Abstract

The aim of this study was to find out the effect of Islamic Work Motivation and Performance Allowance to Employee Performance in BPRS Amanah Ummah Leuwiliang Bogor while working from home during The Coronavirus Pandemic. The approach of this research was quantitative, which defines a relationship or a measurable effect, making predictions based on reality with the data collected from published reports. The data was collected from questionnaires that have been filled by related respondents which are employees of BPRS Amanah Ummah Leuwiliang Bogor with a sample of 33 respondents by using Slovin’s formula sampling techniques. The analysis method of this research is using statistical package for the science (SPSS) application version 25. The results showed that there is a significant effect of Islamic Work Motivation on Work Performance. And there is a significant effect of Performance Allowance on Work Performance. So the conclusion is the higher of Work Motivation and Performance Allowance to employees will increase employees' performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi karena rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu pengetahuan Alam (IPA). Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa karena kurangnya aktivitas guru dan siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran take and give pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) pada siswa kelas IV MI Nurul Huda 1 Curug. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan sebanyak 3 siklus. Metode penelitian ini memiliki tahapan yang harus dilalui, yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap pengamatan dan tahap refleksi yang harus dilaksanakan di setiap siklusnya. Hasil penelitian dari siklus I sampai siklus III mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar yang cukup baik, diantaranya menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar pada siklus I 59,95, aktivitas guru selama proses belajar mengajar yaitu 67,17%, adapun aktivitas siswa yaitu 62,5%. Kemudian pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I yang sudah baik dan hasil belajar didapatkan 72,1, aktivitas guru selama proses pembelajaran yaitu 76,92%, serta aktivitas siswa yaitu 82,25%. Selanjutnya dilanjutkan pada sillus III untuk memperbaiki siklus-siklus sebelumnya dan didapatkan hasil belajar siswa 82,1, aktivitas guru didapatkan 86,53%, dan aktivitas siswa didapatkan 90,62%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan setelah dilaksanakannya model pembelajaran take and give.

Abstract

Abstrak: Dilaksanakanya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan modul pembelajaran dan mengetahui bagaimana proses pengembangan modul pembelajaran berbasis saintifik dengan metode bermain peran pada mata pelajaran Basa Sunda III SD/MI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model penelitian pengembangan Sugiyono. Instrumen penilaian untuk mendapatkan data berupa lembar penilaian validasi modul pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh tiga pakar/ahli yaitu: ahli materi, ahli Bahasa dan ahli desain. Diperoleh persentase kelayakan pada modul pembelajaran dengan persentase ahli materi sebesar 90,3% dengan kategori “sangat baik” tidak revisi, hasil penilaian ahli Bahasa 71,1% dengan kategori “baik” tidak revisi, hasil penilaian ahli desain 84,3% dengan kategori “sangat baik” tidak revisi. Dapat disimpulkan berdasarkan penilain validasi pakar/ahli (materi, Bahasa dan desain) pengembangan modul pembelajaran berbasis saintifik dengan metode bermain pada mata pelajaran Basa Sunda kelas III SD/MI dinyatakan valid atau baik diterapkan untuk memudahkan guru dalam menyampaikan materi pada siswa.DEVELOPMENT OF SCIENTIFIC BASED LEARNING MODULES WITH ROLE-PLAYING METHODS IN SUNDANESES CLASS III SD/MIAbstract: The implementation of this research aims to determine the feasibility of the learning module and to find out how the process of developing a scientific-based learning module with the role-playing method in Sundanese III SD / MI subjects. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) method using the Sugiyono development research model. The assessment instrument for obtaining data was in the form of a learning module validation assessment sheet carried out by three experts, namely: material experts, linguists and design experts. The percentage of eligibility in the learning module was obtained with a percentage of material experts of 90.3% with the category "very good" not revised, the results of the assessment of language experts 71.1% with the category of "good" not revised, the results of the design expert's assessment of 84.3% with the category "Excellent" no revision. It can be concluded that based on expert/expert validation assessment (material, language, and design), the development of a scientific-based learning module with the playing methods in Sundanese class III SD / MI is declared valid or well applied to assist teacher in providing material to students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memiliki terhadap dana pihak ketiga di bank BNI syariah Cabang Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor-faktor diteliti memiliki dana pihak ketiga.

Abstract

This research examines the relationship of student knowledge on sharia banking on savings interest in sharia banks (in the foundation of Darunna'im Yapia Parung Foundation). This research is based because at this time it is happening more closely the conventional bank concept so that it makes many people use conventional bank services. This study aims to determine the knowledge of students about Islamic banking, and to determine the relationship of knowledge of Islamic banking students on saving interest in Islamic banks. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The researcher also collected information through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The partial test results (T-test) of Islamic banking knowledge variables have a significant effect on saving interest variables as evidenced by the significance value of 0,000 t table of 2.042.

Abstract

This research aims to find the clear overview about the development strategy of human resource management in dealing with the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) at PT. Goenoeng Poetri Lestari in Tasikmalaya. This is done considering it needs to develop a good development strategy of human resources management in accordance with broader market coverage like ASEAN. This research used descriptive-qualitative methods. The results of this research shows that social system method approach is utilized by PT. Goenoeng Poetri Lestari in their approach. Furthermore, the results of their SWOT analysis there are such as strength, it comes from their number of human resources that 95% employees who live in Gunung Putri area itself help company easier to mobilize; as their weakness, commonly most of their employees are newbie in their job experience; meanwhile the existence of PT. Goenoeng Poetri Lestari as the only one company in that area becomes their opportunity to develop easier; and last their threat comes from their inexperience human resources. It is worried that they cannot compete with AEC. In addition, the human resources development programs that was carried out by PT. Goenoeng Poetri Lestari are twice apprenticeship programs of the manpower goverment office and several small traingings for each fields.

Abstract

The demonstration method is a learning method that uses demonstrations to clarify a concept or to show the whole class about a process or instructions for doing something. Implementation of the Demonstration Method to increase student activity, so that they can interact more easily with teachers or classmates and can make it easier to understand the material presented by the teacher. This study aims to determine the implementation of the demonstration method in Fiqh learning at MAN 1 Bogor City, and its impact on student activity. The demonstration method was chosen because it can increase student interaction with teachers and friends, and make it easier to understand the material. The study used a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires, with data analysis in the form of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the paired sample t-test showed an increase in student activity by 29.27% ​​after the implementation of the demonstration method. The supporting factors for the success of this method are student enthusiasm and the relevance of the material, while the inhibiting factors include limited time and facilities.
