Lambuya. The research question of this study adressed “Does the Acting Play Script Technique have significant effect towards students’ speaking ability?". The objective of this study was to find out wether there is or not a significant effect of Acting Play Script (APS) tecnique towards student speaking at tenth year of SMAN I Lambuya. The hypothesis of this study was: H1 = If there is a significant effect of Acting Play Script technique towards students’ speaking ability at tenth year of SMAN I Lambuya, H0= If there is not a significant effect of Acting Play Script technique towards students’ speaking ability at tenth year of SMAN I Lambuya. This study is an experimental design by using one class that was given pre and post- tests. The design of this study was quasi experiment, meaning that there was only a group to be the subject in this study. The population of this study was all of the grade X students at SMAN Negeri 1 Lambuya who were registered in academic year 2018/2019 which consist of 5 classes. The sample of this study is 26 students. This sample was taken by using purposive sampling. The instrument of this study is a Speaking test, For making data in this research valid and more rejuvenate researcher was giving students’ first test before treatment in speaking and the last test after given treatment with Acting Play Script. The data of this study was analyzed by using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The finding shows that there is a significant effect of Acting Play Script technique towards students’ speaking ability at tenth year of SMAN I Lambuya. It can be seen that t count 11.56 > t table 2,050 at the significant level 0,05 and df 25. Therefore hypothesis of this study was accepted. It means that teaching of Acting Play Script technique was effective to improve students’ speaking ability at tenth year of SMAN I Lambuya.

Abstract

This study examines Malay manuscripts about how to deal with good bodies so as to produce good and bad results with results that humiliate and humiliate the body in the treatise text written in Malay Arabic script. Abstract

Analysis of the Difference in Income of 2: 1 and 4: 1 Jajar Legowo Systems in Rice Field (Oryza sativa L.) Farming in Kulahi Village, Wawotobi District, Konawe Regency. The objectives of this research are: 1. To find out the income of lowland rice farmers who use 2:1 jajar legowo planting system and 4: 1 jajar legowo in Kulahi Village, Wawotobi District, Konawe District. 2. Knowing income differences in the use of 2:1 jajar legowo planting system and jajar legowo 4: 1 lowland rice farming in Kulahi Village, Wawotobi District, Konawe District. This research was conducted in May to July 2018, in Kulahi Village, Wawotobi District, Konawe District. Determination of this location was carried out intentionally (purposive) with the consideration that the area most of the farmers planted rice paddy field system jajar legowo The results showed that: 1. Jajar legowo 2:1 planting system could increase productivity by 5,650 Kg/Ha with income of Rp. 2,344,281,-/Ha while using a 4:1 jajar legowo planting system yielded a productivity of 5,728Kg / Ha with income of Rp.2,704,091,-/Ha. 2. The results of productivity analysis using the 4:1 jajar legowo planting system (5.728Kg/Ha) are higher than the productivity in the 2: 1 legowo jahan planting system (5.650Kg/Ha); while the income in the jajar legowo 4: 1 planting system (Rp.2,704,091/Ha) is higher than the income in the non-row cropping system (Rp.2,344,281/Ha). the results of the average difference test above shows that Thitung> T table (1.17> 2.0) which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus at α = 0.05 the income in the 4: 1 jajar legowo planting system is greater than the income in the legowo 2: 1 planting system.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan perkembangan usaha pada PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan dari tahun 2016 hingga tahun 2018. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode Altman Z Score dimana jika nilai Z lebih dari 2,6 perusahaan tidak mengalami kebangkrutan. Jika nilai Z kurang dari 1,1 perusahaan mengalami kebangkrutan dan jika nilai Z berada diantara 1,1 – 2,6 perusahaan berada di grey area. Dari hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan laporan keuangan PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk dari tahun 2016 – 2018 menunjukkan bahwa kondisi perusahaan tidak mengalami kebangkrutan. Namun perusahaan tetap waspada karena dalam tiga tahun terakhir nilai Z mengalami penurunan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi karena rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu pengetahuan Alam (IPA). Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa karena kurangnya aktivitas guru dan siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran take and give pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) pada siswa kelas IV MI Nurul Huda 1 Curug. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan sebanyak 3 siklus. Metode penelitian ini memiliki tahapan yang harus dilalui, yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap pengamatan dan tahap refleksi yang harus dilaksanakan di setiap siklusnya. Hasil penelitian dari siklus I sampai siklus III mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar yang cukup baik, diantaranya menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar pada siklus I 59,95, aktivitas guru selama proses belajar mengajar yaitu 67,17%, adapun aktivitas siswa yaitu 62,5%. Kemudian pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I yang sudah baik dan hasil belajar didapatkan 72,1, aktivitas guru selama proses pembelajaran yaitu 76,92%, serta aktivitas siswa yaitu 82,25%. Selanjutnya dilanjutkan pada sillus III untuk memperbaiki siklus-siklus sebelumnya dan didapatkan hasil belajar siswa 82,1, aktivitas guru didapatkan 86,53%, dan aktivitas siswa didapatkan 90,62%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan setelah dilaksanakannya model pembelajaran take and give.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of ar rahn product and noble product to revenue PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Syariah. This study uses data that PT. Pegadaian (Persero) located on Jalan Kramat Raya 162, Central Jakarta. The study was conducted in December 2014 until January 2015. While the method of data multiple linier regression analysis. Results in partial test (t test) obtained that ar rahn product effect on revenue and noble product has no effect on revenue. Where the error rate used is 5 % or 0.05 at significant level of 95%.

Abstract

This study aims to find out 1) the stages of developing chemistry based discoverylearning-based UKBM, 2) the feasibility of discoverylearning-based chemical UKBM. This study uses the Borg & Gall procedure with nine stages: 1) the research and information gathering stage, 2) the planning stage, 3) the development of the product draft, 4) the initial field trials, 5) revising the results of the trials, 6) the main field trials , 7) revising the product of field test results, 8) field implementation test, 9) refinement of the final product. Initial field trials with subjects six students and one teacher, main field trials with subjects 30 students and one teacher and field implementation trials with subjects 60 students and two teachers. The trial was conducted at Maumere 1 High School. The feasibility of UKBM is obtained from the validator assessment through the UKBM validation sheet using the Aiken Vormula and the responses of teachers and students through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The results showed: (1) the stages of developing chemistry based learninglearning based UKBM, namely chemistry UKBM that has been validated and revised based on the advice of the validators and has been tested to prospective users, (2) the feasibility of chemistry based discoverylearning based on the validators obtained Value Aiken ≥ 0.87 which shows that UKBM is appropriate to be used, and the average questionnaire responses of students and teachers in all tests were obtained in the '' Good '' category. Small-scale trials obtained scores from students 66.5 and 118 teachers. Medium-scale trials obtained scores from students 62.1 and teachers 118. Large-scale trials obtained grades from students 63.8 and teachers 116.5.

Abstract

The purpose of the inventory of which is to meet consumer demand with rapid, to support the activities of the companies concerned. In addition to the inventory information is important to provide information about the financial position of the fair as a going concern. Inventories of goods are also very susceptible to damage, rising prices, damage and theft. To that end, the management company must perform a system for recording the inventory appropriately in accordance with the procedures specified. Because of errors in recording inventory will affect the company's income. Records with a computerized card stock will facilitate the checking of inventory directly without having to physically check into the warehouse.
