Abstract

Jumlah populasi penduduk di Indonesia semakin meningkat tiap tahunnya, tidak hanya populasi penduduk yang meningkat tetapi angka kematian pendudukpun mengalami penigkatan tiap tahunnya, baik karena kecelakaan, penyakit, pola hidup tidak sehat, kejahatan, dan lain sebagainya. Dilihat dari hal tersebut perlu adanya kesadaran masyarakat untuk menggunakan jasa asuransi yang dapat menunjang kemungkinan-kemungkianan yang mungkin saja dapat terjadi dimasa yang akan datang. Namun tingkat kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya jasa asuransi masih tergolong rendah. Hal tersebut dikarenakan asuransi dianggap bukan kebutuhan utama. Dalam hal ini Manajemen Pemasaran memegang peranan penting, agar perusahaan Asuransi dapat menawarkan jasa asuransinya. Banyak sekali jasa asuransi yang menawarkan berbagai manfaat yang berbeda-beda bagi konsumennya baik dari segi harga, diferensiasi produk, kualitas, loyalitas pelanggan, fasilitas yang ditawarkan, dan lain sebagainya. Perusahaan jasa asuransi tersebut diantaranya Prudential, Bumi Putera, Axa Mandiri, AIA Financial, dan lain sebagainya. Banyaknya perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa asuransi dan masih minimnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya jasa asuransi, membuat penyusun tertarik untuk melakukan riset mengenai “Analisis Pengaruh Kelompok Referensi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Jasa Asuransi” yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya faktor kelompok referensi yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian masyarakat akan jasa asuransi.

Abstract

Each company is required to implement an accounting system that is in accordance with the conditions of each company. One of the systems used by the company is a system of income accounting and cash receipts. Cash problem is something that requires special handling, especially for large, medium and small companies. In the cash income and expenditure system, it is necessary to have a good procedure that will be in accordance with established management policies. By using computerized information systems, computerized data storage systems cause all stored data to be more secure, and computerized systems can speed up the process of recording income and archiving available data. Desktop-based applications are applications that are widely used, because of easier use and in a more attractive form and appearance. The use of applications makes it easy to process data to be more automatic and the data that is processed will become structured information.

Abstract

Based on the research results obtained by the correlation coefficient obtained rxy = 0.79 shows the relationship of education and training with work performance there is a strong relationship. While the coefficient of determination obtained by 62.41% this means that the relationship of education and training with work performance is 62.41%. Simple linear regression obtained by the equation Y = 5.71 + 0.80X shows the relationship of education and training with positive work performance. Testing The t test can be concluded that education and training have a strong relationship with employee performance at the Sibolga Class III Navigation District Office, where tcount> ttable or 11.80> 1.989 is obtained. It is recommended that employees should take part in not only the training that is held within the organization, but also the training that is held from outside the organization so as to increase employee experience and facilitate employees in completing activities specifically related to public interests.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) empirical data on the effect of Experiental Learning Learning Model on Students 'Skill Text Writing Skills, (2) to know the empirical data on the effect of Experiental Learning Learning Models on Students' Skill Text Writing Skills. Data analysis shows that experiential learning models have an effect in learning to write description texts in the experimental class. This is evidenced by an increase in student scores after applying experiential learning learning models, obtained an increase in student learning outcomes at posttest with an average () 79.77, with the t test (t-test) prove tcount with ttable (6,7331> 2,060), because tcount is greater than ttable, Ha (alternative hypothesis) is accepted. While the conventional method also influences the learning of writing description texts of students in the control class. Evidenced by an increase in student grades, the average pretest time () 57.35. Posttest with an average () of 65.08, with the t test (t-test) proves tcount with ttable (4.3990> 2.060), because tcount is greater than ttable then Ha (alternative hypothesis) is accepted. Based on the test results that there is a significant influence between the learning outcomes of writing descriptive text between experiential learning models and conventional methods. So, the learning outcomes of experimental class students who are taught with experiential learning models are better than the learning outcomes of control class students who are taught using conventional methods

Abstract

Proses perkembangan yang sangat pesat pada bidang teknologi telekomunikasi dan komputerisasi saat ini yang menjadikan masyarakat dunia memasuki era moderenisasi yang serba cepat, sekaligus menjadikan informasi inti dalam dunia industri dan usaha. Dengan perkembangan tersebut berdampak memberikan berbagai fasilitas yang dapat di gunakan oleh masyarakat luas, seperti teknologi rumah pintar yang sudah berkembang dengan cepat yaitu mengaktifkan dan mengonaktifkan lampu melalui jaringan internet yang sudah terhubung mengunakan modul ESP8266. Dalam pembuatanya, alat ini disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan manusia sehari-hari di rumahnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengendalikan lampu otomatis dengan cara lebih efektif, efesien dan biaya yang murah. Melalui aplikasi yang sudah tersedia pada Hp Android kita hubungkan dengan modul ESP8266 berbasis Mikrokontroler Arduino, dari rangkain tersebut sudah terkoneksi jaringan internet maka pengguna dapat mengkontrol lampu rumahnya secara praktis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh bahwa alat kontrol relay berbasis Mikrokontroler Arduino yang terhubung jaringan internet dapat diimplementasikan sebagai media pengontrol lampu rumah secara praktis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of dividend policy, corporate governance, This study aims to analyze the effects of dividend policy, corporate governance, free cash flow, and sales growth on earnings management. The method used is quantitative method. The sample determination method uses a purposive sampling method with samples used in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) respectively in 2010-2015 to view the published financial statements. The results showed that the effect of dividend policy, management ownership, ownership of domestic institutions, ownership of foreign institutions, public ownership partially had no effect on earnings management while free cash flow, and sales growth partially affected earnings management.

Abstract

Current technological developments especially those related to smart computer technology are growing rapidly. Until the cellphone was originally used to meet communication needs only, now mobile phones can be used to do many things, such as used to find any information that is in the world very easily, playing online games anywhere and so on. Mobile Legend game is very popular not only by teenage boys, but there are also many teenage girls who like to play online games. According to Fendy, now the "Mobile Legends application: I have downloaded 35 million times and there are 8 million daily active users in Indonesia". The Korpri complex of Kubu Raya West Kalimantan is an object chosen by the writer to be an object of research that focuses on young men and women aged 12 to 24 years. This research was conducted using simple linear regression method and the data was processed using SPSS version 24 software. The results of this study note that a significant value of 0.686 is greater than> 0.05 probability, so it can be concluded that there is no influence of playing mobile legends (X ) towards youth learning achievement (Y).

Abstract

This study focuses on the analysis of pragmatic failure in Hérge's comic The Adventure of Tintin and its translation the analysis involves the discussion of pragmatic failure, pragmatics in context, as well as the translation process of SL (source language) to TL (target language). The method used in this study is qualitative comparative The Data was collected from one of The Adventure of Tintin Comics series; Flight 714. The results indicated that there were two pragmatic failure, pragmalinguistic and sociopragmalinguistic in the translation of the comics. In addition, in the translation of comics found pragmatic failure in the translation process in the process of analysis, transfer and restructuring. In addition, research results also show that pragmatic failure occurs including pragmatics; speech situations, speaker and hearer, speech context, goals of speech, implicature and deixis. In addition, translations related to pragmalinguistic, sociopragmatic, and psycholinguistic because to translate English into Indonesia cannot separated it all. In order to produce a good translation by understanding the context when translating.

Abstract

Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis fenomena sosial, yaitu implementasi program nasional pemberdayaan masyarakat mandiri perkotaan di Kota Sorong. Jenis Penelitian berdasarkan Tujuan Penelitian termasuk ke dalam penelitian deskriptif; berdasarkan manfaat penelitian termasuk penelitian murni; dan berdasarkan dimensi waktu tergolong dalam penelitian cross sectional. Teknik Pengumpulan Data digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif, yaitu studi lapangan (field research) dan studi kepustakaan (library research). Teknik Analisis Data analisis data kualitatif yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini dimulai dengan mengolah dan mempersiapkan data-data yang diperoleh, baik melalui studi lapangan, maupun studi kepustakaan untuk dianalisis. Data yang diperoleh dari informan yang dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dibuat dalam bentuk transkripsi wawancara. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan jalan keluar untuk Pemerintah mengenai masalah PNPM mandiri serta dapat menindaklanjuti program selanjutnya yang akan dilakukan demi pengembangan Kota Sorong. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini akan dipublikasikan pada jurnal ilmu administrasi dan organisasi (ISSN 0854-3844) http://journal.ui.ac.id/jbb tahun publikasi 2019 dan jika dimungkinkan hasil penelitian ini akan dijadikan bahan ajar.
